"Just finished our first Adult Only trip and the Serenata apartment in Venice was perfect! Our greeter was friendly and very knowledgeable...the location was convenient...and the terrace was fabulous! Enjoyed "Pasta To Go" which is right around the corner on the terrace many nights and the large restaurant (Pomodorro) downstairs has a great happy hour with free appetizers every night from 5p-8p. The pictures do not do it justice. If it was closer we would be there every weekend! The Lido is a must especially on those hot muggy days. Thank you so much for such fabulous accommodations and hospitality! Sincerely, Bill & Dee"

"We recently returned from a wonderful stay in Florence, Italy. Our ItalyPerfect rental, Tesoro, was an ideal "home base" while there. The location was ideal for us. It was on a rather quiet side street, but very convenient to virtually everywhere. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The Medici frescos on the walls were amazing. The furnishings were very eclectic, but comfortable. The contact for checking in went very smoothly...she spoke fluent english and was quite helpful. We have already recommended Italy Perfect to several friends, and plan to contact you again for future visits. [Thank you very much. We look forward to seeing you again. Italy Perfect]"

"We stayed at Cassetta Bonsi in early September. The location is ideal for seeing all of the Florence sights. The house is extremely well maintained and the owner is very helpful. His English is excellent and he will arrange for a cab to pick you up when you depart. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a nice little balcony to have an an espresso and croissant in the morning or a glass of wine and some cheese in the evening. We didn't cook in, but you could in this house. The only negative is that to get to the house there is a rather steep hill of about 50 yards to climb. The cabs will drop you off and pick up at the door, but otherwise you will have to climb the hill. It's good for working off all of the great meals that you will be consuming. There are a number of good restaurants in the Oltrano District and in the evenings, it's a little quieter than the north side of the Arno. The owner has a list of restaurants. Also there is a grocery store just down the street, along with several bakeries, and a good gelato shop. Everything that you will need is just a short walk away. We would strongly recommend Cassetta Bonsi. It's a winner. We would also recommend that you buy the Firenze Museum Card. It's 72 Euros and good for three days and will work in most of the museums. It doesn't save you much money, but it's allows you to bypass all of the lines, except for the Duomo. A great way to see this part of Italy is to spend 3 or 4 days in Florence and then rent a villa in the South Central part of Tuscany. We day tripped for 5 days and saw all the significant Tuscan towns. Take your GPS loaded with a European map and driving is not a problem. We tried to stay on the back roads whenever possible. We stayed about 30 miles south of Florence at Casa Rossa, which is another Italy Perfect property. I have now rented 3 properties from this company. 2 from Italy Perfect and 1 from Paris Perfect. I strongly recommend using this company. They are most helpful and so far, I've been very happy with their properties."

"I cannot say enough about our zegno apt. In Rome. It was so spacious and beautiful. Large with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The via condotti area was so pretty and quite! Pedestrian only street with the finest designer shops next door. Staying in an apartment made our stay much more enjoyable than being in a hotel room. Supermarket right up the street so we were able to get groceries and convenient taxi stand at the Spanish steps. We would definitely stay in the zegno if we come to Rome again!"

"Our hosts were wonderful, the location of the apartment perfect. The apartment itself was all that we could hope for. No negatives."

"The apartment was perfect for 3 couples. Plenty of room to be together or separate. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were large and modern. The area is amazingly central, we were walking distance from everything. The apartment was quiet. The concierge was extremely helpful. i would definitely return."

"We stayed in the Prisco Apt. In Florence for 5 special days the last week of August 2013. I can think of nothing bad about the whole experience. The apt was huge, comfortable, and complete with old world charm. The owners Miki and Franco were gracious and charming to deal with. The location couldn't be beat. Right in the heart of old Firenze, everything was an easy stroll from Prisco. We felt safe and secure in a fantastic spot. Thank you much Miki , Franco, and Italy perfect. It was perfect. Ciao"

"My wife and I found this the perfect place for our two-week Venice visit. Great central location; close to several main vaporeto stops. Quiet except for lovely gondolier serenades; Wonderful terrace where we ate dinner on most evenings. Well equipped kitchen. Nearby supermarket; If you don't want to cook nearby restaurants from inexpensive to deluxe. Spacious bathroom; Friendly helpful greeter. Although the apartment technically sleeps four (2 on a convertible in the L.R.) the entrance to the bath is through the bedroom, so it is ok for a family but trickier for two couples. We seldom used the Air Conditioning because the apt. has great cross ventilation. Highly recommended!"

