Very roomy apartment. It was perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 teens + grandparents). Great location, very central to the sites but on a cute small street. We walked everywhere, did a food tour, a bike tour and hired a private guide for the Vatican. Italy Perfect materails gave good guidance on what to book ahead and a terrific list of restaurant recommendations.

Apartment is nice. It's in the back, so it's quiet. Secure location. Washing machine in hallway, no dryer. Bedroom, living room, eat in kitchen and two full bathrooms.

Fantastic villa was so delightful for our family stay. Loved the location, easy walk to the charming town of Lucignano. So picturesque. Italy Perfect was super helpful and informative too. Wonderful experience all around!

We were delighted to stay in this very iconic apartment in the Palace Borghese. The grounds alone made our stay worthwhile. The apartment is very spacious and pleasant. A very comfortable bed, lots of closet space. We have stayed with different properties of the ‘Perfect” group in London, Paris and now Rome, and we are always satisfied with the service and the care. I always recommend them to our friends. For this apartment, again they delivered what they promised. Yes, the kitchen and bathroom could be refurbished, but the positive aspect of the apartment makes up for it. The location was just perfect for us. We would definitely consider staying there on our next trip to Rome.

Our stay in Florence was perfect. Everything was walkable and surrounded by great shopping and restaurants. Our greeter was such a great hostess and even took me and my friend shopping and showed us the good places to go. Would stay again!

This was wonderful place for our family of 9. We felt so comfortable in your home. It was a perfect location to explore that part of Rome. Our greeter, was fantastic and very responsive to all our questions. She recommended some dining places that were wonderful and the stocked kitchen was perfect to feed our little ones! We all had terrific sleeps on the beautifully made beds with fine linens. Thank you.

Everything about the Maestro in Florence is high quality and well thought out. Our greeter was highly communicative and very helpful when we had a little trouble locating the building. The location could simply not be better. You will be very close to everything, and yet feel far enough for peace of mind. The apartment is well appointed with luxury furniture and high quality windows and doors that silences the outside noise but also allows you to isolate noise inside for those who have separate sleep schedules. Everything feels new. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are great. The balcony is a very nice size and also had nice furniture. The Maestro is a luxury suite in a great location. You will not be disappointed with this apartment. I very highly recommend!

This is a beautiful, well appointed, perfectly located apartment. The place was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that since the weather was so perfect, we wanted to sleep with the windows open but the mosquito's were so bad that we could not. It would be nice if the windows had screens to be able to enjoy the outside air.

This charming and spacious apartment is perfectly located to explore Florence. As first time visitors it couldn't have been better for us, and the furnishings and rooms were very lovely and comfortable. Everything we wanted was nearby and our hosts were welcoming and informative hosts. The best of Florence is just outside the Michaela's door, and we felt a bit like residents instead of visitors!

We loved our stay in Florence. The apartment was beautifully decorated, immaculately, clean, and filled with light. The best part about it was the balcony which we enjoyed every day. The kitchen had all of the amenities that we needed for preparing meals. We also appreciated the second bathroom for our son. We highly recommend.

Outstanding location. Spacious. Easy check in and out. Quiet despite central location. Well appointed. Excellent access, support and recommendations by our greeter. An advantage of the location on the banks of the Arno is the ease of finding your way back from any part of town without a map. Just find the river.

This is a lovely and very well appointed apartment in a truly perfect location in Rome. Walkable to most everything you want to see in Rome yet has a charming local quality with a lots of shops and excellent restaurants but still a bit off the main thoroughfares. Which adds to its charm and desirability. And as usual, Vacation Perfect makes the process seamless. We've stayed in their Paris rentals and wouldn't use anyone else for Paris honestly. Have happily recommended their brand to our friends.

My partner and I found these accommodations spectacular! Impeccably clean and furnished and comfortable. It is true to the pictures online—and the two levels and the layout of the rooms even more delightful than the photos can capture. We were sad to say goodbye to this very special place and hope to return one day.

The house was all that we'd hoped it would be: beautifully furnished and very spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped kitchen, very private location, private bath for every bedroom, helpful greeter who showed us everything we needed to know, and having the housekeepers come in 3 times during the week was a real luxury. Lucignano is a nice quiet town with a couple very nice restaurants and a grocery store, several nice vineyards nearby, and virtually no tourists -- a real plus!

Apartment location was perfect for us and really enjoyed the space! Wonderful to have free washer/dryer access right at our floor!? After 3 hotels in other cities this was a relaxing change! Florence was fantastic and would stay here again!!
