My wife, daughter, and I stayed at the Sonata apartment for 4 nights and had an incredible time. The apartment is well designed and complete with many high-end amenities. The terrace was the ideal spot for coffee and an aperitivo. ItalyPerfect were fantastic hosts from start to finish. Their travel portal is easy to use and contains information about the apartment and surrounding areas. Check-in and check-out were smooth and ItalyPerfect also assisted with some transportation to/from the apartment. Having considered various locations, we were very pleased with this apartment’s location. There are grocery stores within minutes and many restaurants and shops just around the corner. Many must-see sites in Rome are within a 10-20 minute walk and others are readily accessible. One other benefit –the public drinking fountain right outside the apartment door is the best one that we found. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Rome.

We loved our stay in this apartment, it’s beautiful! Very spacious, with a very decent kitchen. The hosts are so kind and helpful. The apartment is one of 3, which share a laundry and entry - it has a warm, homely feel. The floor is private and secure. A sound proof door has been installed in the main bedroom so that night is peaceful and quiet (however it does make the room stuffy - air con is available, but at an extra cost). The apartment furniture was cosy and comfortable to relax in. Very close to all the sites which are within comfortable walking distance. We recommend Melaleuca for cappuccino/breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

If you have been to the major cities of Italy already, this is an excellent base to explore Tuscany. We took 3 generations, including a 2 year old for a 5 day stay. The Poggio villa gave us room to spread out, with a lovely back terrace and grounds to explore, including the pool. We had breakfast, supper and a cooking class, but also visited the local Co-op and restaurants. It requires a rental car and patience while driving the roads around hill towns, but we were able to tour Chianti, Siena and Pienza as well as take a day trip to Florence by train for old times sake. We saw a family of wild boars frequently when returning at night. Overall, a magical experience.

This is an ideal place to explore Florence. It is 8 minutes walk from the train station and 5-7 minutes walk to many of the museums, cathedrals. It is in the center of designer stores and fine restaurants. We could spend a leisure day to visit one museum in the morning, come home for lunch (there is a great restaurant, La Spada, that also offer take out at very inexpensive prices) 2 minutes away, have a glass of wine, take a nap and be fresh to visit another great museum in the afternoon, come home rest, then enjoy great restaurants for dinner in the evening. It is a very large one bedroom apt with traditional Italian decor yet a nice kitchen with gas stove. There is also a nice elevator so no need to climb steps. Only things to note are check in time is limited from 5-7pm, but we texted the owner who came over in 5 minutes to check us in at 3pm. We would certainly stay here again.

The location is perfect for walking to everything. Right outside the door is a great cafe and sandwich shop. Just steps away from shopping and restaurants. We would love to stay here again. Thank you to our host for everything. Florence was incredible!

It’s exactly as you see in the pictures. Perfect location to everything, markets, galleries and the whole feel of Florence. Music flowed through our balcony windows and church bells chimed. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this Apartment for six nights for a family trip of 9 people, ages 4 to 63. The apartment location is perfect for visiting all the top attractions in Rome. Our greeter was super helpful in getting us checked in and settled. The ItalyPerfect team also helped us arrange for airport transfer service which made the transportation from the airport very easy when it could have been chaotic. The Apartment itself is really cool and well appointed. I loved the high ceilings and beautiful drapes. We walked to dinner most nights and we felt safe doing so. I'm a runner and was able to take some fun runs along the Tiber river nearby. I would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to stay there again some day!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Prisco apartment. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing The apartment was airy and bright. In addition the hosts went out of their way to accommodate our needs and share their recommendations. We will definitely be back soon

Menta was a lovely and very comfortable apartment. We loved the location on the quiet square shared with the St. Regis. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms roomy as European standards go, and the kitchen sufficiently stocked for our morning coffee and delivered croissants. The onsite manager, went above and beyond for us, doing laundry for my son, who had been in Europe for a while. The concierge was also very helpful with reservations and water taxis. I would definitely recommend Menta.

Beautiful apartment that is walking distance to everywhere you need to go. Restaurants and shopping just downstairs. Location was perfect! Kitchen and living space was open and easy to make dinner and relax as a family when we were tired of eating out. Local grocery store was just minutes away. No cars allowed in front of apartment so that was nice. Highly recommend!

We loved Pasquino. I travelled to Rome with my son and the apartment was the perfect size for us and you couldn't ask for a better location. We each had a bedroom - very spacious and comfortable and each had our own bathroom. We walked to almost every dinner spot and it was a short walk to grab a taxi. Beds were perfect, AC was perfect, hostess was perfect and everything about our trip to Rome was perfect - just like Italy!

The building is located in the center of Florence where the shopping is incomparable. You’re five minutes away from everything. The owners were gracious and wonderful hosts. The apartment is exactly as advertised. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and had lots of room with a large sitting room bedroom dressing, room, and bathroom. I can’t wait to return!

This is just an outstanding property. It is spacious -- plenty of room for a family or two couples. The views are spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped. Our host and the Italy Perfect team were great. Our host provided us with great advice to deal with the possibility of a train strike. The location of the Memoria is perfect. It is literally steps away from anything. The one thing is that given its location there is an active street life. This may pose a problem for some light sleepers but for us it was not a problem. We would definitely stay again!

A wonderful apartment in fabulous location. All of Florence was right out our door and walkable. Clean and comfortable with an elevator which was very nice to have. The best part was the balcony which was large and provided wonderful views of Florence including the Duomo. Particularly nice was hearing the singing in the streets at night. Almost like our own private concert while we enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening.
