Rome is so beautiful and we found the sun in this apartment glorious where we could appreciate it everywhere. We booked late and didn't really want to be so close to the Spanish Steps that can be so thronged, but found this street delightful and quiet. The problem with the air conditioner (who thought we would need it so late in the year) was fixed promptly. The apartment layout was perfect for the two of us who both needed spaces to work.

The apartment is wonderful - definitely enough space for the three of us. It was clean and had everything we needed. The greeter was soooo kind and wonderful during our stay. The location is on a quiet corner, which has a nice cafe across the street for coffee in the morning. We would definitely recommend going to the farmers market on Tuesday - its an easy walk from the apartment. If you want the best pizza in Italy go to Pizzeria Santa Lucia, which is a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment but well worth it.

"We loved our stay in Florence in large part because of the incredible location and ambiance of this apartment. Our hosts were warm welcoming and very helpful. We would have liked another week to stay. We were able to do a little cooking in the tiny kitchen set up although with all the great restaurants we certainly didn't need to. We had everything we needed here including a hairdryer but you can forget your US made curling iron as the electrical system is not built for it. We enjoyed several tours with FlorenceTown which is located only a few blocks away. Our hosts were very helpful providing directions to other attractions, in particular a bus to the basilica of San Miniato on the hill across the Arno. The sunset and the monks chanting Gregorian chants at sunset was a high point for us."

"We stayed at Bucine Loggetta for a week in late Sept.-early October, when the weather was fabulous - sunny and in the 70s almost every day - grapes were being harvested and wine was being made. What a once in-a-lifetime experience! It is a beautiful, off-the-beaten path accommodation, and a good place from which to explore Tuscany with a car. It's a bit tricky to find the first time - you drive a mile or so off the main road through Bucine, then turn into this dirt and gravel road that winds past Cypress Trees, vineyards, and olive groves until you see the castle on the horizon - stunning. Our one bedroom villa was very nice, with a kitchen, living room, patio and adequate bathroom with a small shower. Olive groves and gorgeous pots of flowers were right outside our entrance. My only suggestion is that they update the guide to restaurants, etc. in the living room - it was a few years old. The staff was also welcoming and friendly - Marianna, whose family owns and runs the estate, Oana, who worked in the afternoons, and Angela the chef. I highly recommend taking a cooking class with Angela. While Oana translated, we made homemade tagliatelle, a ragout or meat sauce, meatballs, sauteed eggplant, roasted and grilled peppers, and tiramisu. Delicious! The location is somewhat remote so you need a car, but it's a quiet and relaxing place where you can enjoy the region while still having a restful vacation. We drove everywhere in Tuscany except Florence - my advice is to take the train from Montevarchi, about 20 minutes away (although leave more time - it's a bit tricky to find and parking is tough). Trains run more often from here than Bucine. We also recommend the coop market in Montevarchi. While there is one closer in Bucine, it's small. The one in Montevarchi is huge with rows and rows of produce, fresh cheeses, all kinds of groceries and other items - almost like a Whole Foods with merchandise. An area restaurant we highly recommend: Bottega di Duddova, a tiny, five-table restaurant in an equally tiny hilltop village, where you feel like you are in someone's Tuscan kitchen. Run by Leonardo and his family, the food is simple and local but fabulous, and one of the desserts is called Momma's cake. Also worth a visit is a shop in nearby Ambra, on the main road across from the shoe outlet, that sells only local olive oil, wine and honey. Italy Perfect was very a great way to reserve our villa, accommodating and responsive to our inquiries. I would highly recommend them and our particular accommodation, Bucine Logetta. "Our weeklong stay in Prisco Apartment was a most enjoyable experience. The apartment was quite large, very well appointed (the kitchen was beautifully done and would rival any kitchen in the US), beautifully decorated, and perfectly located. It more than met our expectations. The owners, Miki and Franco, were very helpful in getting us settled in and satisfied our every need, even going beyond the norm by presenting us with a bottle of Champagne and a nice bottle of Italian wine to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The apartment was very comfortable and it really felt as if we were coming home when we returned each afternoon from our visit to the wonders of Florence. It was truly our home away from home. The locations is perfect, about 10 to 20 minute walk from all of the many exciting attractions of Florence and less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. It is close to excellent restaurants and just a couple of doors away from a wonderful bakery that became our stop each day upon our return to the apartment. My wife and I are in our early 70's so the fact that there was an elevator was an important feature for us. The streets of Florence can be quite noisy both day and night, but the triple-paned door installed on the bedroom window kept the noise out so it never effected our sleep. We would definitely return to this apartment if and when we are back in Florence. I have already recommended the Prisco apartment to our friends and told them that they must check out the many offerings of Italy Perfect if they are planning a visit to Italy. Once you have stayed in an apartment you will never return to a hotel room. The arrangements for our stay were handled without difficulty and the information provided by Italy Perfect prior to our arrival in Florence was of great assistance in getting us off on the right foot. Thanks to all for everything done to make our stay in Florence so perfect and so very memorable."

