"The trip was wonderful. The accommodations in Florence had an excellent location. The unit was clean and well maintained. I would certainly go back as it provided an excellent base of operation to explore Florence. Rome was simply off the chart! The local staff were on top of every need and question. The apartment was simply breathtaking. Perfect location, outstanding appointments in the apartment and the best gelato a block away. No need for cabs everything was in walking distance"

"We have just returned to the USA following our stay in Venice. The accommodations were exactly as described in the brochure and we found them to be excellent. Our greeter, Paula, was VERY HELPFUL in finding us walking on a nearby "street" looking for the apartment at that moment we thought we would never locate the correct address. She led us to a grocery store, made sure we understood the workings of the apartment, keys, appliances. laundry machine, door locks, etc. She was excellent. The location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay!"

"My sisters are calling this week in Rome the trip of a lifetime! Pasquino could not have been better for the 7 of us despite my worry that it wouldn't be large enough. Although there were three in the small bedroom they were all sisters and the beds were very comfortable, including the trundle. Nobody spent much time in there awake anyway. The skinny teenagers slept on the pullout couch and that too was just right for them. They stayed up later than everyone else and there were two doors between us and the living room. We heard nothing in the master bedroom. The windows really shut out the noise and although it is a lively area, no sleep was impacted. The two clean updated bathrooms with showers were a bonus. We were short one large towel but David just used hand towels and let us girls have the large ones. The area where the apartment is was our favorite part of Rome and after sightseeing elsewhere all were thrilled to come back to the apartment, we found great restaurants, wine bars, nightlife and shopping just steps from the apartment. The kitchen was a great gathering place.....beautifully spotless, clean and renovated. We didn't cook there but could have if we wanted to......all amenities were there. The Nespresso machine was a godsend and with seven of us, all the supply of espresso cups went by the end of the week. We could not find where to get more ..... Maybe that can be added to the book of instructions. The younger crowd walked everywhere....those of us with knee issues used the elevator and taxis. Very convenient!!!! Pat from ItalyPerfect helped me talk through options in advance and made suggestions of things to do that topped our list of favorite spots. Domus Romane is not to be missed and reserve early for the English speaking tours. The Pantheon after dark is spectacular. Caroline Vincenti was the best tour guide of the Vatican and Villa Borghese having written three books on art history. She helped us skip things that aren't as important and focus on the best of each. her husband is a food critic in Rome so her restaurant suggestions are better than any guide book. Viator made booking tours in advance easy but were more expensive than booking directly with Dark Rome or others once you are there. The car service Pat recommended to and from the airport - Stefano - was awesome and they do trips to Pompeii for much cheaper than we paid Viator to arrange. Avoid large bus touring and go for the small group van size tours. Hop on hop off buses are a good way to get acclimated to the area if you want to stay on and ride around town but in rome they don't make many stops. Our favorite restaurants near the apartment were Cul de Sac, Cantine e Cucina, Pace de la Palate. Night life spots that were the younger crowd favorites were Bar Del Fico and Mimi e Coco. Thank you to ItalyPerfect, our tour guides, and the wonderful friendly people in Italy for making this such a fabulous destination!! I will highly recommend Pasquino and Italy Perfect to all looking for accomodations in rome and will not hesitate to book a trip to another city using ItalyPerfect."

"We had a terrific visit to Florence and the apartment was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 children) -- it fulfilled all of our needs in comfort and style, and the location could not have been better. When we were in the apartment with the balcony window open, we felt that were were in the thick of Florentine life. But when the window was closed,it was quiet and peaceful. Also, while I'm sure all of your greeters are wonderful, I am so glad that Isabel was our greeter. She was friendly and helpful and responsive and gave us great restaurant suggestions. When we had an issue with the hot water (the cleaning people had turned it off) Isabel responded to my email right away and give me the information I needed to turn on the furnace. She also offered to help me get a cab on the day we left. In small but important ways, she made our trip easier, and therefore more relaxing and enjoyable. We will enthusiastically recommend Italy Perfect to our friends looking for vacation rentals in Italy."

