"This apartment was perfect for our family of four.The facilities in the apartment were clean, comfortable and attractive. We felt at home immediately. Our two daughters - 10 and 12 years old - loved their beds under the cupboards. Our greeter was gracious and helpful. The highlight, however, was stepping out into Piazza Navona less than 50m from your front door leaving you in a perfect position to explore historical Rome by foot.It was everything we could have wanted in terms of facilities and location. "This was truly a lovely apartment. We have been to Florence many times and this was one of the best. Everything was so well thought out for the guest. The owners were more than gracious and helped us with anything we required. I would recommend the added gift basket for your arrival. It contains coffee, milk, OJ, bread, wine and all the food essentials you need so that you don't have to grocery shop on the day you arrive.There was plenty of closet and storage space. It is our favorite location. We never needed a taxi to get around. All our favorite restaurants were nearby. We plan to use this rental again whenever we return. It is our little "home away from home"."

"I felt very confident from the first communication with Lisa that this was going to be a very special experience. Both my husband and I are assumebly well travelled and described to Lisa our requirements in terms of location, type of area etc., that we were looking for on our trip to Florence. Michaela was perfecto! Great street to open our doors to in the morning! Quality shops were around the corner, markets, artisans and the list goes on and on. We especially enjoyed the Saturday morning artisan market (near the Novella ) eating on warmed benches under the Florence sunshine.Our hosts went above all expectations as we drove into the narrow streets when we first arrived (lost and about to enter a one way street the wrong way) to personally walk to our car and take us to the appartment. And then, taking us to return our rental vehicle as Florence is definitely not a driving city! On our last day, again taking us to the airport to ensure we were there on time and without any hassle. Mama Mia! This was my very best experience to date. A very special thank you to our hosts and to Lisa for an absolutely perfect experience. Italy Perfect? Without a question. "We spent over a week, off-season, at the Bucine Belvedere apartment in October and have nothing but great things to say about the property, the staff, the location and the overall experience. We also loved being there in October! The accommodations are very nice and the grounds are spectacular. We had excellent meals at the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner, and loved wandering the grounds when we had a few spare minutes. It was not swimming pool season, though the pool looked very inviting.Some of party had a lovely tea with the owner in the castle.The property is an easy drive from Florence, 45 minutes, but feels remote. A lot of great day trips--San Gimignano, Montepuliciano, Cortona, Arezzo, etc.Very easy drives. Marianna's restaurant recommendations were great--we particularly loved Duddova, which is about 10 minutes away. The restaurant has about 5 tables and is fun by the Leonardo family. We had a blast, as well as an excellent meal. Overall our stay was lovely and we would be delighted to visit again. A very special place. [Thank you so much for your review and the recommendations. "The apartment listed as Elegnate in Rome was perfect. The pictures depicted the apartment exactly.We were met by two very nice men that helped us get settled. There were even fresh flowers in the apartment. The location was excellent very close to shopping and a 20 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. We found a great restaurant, Sorpasso's, close to the apartment, it was outstanding and visited mostly by locals. Pat from Italy Perfect was so helpful and always available for questions. Our stay could not have been nicer.We used a great tour guide, Adriano Bortoli at 39 335 411727. This was our second time using him in Rome. He is very knowledgeable and a delightful man. "We have visited Casetta Bonsi before and have always appreciated the warm welcome, the thoughtfulness of the hosts in the presentation of the casetta and their helpfulness with any query we have had, the clarity and usefulness of the information provided through the casetta, and the location in proximity to the many sights of Florence. We have already recommended this accommodation to family and friends and do not hesitate in writing this recommendation online. We do acknowledge that if mobility is an issue, then some consideration would be needed in regard to the hill up to the casetta and the steps within the casetta itself.There are many restaurants, gardens, museums and other places of interest within easy walking distance, or, if in need of a little quiet time, there is a small but peaceful terrace at the casetta. We walked everywhere, but there is access to the local electric bus line just at the bottom of the hill. There is a very well stocked supermarket close to hand, and we also enjoyed visiting the outdoor food market across the river, recommended by our hosts, with its amazingly fresh and affordable produce. The highest recommendation we can give is that if we ever have the good fortune to visit Florence in the future, we hope very much to be able to return to the beautiful Casetta Bonsi. "We loved the old world charm, history, high ceilings and spaciousness of this comfortably renovated apartment. Franco and Miki‘s warm welcome and their many recommendations for memorable sightseeing and wonderful nearby restaurants contributed to an enchanting time in Florence, characterized by inspiring walks and delectable meals. We appreciated being able to walk from the Strozzi’s convenient location to the nearby train station and all major historic sites. The Mercato Centrale, Rosticceria La Spada eat-in or take-out and Luci al Piazzale (take bus 12 to Piazzale Michelangelo) were some favorite eateries. We are recommending Italy Perfect to friends, having valued their efficiency, accurate attention to detail, restaurant recommendations and travel advice that allowed for a worry-free holiday."

"The Michaela in Florence was a wonderful accommodation for my husband and myself, it was even better than the photos, very clean, convenient, and our hosts were informative as well as friendly. The apartment is so comfortable and charming, as is the entire building that I can't imagine anyone complaining about a thing. Loved it. Italy Perfect matched us exactly with beautiful place in a beautiful city. We would definitely stay there again. One thing you should do is go to the market at San Lorenzo for fresh groceries - wonderful, and then go back in the evening for dinner in the second level. It's a great experience and the best food we had during our stay."