"Thanks for assisting us with our Pasquino Apartment; we enjoyed our experience at the apartment and it was perfect for exploring Rome.We enjoyed the restaurants in the area and also found a small supermarket nearby. Our greeter Giuseppe was very helpful and we appreciated his information and excellent tips. We also used Rocco for our transfers and found him and his drivers gave excellent service. "We spent 2 weeks at the Prisco and had a wonderful stay. Mikki and Franco were warm hosts who made certain that we had everything we needed.The apartment is very spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect walking distance to pretty much everywhere you would want to see in the city. Florence is a late night city, especially on the weekends so expect some lively noise from the street below. However, there is very little vehicle traffic. A sound proof glass door has been installed from the small patio off the bedroom and it is 100% effective.The bathroom has been updated and includes a bidet. The only minor issue is that the shower/tub might be too small for a very tall or large person. This is typical of most European baths. Lastly, the wireless internet connection was quite good. There is also a printer available. We highly recommend the Prisco to anyone planning to spend time in Florence who wants gracious, comfortable, and spacious accommodations in a perfectly situated neighborhood. We had a fabulous stay and so will you! We also highly recommend Italy Perfect. All was as described on their website and our stay was everything we could have wanted."

"Sometimes it is best to say nothing rather than point out difficulties. Sadly I could not recommend Italy Perfect to a friend,it might work for them but it did not for me. Most of my,our issues revolved around the interpretation of issues. The Elegante apartment is in a convenient neighborhood for the Vatican,shopping,getting s cab at the hotel across the street,the DaVanchi. The apartment was ok a bit dark,needed brighter lighting,it was short on dishes and wine glasses,there were only two. The greeter,was more interested in correcting our driver on our early arrival,than shaving or providing us with an Elegant arrival greeting.. Our second greeter,with very limited English was there to point out what we could not do,rather than what we could do to sinks,draind,appliances,trash etc... The keys did not work ,the entry way was not clean or kept up ,but dirty and dusty Outside in the evening it was dark,lights failed to turn on,the elevator was a flight of stairs to get to,not convenient to get to for people with canes,or climbing issues. But I tend to expect elegance and perfection in my rentals,I we did not get it here,Rome was not a disappoiment,the apt was... [We are pleased this guest found the neighborhood convenient and that the apartment was ok. We are very sorry these guests were not pleased with the service. They called the manager the day before to say they would arrive at 3pm but showed up unexpectedly at 11am, without calling ahead or having their driver call as they were requested to do multiple times. The manager rushed over (not pausing to shave) and was able to welcome the guests by 11:15 but they found a few things not quite in readiness. Confused, because no previous guest or driver has missed the request to call when leaving the airport, he did spend too much time with the driver. The apartment has good Italian lighting, all light bulbs were functioning and, as explained in the information provided to every guest, electricity in Italy is approximately 6x the cost of that in North America so Italians tend to use less powerful light bulbs. The manager has show us via Skype that there are plenty of dishes and assures us there were 8 wine glasses. There could be more, but there were more than 2. The houseman demonstrated to the guests the operation of the appliances, maybe it seemed like a negative lesson, but he knows from experience if guests don’t understand, they can accidentally break the appliances. There should be written instructions for the appliances and we will ensure they will be provided in the future. We spoke to the guest on the telephone before he made the reservation and told him specifically how many steps to reach the elevator and he personally assured us that the one person in his party with mobility issues would be able to handle them. We confess to some small issues. The confusion about the arrival that was due to the failure of the guests to follow the clear instructions. The apartment owner is apologetic about the problem with external gate keys, external lights and cleaning of the building common area and will work with the building manager to improve that situation. Italy Perfect provided detailed information on