"Very happy with the overall accommodations. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the location. Quiet neighborhood, close to market, busy working streets nearby. Easy walk to some good sites. Really enjoyed the Borghese Museum and Garden, very cool and not so crowded. Book a guided tour of the coliseum, well worth the money not wait in long lines. Nice to have all your questions answered by an expert."

"This apartment was great! It was in the perfect spot; just two blocks from the Spanish Steps, Cab stations, shopping, and restaurants. There is a fabulous Café/Bakery just down the street; 4 blocks from a grocery store. Three large bedrooms, with plenty of space to unpack. Thanks for a great trip! You can't beat that location! Thank you very much, The Italy Perfect Team."

"What a lovely place! The views are spectacular, the pool is very nice and there are many day-trip options to take from here. We had the opportunity to visit the Chianti Wine Region, Siena, Arezzo and Florence (Florence is easily accessible by train from Bucine). Bucine Poggio was well appointed and very roomy. We liked sitting on our patio in the evenings, but also enjoyed the dinner offered on several occasions. We would certainly recommend Buccine Poggio and would like to visit again. It is a bit tricky to find, but Italy Perfect gave some very precise instructions and we arrived without any issues. Thank you so much, Yvette, for allowing us to enjoy this nice place through your eyes. The Italy Perfect Team"

"The Serenata apartment was absolutely charming, warm and beautiful. We really felt like locals staying there. It was fun walking down a sidestreet and entering the building while the few stray tourists looked at us enviously! Right across the way was a beautiful outdoor dining area that was part of a nearby hotel, perfect for a relaxing glass of wine and chichetti. Our terrace overlooked one of the smaller canals and we had our breakfast each day while watching the delivery boats and the gondolas below-sometimes hearing the gondoliers' serenade. The bed was super comfortable and the furnishings were lovely. The shower was great and we were surprised that the water pressure was so good, given that we had heard otherwise about European water pressure. The church bells rang throughout the day and we were in heaven. The only note of caution is that the two steps up to the terrace might be precarious for some, but if you watch the doorway height, you'll be fine, and the very charming greeter, Paola, was smart enough to hang an ornament from the top of the doorway just to be sure!. We certainly wish we were still at the Serenata!"

"We were greeted by Mikki and Franco outside the apartment building and led upstairs. There is an elevator which helped with the oversized luggage that we will never use again! The apartment is a good size and provides everything you will need for your stay. The kitchen is more like a "kitchen in a cabinet" and space is limited, we found it fun cooking there. We would visit the Mercato Centrale and return with ingredients to make a delicious dinner. The bed was comfortable with adequate pillows and linens. The bathroom was large and equipped with a washing machine and the entire apartment was very clean. The apartment is really located in a great area that makes it easy to walk to nearly everything you would wish to do in Florence. A couple of great restaurants we found were Giovanni and Carozze. Both very nearby and delicious! Mikki and Franco were very helpful and informative. We would definitely recommend this apartment,"

"Highly recommended apt just a few steps from Navona. If you are into getting lost within the streets of Rome and walking to every single corner of downtown Rome, this is the place. Two bedroom, fits up to 5, eveything works well, clean, beds are OK, sheets are OK, closets and decor."

"We spent 5 nights in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. We loved the location and were fortunate to have nice weather. We were able to open the large windows and observe the street scene from above. The kitchen was perfect. It gave us a sense of home. We stayed here in the middle of our 18 day stay and appreciated the conveniences of home. My husband loves to cook and we visited the Mercato Centrale daily. The apartment looked exactly like the website photos. The street is noisy but the bedroom's sound proof patio door eliminated all the sound. We would definitely recommend this apartment. We wish we could have stayed longer. It is only a 10 minute walk from the train and close to everything."

"This apartment is as central as you can get to the heart of Firenze. It is on the fourth floor [with elevator] overlooking the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno. It is fully equipped with individual air conditioning in each room. The rooms are spacious and bright. Be sure to start your morning with Fernando's cappuccino at the Circus Restaurant in Piazza dell Signoria. We also loved the recently opened Fosso Bandito restaurant situated in a beautiful park a little west of the downtown area. Not to miss - Michelangelo's David in the Galleria dell'Accademia. Be sure to pre book to avoid the long line-ups. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone."

"This is a wonderful accommodation in Firenze. It is a small house just a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio so it is centrally located to all the sites in Florence. The apartment is very well appointed in every way with all the necessities in both the kitchen and bath. A warm touch was the bottle of wine and basket of fruit when we arrived. The terrace overlooks a lovely garden. We found this apartment to be a little oasis in the heart of Florence. Our hosts were very thoughtful and attentive to any needs and requests we had. We would stay there again in a minute!"