The apartment is wonderful - definitely enough space for the three of us. It was clean and had everything we needed. The greeter was soooo kind and wonderful during our stay. The location is on a quiet corner, which has a nice cafe across the street for coffee in the morning. We would definitely recommend going to the farmers market on Tuesday - its an easy walk from the apartment. If you want the best pizza in Italy go to Pizzeria Santa Lucia, which is a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment but well worth it.

"We loved our stay in Florence in large part because of the incredible location and ambiance of this apartment. Our hosts were warm welcoming and very helpful. We would have liked another week to stay. We were able to do a little cooking in the tiny kitchen set up although with all the great restaurants we certainly didn't need to. We had everything we needed here including a hairdryer but you can forget your US made curling iron as the electrical system is not built for it. We enjoyed several tours with FlorenceTown which is located only a few blocks away. Our hosts were very helpful providing directions to other attractions, in particular a bus to the basilica of San Miniato on the hill across the Arno. The sunset and the monks chanting Gregorian chants at sunset was a high point for us."

"We stayed at Bucine Loggetta for a week in late Sept.-early October, when the weather was fabulous - sunny and in the 70s almost every day - grapes were being harvested and wine was being made. What a once in-a-lifetime experience! It is a beautiful, off-the-beaten path accommodation, and a good place from which to explore Tuscany with a car. It's a bit tricky to find the first time - you drive a mile or so off the main road through Bucine, then turn into this dirt and gravel road that winds past Cypress Trees, vineyards, and olive groves until you see the castle on the horizon - stunning. Our one bedroom villa was very nice, with a kitchen, living room, patio and adequate bathroom with a small shower. Olive groves and gorgeous pots of flowers were right outside our entrance. My only suggestion is that they update the guide to restaurants, etc. in the living room - it was a few years old. The staff was also welcoming and friendly - Marianna, whose family owns and runs the estate, Oana, who worked in the afternoons, and Angela the chef. I highly recommend taking a cooking class with Angela. While Oana translated, we made homemade tagliatelle, a ragout or meat sauce, meatballs, sauteed eggplant, roasted and grilled peppers, and tiramisu. Delicious! The location is somewhat remote so you need a car, but it's a quiet and relaxing place where you can enjoy the region while still having a restful vacation. We drove everywhere in Tuscany except Florence - my advice is to take the train from Montevarchi, about 20 minutes away (although leave more time - it's a bit tricky to find and parking is tough). Trains run more often from here than Bucine. We also recommend the coop market in Montevarchi. While there is one closer in Bucine, it's small. The one in Montevarchi is huge with rows and rows of produce, fresh cheeses, all kinds of groceries and other items - almost like a Whole Foods with merchandise. An area restaurant we highly recommend: Bottega di Duddova, a tiny, five-table restaurant in an equally tiny hilltop village, where you feel like you are in someone's Tuscan kitchen. Run by Leonardo and his family, the food is simple and local but fabulous, and one of the desserts is called Momma's cake. Also worth a visit is a shop in nearby Ambra, on the main road across from the shoe outlet, that sells only local olive oil, wine and honey. Italy Perfect was very a great way to reserve our villa, accommodating and responsive to our inquiries. I would highly recommend them and our particular accommodation, Bucine Logetta. "Our weeklong stay in Prisco Apartment was a most enjoyable experience. The apartment was quite large, very well appointed (the kitchen was beautifully done and would rival any kitchen in the US), beautifully decorated, and perfectly located. It more than met our expectations. The owners, Miki and Franco, were very helpful in getting us settled in and satisfied our every need, even going beyond the norm by presenting us with a bottle of Champagne and a nice bottle of Italian wine to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The apartment was very comfortable and it really felt as if we were coming home when we returned each afternoon from our visit to the wonders of Florence. It was truly our home away from home. The locations is perfect, about 10 to 20 minute walk from all of the many exciting attractions of Florence and less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. It is close to excellent restaurants and just a couple of doors away from a wonderful bakery that became our stop each day upon our return to the apartment. My wife and I are in our early 70's so the fact that there was an elevator was an important feature for us. The streets of Florence can be quite noisy both day and night, but the triple-paned door installed on the bedroom window kept the noise out so it never effected our sleep. We would definitely return to this apartment if and when we are back in Florence. I have already recommended the Prisco apartment to our friends and told them that they must check out the many offerings of Italy Perfect if they are planning a visit to Italy. Once you have stayed in an apartment you will never return to a hotel room. The arrangements for our stay were handled without difficulty and the information provided by Italy Perfect prior to our arrival in Florence was of great assistance in getting us off on the right foot. Thanks to all for everything done to make our stay in Florence so perfect and so very memorable."

"We spent 2 weeks at the Prisco and had a wonderful stay. Mikki and Franco were warm hosts who made certain that we had everything we needed.The apartment is very spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect walking distance to pretty much everywhere you would want to see in the city. Florence is a late night city, especially on the weekends so expect some lively noise from the street below. However, there is very little vehicle traffic. A sound proof glass door has been installed from the small patio off the bedroom and it is 100% effective.The bathroom has been updated and includes a bidet. The only minor issue is that the shower/tub might be too small for a very tall or large person. This is typical of most European baths. Lastly, the wireless internet connection was quite good. There is also a printer available. We highly recommend the Prisco to anyone planning to spend time in Florence who wants gracious, comfortable, and spacious accommodations in a perfectly situated neighborhood. We had a fabulous stay and so will you! We also highly recommend Italy Perfect. All was as described on their website and our stay was everything we could have wanted."
