The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-appointed in an excellent location. The owners were friendly and made sure that the apartment was ready at the time of our arrival. We found excellent restaurants on our street (Via Della Spade) and we walked everywhere in Florence (Duomo, Uffizi, Oltrarno, Piazzale Michelangelo, Santa Croce, Piazza Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, etc). It's an easy walk, even with luggage, from the train station. We like this apartment so much we have stayed in it twice and will stay here again during out next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at ItalyPerfect’s place for one week. Everything was smooth from the first moment till checkout. The location of the apartment was fabulous, in walking distance to Rome’s major attractions. There were plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes and some grocery stores in a neighborhood. The apartment itself was just as described: very cozy, freshly renovated, clean and well-appointed and had a comfortable bed and lounge. The kitchen was great to cook in. The lovely terrace was a wonderful bonus to enjoy the quiet warm evenings of our Roman holiday. I could not miss a small and slow but very charming elevator which was extremely helpful to get to third floor. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the Sonata apartment as a great place to explore Rome from.

We had a wonderful stay in the Giotto apartment, it was so comfortable and clean. It met our needs perfectly, we plan to book it again for next fall. Fantastic location. Appreciated the helpful recommendations from Italy Perfect and the attentive onsite staff.

Everything about this stay was perfect! The unit was spotless, spacious, and very well equipped. And the location was super convenient and easily walkable to the majority of the ancient city historic sites and attractions, and The Vatican. Located in a safe walkable neighborhood with many shops and restaurants within comfortable walking distance. Would strongly recommend for a central Rome location!

It is a great flat with amazing view from terrace. Location cannot be better, in the middle of everything but no street noise since it is a penthouse at 6th floor. Our host was also very helpful, will definitely recommend to anyone that wants to go this amazing city…

We had such a great stay here. It’s the perfect spot if you want to be in the heart of Florence. So close to the Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace. Some great local bakeries, bars and restaurants nearby too. Our host was so helpful with the instructions she gave for both the check in and check out. The space was clean and tidy, with all of the equipment we needed. The roof terrace was such a nice addition too, we had a lovely time reading out there when we wanted to escape the business of the city. We’ll be sure to stay here again if & when we return to Florence!

Our host greeted us at the property on our arrival and was highly attentive. She went through the property, keys and assisted us with local information. What a PERFECT base from which to explore and enjoy all that is uniquely ROMA! Our group of 9 adults found the property spotless and superbly equipped from top to bottom! Check in was personalized, flexible, and easy, and all advance communications prior to arrival and once onsite, were timely, efficient, and professional! The apartment is ideally located with easy walking access to shopping, restaurants, groceries, and public transportation, and just a 15 -10 minute walk from the center of the Old City and the Vatican! Only recommendation would be to upgrade the sofa's in the main living area as they are beginning to show a bit of wear and tear.

A wonderful place to stay in Florence. Close to the center of the city, the apartment has historic features, a great kitchen, a delightful terrace to dine on, great art (some by the owner), and overall is very whimsical, and very romantic. You will love it!

We had a total of 9 couples and everyone had a marvelous time. The villa was in a great location and met our needs. The two girls that did the light housekeeping went above and beyond. The host and the cooks did a marvelous job. Our host was always available and very helpful. The villa needs two coffee pots but other than that the kitchen was well equipped. Some of the bedrooms could benefit from screens in the windows, some door handles need repaired and the septic system needed to be serviced as there was an odor at times. Exceeded our expectations.

The apartment is at the heart of Florence city. Easy access to the Duomo. Plenty of shops and restaurants. There is also a small balcony upon entrance. At evening it is good to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine.

What a fantastic place to stay during our visit to Florence, perfectly located in a quiet area and within walking distance to the main attractions. The rental process through Italy Perfect very easy, simple, and thorough. They were most friendly, in constant communication, and offered excellent detailed information preparing us for our stay. You can reach the apartment either by elevator (small) or by taking the stairs. We were warmly greeted by our host, who quickly and thoroughly acquainted us to the beautiful bright spacious, clean apartment. She took the time to familiarize us to the area, giving us a few tips to start with; it was like talking with an old friend! All the little extras (ie. a bowl of fresh fruits), made it feel that much more homey. On several occasions, she went out of her way to assist us. We were so grateful and thankful to have such a wonderful and caring host. We would highly recommend Italy Perfect and this Vespucci apartment to those looking for a place to stay in Florence.

Enjoyed our stay at Apollo Palazzo, the area was excellent, upscale, many great restaurants nearby. Shopping on Via Fontanella Borghese was special. Easy walk to Spanish Steps, Navona and across the river. Would stay here again.