arrivals, steps and interior lighting in advance. The complaints about steps and # of wine glasses are non-issues. Neither the arrival confusion nor the problems with the exterior key, lights and maintenance diminish the elegance of this lovely apartment, witness so many reviews of appreciation. "Accommodations were great. Charming antiques and furnishings, induction cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, washing machine, good wifi--all the things that made our stay convenient. The greeters are very kind and helpful. The location was perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to almost everything! We could walk/tour for a while, head back to the apt. to relax and then head out again. It was so much fun to stroll around after sunset and see everything lit up. The best leather shop we found is Noi, a couple blocks away; not cheap but top quality and very stylish. Buy tickets the day before and then get in line at 8:15am to beat the crowds and climb the Duomo--so interesting and such fantastic views. A block down from the apt., the restaurant La Spada has a great wood fired grill for bistecca alla firorentina. We booked with confidence, received more helpful info than we were expecting, and everything went smoothly. Lisa even gave very helpful advice about booking the train to Rome to catch our flight back to the States. We will use Italy Perfect again next time we travel to Italy."

"We loved this apartment, perfectly located in Florence within easy walking distance of everything. Plenty of room, comfortable, well-equipped, peaceful and private, it was the absolutely perfect place for my husband and I to call 'home' during our visit. Our greeters were delightful, and took a lot of time showing us around the apartment, showing us how things worked, and giving us some hints and tips on places to eat. The apartment is very close to the Ponte Vecchio, and within very easy walking distance to all the famous sites. We found some wonderful restaurants and can highly recommend La Cucina Del Garga, Enoteca Coquinarius, Il Barretto and the 'food court' in the Mercato Centrale. We bought the 'Firenze Card' so we didn't have to stand in line when visiting the various sites - it's definitely worth it for the line-skipping alone (we spent four days in Florence in mid-Sept). We have already recommended Italy Perfect to several people, we are very impressed with your company!"

We loved staying in Vespucci in late September '14. We had warm weather and we were able to walk everywhere. There are nice neighborhood restaurants close by and a wonderful Cafe across the street that we went to everyday for breakfast. The train station is close also and we did take two side trips by train to Bologna (highly recommended) and by bus to Siena. In Florence seek out Mario's Trattoria near the market for lunch. It is the best and at unbelievable prices. The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. Having a 2 Br and 2 BA for two couples was great (one w TWIN beds). The owner next door was wonderful. When the water heater was out of 3 days, she allowed us to shower at her apartment. She also is a great resource of the local area for restaurants! Thank you for your flexibility & patience about the water heater, which went out over the weekend due to a record-breaking storm that affected much of the city, impacting a pipe on the water heater. "We have recently returned from a month in Florence using Italy Perfect.com to find our accommodations, we were totally satisfied.T he apartment was exactly as described on the website, so there were no surprises regarding the apartment itself. It's location in the heart of the city was perfect and the owners, Miki and Franco were kind, helpful and charming. We especially enjoyed our terrace and used it every single night. We loved having the bakery Forno just a few steps away and enjoyed both sweets and paninis from there.Just a few more steps away was a wonderfully authentic Italian restaurant called Trattoria Marione. It was crowded every night with mostly locals, which we always take as a good sign. Although everything we tried was delicious, I especially enjoyed the Roast Chicken and Potatoes. Although a bit of a walk, we found 4 Leoni, IL Pizzaiuolo, Del Fagioli and Fuori Porta to be well- worth the walk- all very Italian! We enjoyed a hidden treasure when we attended Mass at the monastery opposite the Bargello and were treated to breathtaking views when we made the trek to Piazza Michelangelo and took Bus # 7 to Fiesole.So much to see and do in this wonderful city of art and churches. Yes,we would definitely recommend Italy Perfect as a trustworthy site for locating a great place to stay and we would recommend Miki and Franco's place as well. A perfect vacation!"