"Our Zegno apartment in Rome was lovely. Just as advertised! Beautifully furnished and located just a very short walk from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Stella McCartney's shop as well as other specialty shops, both high end and local. Also, the metro system was just to the left of the Spanish Steps for when we needed to go further in to the city. - After a long day of touring Rome it was so nice to come back to the apartment, have a glass of wine and relax. We appreciated the complementary bottle of wine too! The owner was very accommodating, easy to contact and always willing to help. - I can honestly say that when we return to Rome, we will be staying right here. Centrally located to so many things . Thanks again for a lovely time in Rome."

"We stayed in Bucine Limonaia for a week in August. It was perfect! It was a little difficult to find because signage is not great, but it was such a charming place! You drive past fields of sunflowers and vineyards, and through a tree lined road to get there. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The staff is wonderful and so helpful, which is the main reason we chose to stay here rather than in a solitary villa somewhere else. They helped us make reservations, coffee, gave us dining and travel advice,... Really, I felt like I was in the office every morning asking another question, and they were always friendly and ready to help me in any way they could. A+ for service! The pool was very nice to have because it was so hot in August! (Same for the A/C) The meals at the restaurant taken outside on the patio were outstanding, some of the best we had in Italy! They were also fantastic about my Gluten Free needs. My kids took the cooking class and we all dined on the patio of the castle. A special treat we all enjoyed! We also had a wonderful dinner nearby at a farmhouse/agrotourism spot in San Leolino which we would recommend, especially for Gluten Free travelers. We were able to travel to many towns in Tuscany with no problem, but it did take us longer than we expected since we didn't know where we were going, where to park once we got there, etc. We did have trouble finding a laundromat, but were able to get by without it. There was a dry cleaners though, actually 2 in Bucine. Overall, we LOVED our stay at Bucine Limonaia and would absolutely recommend it."

"We loved staying at the Pasquino apartment in Rome! The ambiance of the little Piazza Pasquino was so charming! We enjoyed going to one of the many wine bars every evening for a bottle of wine and then out to dinner at another spot in the little square. Everything was so good! We thought it was a great location for everything. Taxis were easy to find if you needed one. We took a taxi to the Colosseum (and walked back) and to the airport. Otherwise we walked everywhere. Rome is a very walkable city and Piazza Navona is very easy to find (lots of signs). We were very glad we chose this apartment. We recommend it to anyone staying in Rome."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at the Paradiso apartment. It was just as promised, clean, comfortable and very well located. Loved the area, so much to see and do. Thank you for everything! We would stay in this apartment again and have already recommended to our friends who will be in Florence next summer. "

"Wow! What a memorable trip to Rome and greatly due to the wonderful Italy perfect and our apartment, Elegante! We were greeted by the host and crew and they were always available for any questions, concerns, and information. The apartment was no less than stunning! Spacious, beautiful, and the most perfect location! Beds were most comfortable, kitchen fantastic, and all was first class. We had almost three weeks there and it made us feel as if we were in "our" home with lots of room to not bump into each other all the time! We loved, loved, loved the neighborhood! Not touristy and yet only a few minutes walk over the bridge to the Piazza Popolo. Having the hotel across the street was a great convenience as we could get taxis immediately, shopping around the corner, and great places to eat nearby. Apartment Elegante was a huge highlight of our trip and Italy Perfect you are the best! Wish I were there now!"

"We had a lovely time at la Serenata. Just steps from San Marco, the location was central to all the major sights. A gondola stop was just below and provided much entertainment from the terrace.Everything was provided, even dishwashing and laundry soap. Having a dedicated washing machine was a bonus; no waiting for others to finish a load. The Co-op was handy for groceries, but the Rialto market was also only a short walk. Here one finds the freshest fish, seafood, fruit and vegetables in the city. We would certainly recommend the apartment, nonetheless our summer stay was made less comfortable by the extreme heat in the bathroom and its lack of a ceiling fan. We're sure this isn't a problem at other times of the year. Buon Viaggio!"

"We enjoyed our stay a great deal. The home was perfect for my wife and I. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and a valuable source of practical information . The location was ideal for exploring Florence and for access to the train station. We preferred eating our evening meal in and the small grocery store nearby had a wonderful deli and wine selection. We are runners and ran along the river one morning but subsequently started running up the hill and discovered many wonderful neighborhoods, historic sites and restaurants. Great home."

