Perfectly located in the historic district of Florence, Michaela was quiet, had a comfortable bed, 2 baths and a kitchenette. Our hosts were terrific and gave us suggestions for restaurants. The building was secure. We were able to control the temperature in the apartment and use the washing machine and drying rack. We will book this place again, or the larger Prisco apartment on the same floor, which has a full kitchen.

Our 10 day stay at Prisco was absolutely perfect. Such gracious and helpful hosts. There could not be a more perfect location, minutes from all major sites. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, very clean and well appointed. Although you are right above the bustle of Florence, the sound blocking door in the bedroom essentially blocks out all outside noise. We will DEFINITELY be back.

This apartment was our favorite stay in Italy! It is even more lovely than the photos can convey, with high ceilings, painted with beautiful designs, thoughtful decor, comfortable seating, and generous amenities. The bath towels were thick and soft, the rooms were all professionally decorated, and they even left us a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator! The location was absolutely perfect - close to great restaurants, and walking distance to the Vatican and many other local attractions. Fantastic host, communicating clearly, meeting us on check in, and giving lots of local recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location which was perfect to access all the sights easily. We walked to all the attractions and were even able to pop back during the day to change clothes when our son had a nose bleed. Lovely restaurants and a few shops nearby and a well stocked supermarket 3minutes away. Our host was fantastic and very helpful when we checked in. There was some noise late into the night from the restaurants below but we knew this before we went and it wasn’t a problem. Overall a great find and if we go back to Rome, we would book again.

This was our second stay in Memoria - a very comfortable and spacious apartment in the heart of Florence. The location at the foot of the Ponte Vecchio is perfect and the views from the terrace are spectacular. The rooms are large, the kitchen fully equipped and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The desk in the living room has a power bar where we could plug in all our devices at once. The host is delightful and very helpful. Italy Perfect has provided great service for all our stays.

The Concerto apartment is a beautiful, charming apartment in the perfect location. It's located right by the river allowing you to go in either direction quickly. It was extremely comfortable, clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the apartment is beautifully decorated making time at the apartment very enjoyable. And the terrace was lovely! Our host was very accommodating, friendly and helpful! She even took us on a shopping/artisan tour which ended up being one of the highlights of the trip! She is a must for anyone that is hoping to shop in Florence! She will save you time and she's very knowledgeable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We enjoyed an amazing week at Italy Perfect's Cavaliere apt in Rome. The apt. is spacious and easily accommodated our party of eight. It's centrally located and within easy walking distance of Trastavere , Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, etc. The building was built in the 1600's and the beautiful ceilings were painted by Renaissance artists. The Italy Perfect staff did a great job of preparing us for the visit with extensive recommendations on restaurants, tours and the apt. itself. Everyone in our group was very happy with our accommodation. I highly recommend staying at the Cavaliere through Italy Perfect!!

My wife and I stayed in Rome for 4 nights. This was our first time visiting the Eternal City so we brought along our 12 year old daughter and my Mom for the experience. The apartment and location were perfect for a first time visit. Piazza Navona was quite close, and only a few more minutes from The Pantheon, The Trevi Fountain and Trastevere. The apartment was quiet, cozy and had all we could need for our time in Rome. The team at Italy Perfect was responsive and set us up for success. Would recommend anyone with a small family to stay here while in Rome.

Cassia Tre was an extraordinary and beautiful setting for our family of four. Our teenaged daughters loved the upper story with its privacy and secluded terrace with amazing views. My husband and I loved having the whole lower story to ourselves, including an office for my husband and two full baths. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the groceries we requested upon arrival served us perfectly. The living room and dining room were thoughtfully decorated with antiques, interesting books on Venetian art and architecture, Murano glass objects, and architectural drawings of the palazzo containing our flat. Speaking of that palazzo, it was absolutely gorgeous and in a perfect location, close to wonderful restaurants, shops and the Piazza San Marco. Our arrival and departure were made completely seamless and trouble-free by the wonderful staff, and the daily cornetti (croissants) were divine! We cannot recommend Cassia Tre more - charming, luxurious and practical all at once!

The apartment is perfectly located for seeing the sights of historic Florence, being a stone's throw from the Uffizi, Piazza Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. It suited our family of 2 adults and 2 children well for a 3-night stay. The balcony, with its great views, is a big plus point. There is a supermarket about 5 minutes away to stock up on breakfast items, drinks and snacks (although the kitchen is rather small to do anything other than basic meals). The owner, Italy Perfect, contacted me by phone shortly after I had made the booking to answer any questions and also provided a very useful guide to the apartment and local area. The local rep, got in touch by What's App the day before our trip to arrange to meet us, and even though check-in wasn't officially until 4pm, she organized it that we could get in at 3, as our flight landed before 2. I would definitely recommend this rental.

I believe this was our fourth time to stay in the Strozzi (another couple of times in the Prisco). Miki and Franco Our hosts are truly amazing hosts and could not make you feel more at home. The Strozzi is a beautiful apartment with everything that you need to ensure a pleasant experience. The staff at Italy Perfect is very helpful in arranging your stay, providing information regarding the apartment and the neighborhood, and recommending fantastic restaurants. We look forward to our next stay in the Strozzi.

Lage super, trotz sehr belebte Gegend, sehr ruhig. Viele Restaurants rings herum. Leider wegen des schlechten Wetters konnten wir nicht die Terrasse nicht wirklich benutzen…
Translated: Location great, despite very busy area, very calm. Lots of restaurants around. Unfortunately due to the bad weather we couldn't really use the terrace...