"Our stay at the Casetta Bonsi was once again, superb. Charming, comfortable, getaway that couldn't be in a better location. We have recommended it and your website to many others and intend to be back as soon as we can. Keep up the good work! You are the Best!"

"Our party of 8 loved the apartment. The location was perfect for all of the sights we wanted to see – we were basically able to walk everywhere – there was a grocery store nearby and lots of fabulous restaurants. The apartment was very clean – very well-maintained and beautifully decorated. We loved that it was stocked with great movies that were relative to the attractions of Rome. It offered privacy for our two families yet lots of room to congregate together. The apartment manager was so helpful and even greeted us at the apartment a few hours earlier than our scheduled arrival and had someone with him to unload all of our luggage. He also arranged for our transport to the airport when we left. All-in-all we found it to be perfect for the last leg of our vacation. We would highly recommend the apartment to friends."

"My husband and I stayed here on our first leg of a three leg trip to Italy. This apartment was perfect! It was so close to San Marco square with great restaurants and shops. The apartment has a great balcony that we used to have coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. You can see gondolas pass by and listen to the noises of the boats as they deliver their wares throughout the city. Our greeter was so helpful with information about the apartment and surrounding area. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and Italy Perfect!"

"Imagine sitting on your terrace in Florence overlooking Ponte Vecchio and all the activities on the street below! This was a fantastic apartment and was our favorite during our trip to Italy. The apartment was very large, clean, updated and provided everything our 2 kids and we needed, including a washer and dryer. It was in the heart of all the fantastic sites, great restaurants and shops. As an fyi....our favorite restaurant while in Florence was Vini e Vecchi Sapori. Also, Italy Perfect was great to work with for this trip. They even sent an email alert to notify us of an upcoming [railway] strike."

"We had a wonderful time staying at this Roman apartment. The location is within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Our family likes to walk a lot. We did take a train to the Vatican, but walked back. Other than that – we only took a car to the airport. Our host was awesome and recommended some great local places for us to go. The restaurant just down the street, “Life,” was really good. There is a Gelato place that wasn’t too far called Giolitti – we decided this was the best in Rome and went there everyday. There was a grocery store not far, we picked up our breakfast foods there and just made that in the apartment. The kitchen was pretty small so we had lunches and dinners out. This was towards the end of our trip so we were starting to cut cost back a little bit. There are a few sandwich places nearby that were really good and pretty inexpensive (we are a family of 5). Loved this area and would definitely stay here again!"

"Apartment Strozzi was wonderful! Very nicely located within walking distance of everything: restaurants, shopping, and the train station. Very clean and a good size and the hosts were super. Would highly recommend this apartment when you are visiting Florence."

"The Michaela was perfect for the three of us! We LOVED the convenient location and relaxing atmosphere of the apartment. It was nice to have two bathrooms and the kitchen was perfect for our breakfast & light meals at home. We can't wait to go back and we are already planning our vacation for next year, to stay in the Michaela again."

"My friend and I stayed here for a week and loved the spaciousness and Old World charm. We walked everywhere, as the location was perfect. We often bought fruit and cheeses, or prosciutto and melon, at the big market near the Duomo and had leisurely breakfasts in our rooms. We especially enjoyed being able to open all the windows to enjoy the sounds of the city, and then to close them and turn on the very quiet and efficient AC when we wanted to sleep."

"We loved staying at Casetta Bonsi. Ideally located to see all of Florence--the central squares as well as the L'Oltrarno. Maurizio was the perfect host with lots of suggestions of where to visit, eat, sightsee. Loved the restaurants recommended by him, particularly Il Bordino. The furniture in the Casetta was particularly nice--wonderful wood armoires and cabinets. The bed was very comfortable (as was the pull-out couch.) Our only minor complaint was that the pillows are too foamy--would be great to get some softer ones. We would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to a friend!"

"We were six long time friends looking for a place to stay in Florence...we stumbled upon your website and it was smooth sailing from that day. We contacted Italy Perfect, told them we needed (3)bedrooms &(3)baths they recommended the S.Croce Medici and it was PERFECT...Italy PERFECT. The location is terrific, the apartment is spectacular but do not use the washing machine...it takes forever. It is a true experience to stay in an apartment in Florence. We would go back in a heart beat and have already recommended it to other friends. Thank you for the best week. We are delighted you enjoyed your stay. A long washing machine cycle is normal for Italy, up to 90 minutes, because the water is heated internally. "

"We had a lovely time in our accommodations. Our hosts were kind and solicitous, and the apartment was quite large and well furnished. Perfect location. We had a wonderful stay."
