"To begin with Danielle was a wonderful greeter. She went above & beyond to assist us with little things that needed attention. She is an asset to your business. The apartment location is perfect. It is right in the middle of everything. I loved the supermarket two blocks away. The apartment could use some tender loving care. For the rental fee paid, the owner should invest some money in having the wood floors re-done. They need to be sanded, stained and polished. They are very worn. [It has been done!] The linens and bedding are fine, however new towels and blankets would be nice. The lighting could be improved. The pole lamps are chintzy for such a beautiful apartment. I managed to cook a few wonderful meals on the 2 burner stove. A challenge, but lots of fun. I would definitely recommend you to friends and would call you again the next time we have an adventure in Italy.Once again, thank you for making our vacation so memorable."

"We wanted somewhere to sum up the essence of Venice and this apartment provided just that. The location was central providing easy access to shops, restaurants and sites. The roof terrace was perfect for people watching, listening to the bells, relaxing and generally soaking up the atmosphere. Watching and listening to the gondoliers was fascinating to the extent that we just popped downstairs to book one! The greeter, Paola, was just the loveliest person who showed us the local store and gave helpful tips about the appliances and mosquitoes and good eateries. Booking was straightforward with attention to detail given. Would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to a friend. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and the décor was lovely. The only downside was the humidity and mosquitoes but the location and roof terrace more than made up for that. Would definitely recommend to a friend and also want to go back ourselves!"

We had a wonderful time staying at this Roman apartment. The location is within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Our family likes to walk a lot. We did take a train to the Vatican, but walked back. Other than that – we only took a car to the airport. Our host was awesome and recommended some great local places for us to go. The restaurant just down the street, “Life,” was really good. There is a Gelato place that wasn’t too far called Giolitti – we decided this was the best in Rome and went there everyday. There was a grocery store not far, we picked up our breakfast foods there and just made that in the apartment. The kitchen was pretty small so we had lunches and dinners out. This was towards the end of our trip so we were starting to cut cost back a little bit. There are a few sandwich places nearby that were really good and pretty inexpensive (we are a family of 5). Loved this area and would definitely stay here again!

"This is a wonderfully spacious apartment that is walkable to the Spanish Steps and many other sites and even the Vatican (about a mile or so). The apartment is elegant, spacious, and comfortable. We fit 7 people very comfortably with different sleep schedules. The Wifi works well. The beds are comfortable. You can have breakfast at the hotel across the street if you don't feel like cooking. The street is less busy than other streets which reduces noise relative to other potential locations. I would stay here again if I visited Rome again."

"We fell in love with Serenata for its ambiance, location and our wonderful greeter. How perfect to spend a week on a sophisticated apartment with a rooftop deck overlooking a canal. We were serenaded in the mornings with bells from San Marco square, enlivened by the sounded of delivery workers on the canal in the mornings and gondoliers in the late afternoons. Our greeter went above the call of duty talking to the lost luggage handler at the airport and being at our apartment two separate times to receive the suitcases. Her restaurant suggestions were right on. This apartment is best suited for a couple as the sofa bed would not be comfortable. Great place and perfect location."

"My wife and I recently enjoyed a memorable, two-week stay in the Strozzi apartment. The location is superb, with many shops and restaurants on the same street, and the building has the ambience of a stately palazzo. Guests should be aware of the limited cooking facilities, but the kitchenette is functional and more than adequate for our purposes. We had no complaints or issues with the apartment, and the security of the building gave us peace of mind. However, the most valuable assets of this apartment are the owners, Miki and Franco, who are two of the sweetest people we've ever met! They greeted us as if we were family, and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We highly recommend this apartment, and are looking forward to staying there again, or in one of the other two which Miki and Franco own on the same floor, when we return to Florence. Mille grazie, Miki & Franco, for being such wonderful hosts!"

"As our train was arriving in Florence/Firenze, I called our host and upon our arrival by taxi at Casetta Bonsi, he was waiting on us as agreed. Our host spent time with us explaining everything we needed to know for an enjoyable week at Casetta Bonsi, plus he walked with us to show us where the grocery store and some delightful restaurants were located. Our stay at Casetta Bonsi could not have been more perfect, which made our stay in Florence/Firenze stress free and provided us a week of wonderful memories. At Casetta Bonsi, we had all the comforts of home and from its location, we walked everywhere we wanted. Our host arranged for a taxi to meet us on our day of departure and he was there to say "Goodbye" when we left. Our week "flew by" and I only wish we had stayed longer. I hope to return Casetta Bonsi again, for it was a perfect week!"

