Beautiful place, great location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

We have stayed here many times at over the years and can't think of better hosts. They see to all your needs and requests and are always so friendly and helpful. The Strozzi, Prisco and Michaela are all three wonderful apartments. Italy Perfect is always great to work with and we will continue to do so in the future.

This was our 5th stay in an International Perfect apartment and 2nd in Italy (Rome 2024). Each stay has been located in excellent central spots of the city but still on a quieter street with safe entry. Our host efficiently informed us of all the details of apartment and was extremely responsive on follow up questions. The apartment was newly renovated, clean, naturally lit with large windows/doors and had an open private balcony with ‘air space’. Elevator was easy to use. Bathrooms were small but normal for European standards. We love the Perfect apartments because they meet the quality of a luxury hotel, offer more space in a great location usually at a more affordable per night cost, and often afford us an opportunity to wash clothes or eat a meal after walking the city.

I would definitely recommend this as your stay in Rome. The location was super central to all the key points of interest in Rome, all within 10-15 min walking. Lots or restaurants within 5 min walk and the space was super comfortable to come back to after a long day. I was with my wife and two daughters (11 & 14) and everything was more than accommodating for all our needs. I would say this place exceeded my expectations.

This apartment is in a beautifully maintained building and the layout of the living space really worked for our family. We enjoyed the large living room and patio and the bathrooms (one with en-suite) had just been redone with gorgeous marble, tasteful fixtures and felt luxurious and comfortable at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Dozens of restaurants and the best gelato are within a 5 min walk and we never used public transport or a car. The kitchen was perfect for our needs - mainly breakfast. The apartment was so quiet because it faced away from the piazza. Our greeter, was wonderful and took great care of us and helped us with all of our questions. I highly recommend this apartment! One tip would be to provide a nespresso machine with a few pods to get started or a small container of coffee. I understand this apartment is self-catering, but coffee is standard in most hotel rooms and apartments along with a few dishwasher and detergent pods (which the apartment had). Very nice washer and dryer as well - and not the combined unit that takes 3 hours to dry your clothes! This is a great place!

The apartment is on a quiet street just around the corner from shopping, historical sites etc....There is a small elevator we used when we checked in and out with luggage but usually we just took the stairs up the 3 flights to the apartment. The apartment is spotless, bright, cheerful, with new beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Perfect size for a family of 4. The small terrace is very cute. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This was our favorite place we stayed in all of Italy. The house was charming and comfortable, we loved the beds, the neighborhood was fantastic and very close to everything one would want to visit. We feel lucky to have found it.

This is such an elegant and thoughtfully decorated apartment. It was spotlessly clean and our greeter explained every detail to us and made himself available during our whole trip if we had questions. The binder in the apartment had wonderful suggestions for dinner and grocery stores and we loved the walkable nature of the location to every top attraction. We never used a cab or public transportation - everything was a 15-25 min walk! One suggestion is to add a noise machine to each bedroom. There is a lot of noise on Friday and Saturday nights especially in the piazza down below since there are so many restaurants nearby. But this is a small price to pay for such a central location. The screens in the window were a real treat - most apartments in Italy don't have them and it really kept the bugs out. The kitchen is a full, gourmet kitchen if you feel like cooking. This place is 5 stars!

Fantastic location at Ponte Vecchio bridge, but no noise. Great to have a washer/dryer (combo unit). Also microwave. We didn’t cook but the kitchen has little counter space. Also, some dishes were hard to reach in the upper cabinets due to limited storage space. Views into roof eaves, which was fine as we were hardly in the apt. Balcony entrance was cute, though. Security is great, as there is a building door, door to balcony, decorative iron door, then the apt door. But not really needed. Would agree with others that the apartment is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but it is very well lit with recessed lights and plenty of light fixtures. Bathrooms also tight, but to be expected in such a prime location. 2nd bedroom with 2 twins does not have room to keep suitcases open so would need to unpack into closets. Coffee maker is Lavazza unique-sized pods so don’t bring any from home (they provide a few). Overall, location makes this apt if you don’t need spacious surroundings.

The apartment is fantastic. The kitchen area and bathrooms are pristine and modern with an attention to detail that is so appreciated. Multiple excellent quality hairdryers. Multiple electrical converters. Easy to connect Wifi. A small Nespresso machine with coffee pods that allow you to enjoy a cup before going out to start your day. Laundry detergent for the washer/dryer combo that allow you to wash a few things so you travel home with fresh apparel. The bedrooms have beautiful linens and super comfortable beds. The balcony has a small sofa, two chairs and a small table to allow you to sit outside with your coffee in the am or glass of wine in the evening. All told this apartment is perfect. On top of that, our greeter was so easy to work with and made everything so easy. We surely hope to be back again next year! Thank you for providing such a beautiful space for us!

Great weeklong visit in central Florence, just steps from Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. Well appointed, attractive property is on 5th floor with elevator. Very secure with locked main building door in addition to the apartment itself. Thoughtful list of restaurants and local recommendations, easy to communicate with property management via WhatsApp. Would stay again!

The Pasquino Apartment was the perfect location for our 10 day stay in Rome. We could walk just about everywhere...St Peters Basilica, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, just to name a few of the places we visited. For anything that required a cab ride, we could walk about 5 minutes to a cab stand and off we went... be sure to ask if they take credit cards. The apartment had everything you need for a wonderful stay.. kitchen is amazing. We ate most meals out as there are such great restaurants everywhere. Be sure to visit the open air market Campo De Fiori for some fun items. If you want a grocery store, that also is within walking distance...Pam Local, maybe about 10 minute walk. After a long day out, came back to incredibly comfortable beds in both bedrooms. My one caution is that as the write up on this apartment describes, this is a very popular, vibrant area. Although the windows are "sound dampening," it can still be noisy. I am a light sleeper and had to buy ear plugs as the restaurants below stay open late into the night. Still give this apartment 5 stars as it has so many positives!!!

The checkin and check out process was easy.
The apartment amenities are top class.

We thank you so much for making our stay really wonderful. Ginevra was the perfect apartment for us and we will absolutely stay there again. A wonderful neighborhood that we watched wake up every morning off the lovely balconies, very comfortable beds, and a small but perfect kitchen. Italy perfect left no detail to chance and I appreciate the timely responses to any questions. You made it so easy to plan our trip using Context travel and their expert guides and we loved the list of your local favorites! Thank you again, and we look forward to booking with you again!

Fantastic location, outside your door it’s a short walk to great cafes, piazzas and the river. It’s about a 7-min walk to the Uffizi Gallery and importantly (in the summer heat) a good supermarket just around the corner too. Apartment was lovely, can’t fault it - we’ll be back!

The apartment is near one of the most beautiful and friendly Piazze in Firenze. Lively but not too crowded.
Santa Croce basilica is a wonder of the word.
The apartment was comfortable, nicely furnished and clean.
I will definitely consider renting it in the future when I return to this magical city.

The location of this apartment was perfect! The area was within a 5-15min walk to all attractions. The apartment was very clean and was by far the nicest place we stayed at on our trip. Would recommend 100%