"This was a very roomy and comfortable, even luxurious, property for our party of 4 adults. The apartments were not in the castle, but in an area behind the castle. The apartment was lovely, well-appointed, and clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was the most disappointing aspect of the apartment as it was small and not well-equipped for food preparation. The lighting throughout the apartment was dim, but I think this is true in all of Italy, as electricity is very expensive there. The location was beautiful, the grounds were delightful and well-landscaped with a large swimming pool, and the Tuscan countryside is breathtaking. There were spacious outdoor areas for sitting and visiting and enjoying the air and sunshine, but the mosquitos! If you go, be sure to take a bug repellent. We were surprised to find the property was a working farm producing olive oil and wine from their own olive groves and vineyards. We were there at harvest time for the grapes which was interesting to watch. The location was more remote than we thought, no warning given about the dirt road. From the description, we assumed there was a village up the hill from the castle, but the old "village" had been turned into the resort apartments, so there was no village per se. To get bread and provisions, we had to drive to Bucine, probably only 15 minutes away, so no big problem, as we drove out to sightsee everyday anyway. The apartment did not have Wi-Fi, but it was available in the lobby. We were there at the beginning of the off-season, and the lobby wasn't always open when we needed it. We certainly had no regrets about renting this beautiful accommodation, and we thank Italy Perfect for making it possible. [Thank you so much for your kind review. We are delighted you enjoyed the location and the stay. Yes, there are mosquitoes in Italy so we inform all guests in their documentation and recommend bringing some personal repellent. Fortunately the bedroom windows have screens, an unusual amenity in Tuscany. Most Tuscan properties are reached by dirt road, but we'll advise future guests. Sorry you thought the apartment was in the castle, it isn't as you can see in the photos. The village of Bucine is a 10 minute drive, personally tested. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Five adult friends recently shared the Benozzo apt. of the Palazzo Antellesi in the Santa Croce Plaza. We appreciated the wonderful central location, the modern kitchen, and the comfortable dining and living room furniture. The services provided by the staff were prompt and congenial. There were some Wi-Fi connection problems but Patricia actually gave us her cell number so we could text for immediate new codes when we got "bumped" from system. We enjoyed walking proximity to both central market and supermarket for our cooking supplies and both the air conditioners and washer/dryer worked great. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to friends. Benozzo is nicely situated as it has windows opening upon the central garden rather than onto the crowds on the plaza. The restaurant next door also served very nice salads when we did not want to cook. We enjoyed our stay there."

"Casetta Bonsi may be the best private apartment we have rented in our travels. The owners provided for every need, comfort and convenience within a classic Tuscan design with modern features. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedroom was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed the upper terrace for breakfast, afternoon appetizers and wine, and when we dined in. While the apartment's location provides easy access to the Ponte Vecchio, guests should find time to explore and enjoy the Oltrarno neighborhoods. We highly recommend the Lungaro Bistrot for dinner along the Arno River and he Enoteca Pitti Gola e Cantina for lunch across from the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens. We would return to Florence for a third visit just to stay at the Casetta Bonsi again."