" Apartment Pasquino was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our month’s stay, and since I like to cook, I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. Our greeter met us at our arrival, explained the workings of the apt, and afterward came right away to open a shutter that was stuck closed, thus giving me yet another window to enjoy the passing scene in the piazza below. In easy walking distance we found lots of restaurants, stores, a nearby supermarket, and so close, Piazza Navona, touristy and carnival-like these days, but nevertheless splendid. As to eating, a few doors from the apartment on the main drag, via del Governo Vecchio, and a few steps from the corner bookstore, is a superior sandwich shop with a variety of choices listed on the wall, all made fresh to order. Try the artichoke spread. Further up, on the same side of the street, is a moderately priced trattoria, Gino e Pietro, serving traditional Roman dishes. They make a nice saltimbocca. And look for the eatery right in the piazza, Cul de Sac, known for its meat and cheese specialties, and wines from all over the world. If you have an interest in art, you won’t want to miss La Chiesa San Luigi dei Francesi, which has two Caravaggio paintings, and is only a short walk from the apt. Only a block or two from there is another Caravaggio in La Chiesa di San Agostino. Several museums in the immediate neighborhood are worth seeing, especially Palazzo/Museo Altemps, with its collection of Greek and Roman antiquities. Our days were busy, so much to see and do, and in the evenings we had the further pleasure of strolling in and out of the lively streets surrounding the apt. This is our second rental with ItalyPerfect. How nice for us!"

"As usual, the service provided by you was excellent. The accommodations were superior to what we expected. The location was superb. In general the installations worked very well. As regarding to restaurants, we could make to suggestions that we enjoyed very much: Ristorante Il Paiolo (Via Del Corso, 42) and very near to the apartment, Trattoria Carne Alla Brace. By sure we have already recommended and we’ll continue recommending Italy Perfect to our friends. Looking to have another opportunity to use your service."

"There are 3 things of importance in an apartment to make your holiday stay great. This place has them . Position - close to the main Railway station-10 mins walk - the Doumo and Central Florence -5-10 mins walk.All the major attractions with in walking distance.Great shops, restaurants, and pastry shops just downstairs, or around the corner. Great Apartment - very elegant and has everything, much you won't use as we ate out a lot, but all you need is there. Most important for the travellers is the presence of a LIFT !! With the proximity of the busy little streets, double glazing of the bedroom made it totally quiet, so a good sleep after a lot of walking daily was both needed, and obtained.there are 2 other apartments in this former home of one of the owners, which do not back on to the street, but we had perfect sleeps. Helpful and attentive owners- the owners met us,explained the apartment, had maps and information books , and were available for advice or help if necessary. We could not recommend this apartment and the owners more highly!"

"The apartment was great, beautifully decorated,clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere. The owners were very helpful and even drove us to the train station the day we left. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking a few meals at home in the 10 days we stayed there otherwise there were several good restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment. Roses was a very romantic restaurant and the food was excellent. It is only a few blocks away. We highly recommend Italy Perfect and this apartment"

"Pasquino was a perfect apartment for my wife and 2 adult children for our week vacation in Rome. The location is ideal in that you can walk to almost any tourist site in Rome. The apartment is plenty spacious, clean, quiet and the kitchen is modern. It was very easy to make the reservation through Pat at Italy Perfect. Pat also referred us to Carolina Vincenti who was very helpful as a guide and for making dinner reservations."

"Over Christmas, 2013, we stayed in the Prisco apartment and our adult daughter stayed across the hall in the Strozzi apartment. It was an ideal situation. We were met by the charming Miki and Franco who helped us learn about the apartment and the area. For ten days we lived as the local people do, buying our groceries, preparing our Christmas dinner and enjoying take away and local restaurants when cooking seemed too onerous. The apartments were spacious and clean. The Prisco kitchen was well equipped. The wifi worked perfectly and the location was fabulous for visiting Florence."