"We spent ten days in Apartment Donatello and felt completely at home even though home was a beautiful 16th Century living space fit for royalty.... which we are most decidedly not. Each of the three bedrooms is spacious with ensuite bathroom and very efficient air conditioning. The AC was particularly welcomed as Florence was under a heat wave with 95-98º temperatures. The upstairs master bedroom is particularly beautiful and filled with golden sunlight during the day. There is also a small terrace that overlooks an interior patio below. The kitchen and dining room are big enough to throw a dinner party for 12 while the frescoed living room is a perfect place to flop after a long day seeing the sights. The entire apartment feels like a sanctuary and one is grateful for the serenity and quiet provided by its interior location, especially during the heavy tourist season. Managers Cecile and Patrizia are delightful as well as professional. Indeed, they are an added luxury. We will definitely return to Palazzo Santa Croce and its many charms whenever we visit Florence again."

"On a recent trip to Italy one of our destinations was Florence where we stayed at the Michaela apartment. The location was absolutely perfect for us being in the heart of the old city, within walking distance of many of the places we wanted to see including the Duomo and the Uffizi. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our hosts were extremely helpful and kind, going out of their way to recommend particular restaurants, shops and places of interest. The welcome package which we ordered as a separate service through Italy Perfect was particularly well chosen and complete. We would have no hesitation in recommending both Italy Perfect and the Michaela Apartment to others like ourselves who were looking for a comfortable refuge in the heart of Florence."

"We had the extreme pleasure of staying in the Medici for a week with friends. It is spacious, beautiful, and overlooks the historic Santa Croce piazza and the stunning Santa Croce Cathedral (which houses Michelangelo's, Machiavelli's, and Dante's (empty) tombs. A tall gorgeous statue of Dante presides out front on the right to make up for his absence inside. Exiled from Florence, he was welcomed in Ravenna where he is buried). The Uffizi is a five minute walk away, the Duomo about 10. Also, a 10 minute walk to Dante's house/museum, and a 20 minute walk across the Arno and upward to the right to Galileo's home. The Medici is filled with light and is equipped with a sumptuous kitchen/dining/living room, as well as a separate generous dining room. The beds are extremely comfortable. We'd gladly stay there again."

"This was our first time using Italy Perfect - they were perfect in all respects! No issues and we will use them again in the future. My wife and I spent a week at Luna and loved it. I have read all the previous reviews and won't repeat all the positive experiences. We were able to appreciate all those and more. When those gates open and you walk into paradise it truly is an exhilarating feeling. Luciana and Luigi are the consummate hosts. Very comfortable, we had all the comforts of home and the amenities we needed including a flawless wi-fi system. It took us a couple of days to get comfortable with the local geography; to figure out how best to get to/back from Sorrento (local C EAV bus - official stop right outside Luna); find our favorite restaurant (Ristorante Il Capanno); and enjoy the beautiful gardens and pool just outside our back door. We ferried to Positano, Amalfi/Ravello, Capri quite easily and enjoyed the nonstop shopping in Sorrento. By the end of the day, however, it was a real treat to make our way back to our private retreat - Villa Luna. This was truly an outstanding experience, one we will treasure for years to come."

"Our adult family greatly enjoyed our stay at Zegno in Rome. We especially appreciated the welcome chat with our hostess, a deeply cultured, knowledgeable Roman woman who kindly introduced us to her city via an hour long chat. Her home is spacious, beautiful and perfectly situated for touring the ancient sites. Italy Perfect staff was most helpful in our planning. We have already recommended them to our friends. Internet service at the apartment is not perfect but adequate for routine needs."

"We were very pleased with the lovely Zegno apartment on the Spanish Steps. It was a spectacular location. The apartment was spacious, extremely well maintained and immaculate. I am very particular and generally stay in 5 star accommodations. The only knock I had was the owner needs to invest in more luxurious towels and bedding. We never played music on out iPhone once. We simply opened the windows to enjoy violin, jazz or opera. A true Italian experience. One other thing avail yourself of the concierge service available with the apartment. The concierge is a PhD art historian and author of 5 books as well as native Roman will guide you through the best of Rome without hassles and lines. She will focus on you or your family to customize an unforgettable experience which will leave you ready to plan your next trip All in all we had an amazing Roman holiday."

"Italy Perfect describes this apartment as "modest and affordable", and it worked just great for us. No surprises in our 4-day stay in this comfortable and functional place. The kitchenette built into a wardrobe was just great for making breakfast and warming meals. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the inside facing terrace. Franco provided the best recommendations for restaurants from any of our sources, and called to make reservations one night for us one night after his pick for steak Florentine turned us down saying they were full. The location was central for us to walk to all of our selected sites. We would stay here again and hope we have that opportunity."

"All eight of us were enchanted with "Mimi" and "Medici" in Florence. The apartments were lovely, comfortable, very well equipped. And Cecile and Greta took wonderful care of us. As I'm sure you know, the location is wonderful. I was one of the ones staying in "Mimi". I can't stop missing that terrace, with the views of the Duomo and Santa Croce and of the Tuscan hills, all to the sound of real (not recorded) church bells. "