"Perfect location, perfect atmosphere. Everything about this apartment is a positive. It felt like we were living in a Rome neighborhood within walking distance of all the famous sites. It was a blast to get up in the morning and walk down the street to the local cheese shop, the local meat shop and the local bakery to pick up our breakfast fare. Then we would spend the day sightseeing and return late afternoon to a relaxing glass of wine in the apartment. Then around 7:30 or 8 we would head out for our evening meal and had so many choices of wonderful restaurants it was hard to choose. The good thing we were never disappointed! When we return we will definitely look to stay at Pasquino. We have already recommended Pasquino to all our friends in Salem."

"We could not have been any more pleased (is thrilled to strong) with our amazing apartment in the heart of Santa Croce Florence! It was beautiful. Also comfortable and welcoming. The surroundings were lovely and we felt a part of the neighborhood. Quiet and safe. Our greeter could not have done more for us! Walked us to the grocery store and pointed out sites to visit. We were steps from the Santa Croce Piazza and the Arno River where we found excellent restaurants. Make a dinner reservation at Ristorante del Fagioli! The wait staff will guide you through a meal of wonderful steak, bread soups and pasta. Cappuccino and Gelato - say no more. Shopping - we were steps from small shops with fair prices on leather goods and other souvenirs. Visited the Italian Leather School (prices are very high but the quality is outstanding.) which is behind the Santa Croce Church. The school is free but is also part of the church tour. We were only a few blocks to the Uffizi Gallery and Accademia. The tour books are right; make reservations! Walk or take a city bus to any of the most congested areas of Florence then return home to peace and quiet! Take a city bus to Fiesole in the hills overlooking Florence. It's quite a hike up to the church but the view is spectacular. Also on the city bus line is a stop across the river on Viale Michelangelo for more great views of the city. We made a day trip by train to Pisa, visited the coastal town of Viaggio and then a final stop in Lucca and after a long day back to peace and quiet. What a wonderful experience and Italy Perfect is just that - Perfect. They gave us excellent guidance and provided valuable information before our trip on the "do's" and "don'ts". Follow their advise and you'll have an exceptional experience. We will definitely recommend Italy Perfect and use them again. Ciao e viaggi sicuri!"

"I don't know where to begin!!! We have been to Rome 4 times but never renting an apartment, we always stayed in hotels. We did the math and decided since we were bringing the entire family (5 in all) it was more economical to rent. The Pasquino apartment was perfect. We hired Stefano for our transfers. Stefano was very prompt in returning all our emails (we even booked him for a day trip to Pompei!). Our greeter was so personal, he showed us everything in the apartment. We sat at the kitchen table and talked (english was perfect) at length about the area and places to eat. He wanted to explain how to run the washer and dishwasher, I assured him I was not doing any laundry or cooking, I too was on vacation! My husband and I had the king bed and the 3 "young adults" (18,19 and 25) shared the other. We walked everywhere!! The Pasquino apartment is very centrally located. Everything was perfect!! I would rent this apartment again!!"

"The Memoria apartment was located in an ideal location looking down on the Ponte Vecchio with a view up and down the Arno. The apartment was larger than we expected with every amenity we would want. We especially liked the balcony, dining room, living room and kitchen. The "greeter" was most helpful and made a special trip to meet us even though our plane was delayed because we had to land in Bologna. We would happily rent Memoria again. We have recommended Italy Perfect to friends."

"Our stay in Florence was definitely enhanced by our beautiful apartment rented from Italy Perfect Tesoro. The apartment had a beautiful terrace looking out on a lovely garden. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathtub was wonderful, and the two bathrooms were another plus. The bed was spacious (king-sized) and comfortable with a wonderful overhead fan. Our host was helpful in recommending nearby restaurants. The location of the apartment was perfect, and we easily walked everywhere. I have no complaints at all. Pat, at Italy Perfect, was helpful in providing instructions and answering my emails. I would recommend both Italy Perfect and Tesoro to all of my friends and relatives. Thank you so much."