We stayed in this amazing apartment for 4 nights in December 2013 and the location was fantastic, about a 5 minute leisurely walk from the Spanish steps. Our greeter couldn't have been more helpful, and even arranged a driver to get us to the airport when we departed. The apartment is within a 20min walking distance to most locations and only 5 minutes from the Metro, which is very easy to use. (If you want to get to the Colosseum, Vatican City, etc) There are also many restaurants to choose from nearby. The greeter gave us many choices, but we also stumbled upon an fantastic restaurant in our street called, 'Life'. (It was so good we even dinned there two nights in a row) The apartment was spacious (we slept 5 adults in there very comfortably) and the amenities were great. Only one let down was the lack of constant hot water when having a shower. (Think this is a norm in Italy though) Would definitely recommend this to travellers as it is great value for money and gives you a true Italian experience.

"Our family of six (2 adults, 3 teenagers, 1child) stayed at the Ginevra apartment in December 2013. It was beautifully furnished, clean and bright. Three small balconies overlook the street and roof tops. The beds were comfortable, linen excellent and abundant towels provided. A welcome pack of coffee, tea, jam and Christmas chocolates was provided. Daniella the apartment manager met us on our arrival and kindly provided an Italian cell phone with credit to use if needed during our stay. She was also able to arrange a later checkout which was really appreciated. The location was perfect - Spanish Steps less than 5 minutes walk, Trevi fountain less than 10. At the furtherest end of the street is the Via del Corso, one of Rome's main shopping strips. There are abundant restaurants close by, a wonderful Gelateria, and the supermarket is only a 5 minute walk. Despite this the apartment is very quiet, especially at night . We would highly recommend this apartment to families or couples sharing. The sofa bed in the den is best for one, but comfortable enough for two children. There is a short flight of stairs to get to the elevator, not a problem at all for able bodied people. Italy Perfect has been a fantastic Rental Agency, providing us with abundant and clear information on all aspects of staying in Italy, to either download or print. Any question was always responded to, and it gave us complete peace of mind booking with a well established company. Thank you Lisa!"

What a wonderful apartment, very spacious and bright. The location could not of been better! Walking distance to the Spanish Steps,Trevi Fountain, Pantheon.,Etc. My husband and I ate at local restaurants within a block from the apartment and they were all wonderful. Shopping was also right out side the door!! Daniela our greeter was fantastic. She was there upon arrival and even came over one night when we had trouble with the cable TV (we pushed the wrong button). The only negative was the apartment was hooked up to wifi but we would have to pay a small fee and mess around with other cables, usb, etc. I thought it was included in the rent and feel it should of been for the amount that we paid. We never used the internet. All in all we had a great week and we would stay here again if the internet issues were resolved!

"The apartment was perfect for us and as described by Italy Perfect. The location was great and very close to anywhere in florence you want to go as it is a very small city. We stayed for 2 weeks and felt extremely safe in the area and the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment for any and all travelers. Everything was explained and the greeter was very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay there again. We really enjoyed the restaurant downstairs "bocadama". They were always so friendly and helpful"

"We loved our week in Casetta Bonsi! Maurizio was a wonderful host - waiting for us upon our arrival and making taxi arrangements for our departure. In addition to the beautiful and welcoming furnishings, the wine, pastries, fruit and candy provided were a thoughtful surprise. The location is ideal - off of a quiet street and near the Ponte Vecchio and many restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere and nothing seemed too far. We loved many nearby restaurants - Casalinga, Quattro Leone, Osteria del Cinghale Bianco, Gusta pizza were some favorites. Cantina del Gelato was a daily stop as well. We would recommend Casetta Bonsi and Italy Perfect to anyone seeking a wonderful Florence experience. We hope to return soon!"