"This summer we travelled to Florence with two other couples and stayed at the Medici apartment for one week. Prior to selecting the apartment we decided to work with Italy Perfect because of their great reputation. We looked through the website and saw a couple of apartments that we thought might work for our group. We needed three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a nice kitchen, a living room large enough for all of us, and we wanted to be in an area of Florence that would be close-in, but not too noisy. We called Italy Perfect and spoke with Pat, who was able to give us advice on what would best meet our group’s needs. Ultimately we selected the Medici apartment because it met all of our basic requirements and looked like it had amazing windows with a view to the piazza. When we arrived in Florence we were met by a friendly woman, right on time, at the location we had pre-arranged. There were stairs to the apartment that we generally used, but a small elevator was also just inside the front door. We were very pleasantly surprised that the apartment was even nicer than it looked online. It is huge! The bedrooms are all larger than standard U.S. hotel rooms. The appliances in the kitchen are up-to-date, including a full-sized refrigerator. I think our favorite part of the apartment was the overall old-world atmosphere and the amazing full length windows that look out at the pizza. Several mornings we ran down to a bakery on the piazza, came back upstairs and had breakfast watching the piazza come to life. It is a beautiful area! I would definitely recommend this apartment. There is certainly space for a larger group than we had. The location is very convenient to the major sites in Florence. It, simply, was a beautiful and comfortable home for our week in Florence."

"This a great place to stay; large, comfortable, quiet, well located, and beautifully furnished. We particularly enjoyed dinner at the nearby Restorante Life on Via della Vite."

"I travelled with my family of 10. Five of us stayed in the Benozzo while the other five stayed in the S. Croce Tosca. It was spacious with comfortable amenitites (washer/dryer, dishwasher, all kitchen appliances,tv, etc.). There were 3 bedrooms and two and a half baths. The livingroom/diningroom was very comfortable and roomy. Well-situated and we could walk to many of the sites like the Uffizi Gallery, Accademia, Ponte Vecchio, churches, Duomo, shops, and restaurants. If you need a taxi, the station is just a few steps from the apartment building. S. Croce Benozzo is in the back of the building so very quiet. Since these apartments have different landlords, charges above the rental fee may differ. You will have to pay for the utilities. [The apartments in this building are all owned by the same family and have the same policies. The guest is referring to a different wifi payment policy at another apartment elsewhere in Florence that includes wifi in the price of the apartment. Italy Perfect] Instructions ask visitors to be considerate of the residents in the building. We reminded our children (ages 10-15) to keep their voices down, especially in the stairwell and to step lightly in the apartment. Our apartment was very clean and we tried to leave it that way. This is an apartment building so there is no concierge or valet service. The elevator is small so we used the stairs. Our family liked the space after being in hotel rooms for a few days. I appreciated the very efficient service I received from Italy Perfect. They always responded promptly to my emails."

"My family of 10 stayed in two apartments in this apartment building. One family of 5 stayed in the S. Croce Tosca. There were three bedrooms, a livingroom/diningroom area . two bathrooms, and a very functional kitchen with a long, rustic, dining table for informal dining. The apartment also had a washer and dryer. Very comfortable after staying in hotels in London and Rome. Visitors should be aware that these apartments are owned by different people, therefore, charges in addition to the rental fee differ. Some will charge for wifi and others will not. You will be charged for utilities, but it was fair. [All of the apartments in this building are owned by the same family. The guest is referring to apartments elsewhere in Florence where another member of her family stayed and that had wifi included in the price. Italy Perfect] Since some of the apartments are occupied by permanent residents, the info sheet asks visitors to be considerate. Children need to be reminded to keep their voices down in the stairways and to step lightly in the apartments. This apartment building is well-situated. There are shops, a market, San Clemente Church [Santa Croce], and outdoor cafes around the palazzo. I appreciated the taxi station a few steps away from the front door. Apartments in the back of the building are quieter because the ones in front face the square. Fun to people watch. Ideal for families with children at least 10 years old. This is strictly an apartment situation with no concierge, restaurant, etc. Italy Perfect was most helpful."

"The Tesoro is a spacious, nicely furnished apartment right off the Piazza Santa Crocce, a charming, well-located piazza. The apartment's terrace and living room overlook a quiet, interior, garden courtyard, and windows from the other rooms overlook interior sun/air wells which are very sleek and clean and devoid of anything unsightly. The building is well maintained and, best of all, very clean and quiet. Our greeter was prompt, personable and efficient and was able to get our air conditioning fixed right away, which brings me to my next thought. The downsides to apartment life in Italy are that one has to be so careful of power usage. We blew a fuse our first night, running the hairdryer while the two air conditioners were on. One never has to worry about those things in hotels, with their large power supplies. We did miss a concierge on premises too, but we grew accustomed to fending for ourselves. The only negative to the Tesoro was the permanent odor of cigarette smoke, which aggravated my allergies. However, the upsides of being in an apartment are considerable. After being in hotels for nearly two weeks prior, it was wonderful to have several spacious, nicely furnished rooms to relax in. The Tesoro also has 2-1/2 bathrooms, a very nice feature, and a nice kitchen. While we never cooked a meal in the apartment, it was nice to be able to have light snacks and meals which we brought in and not have to take all our meals in restaurants. All in all, I would recommend this apartment and Italy Perfect, which I found to be a reputable and responsive company. It goes to great lengths to provide renters with thorough information to ensure a positive experience."
