"What an amazing place...perfect location, great views and the apartment was stunning! We had our morning coffee and evening wine on the patio and enjoyed the views of the tile rooftops, top of San Marco's church/tower and gondola rides below us. Pat (Italy Perfect) was very helpful prior to our arrival and Paola was wonderful, even taking us to the mini-market so we could shop for our time there. When we get back to Venice, we know the apartment we will be staying in and will be recommending Italy Perfect to others. [Thank you for allowing us to enjoy through your eyes! "This was our third visit to Serenata and we hope to be back again. The flat is located a flat walk (no bridges) from St Marks Square, it is on the top floor (one very small creaky lift) with an outdoor roof terrace . From the terrace is a splendid view over a canal junction with commercial boats in the early morning and gondolas for the rest of the day. We spent hours there watching the world go by - and we were so high up very few people noticed us looking at them. The flat is well equipped for two people, more than enough kitchen utensils, The TV is mainly Italian, just BBC World in English and the DVD player did not work. Air Conditioning is fair, boosted by a powerful floor standing fan. The is a Co-Op supermarket about five minutes walk away, over one bridge in direction Rialto which provided all the food shopping we needed. There is an excellent ice cream shop on the corner of the building, and plenty of run of the mill restaurants nearby. Our favourite restaurant was Bistrot de Venise in Calle dei Fabbri - ask for Walter! We also went to the St Marks Square cafes for evening music after the day trippers had gone home. there are three expensive cafes in the square providing music, if you are a customer you pay extra for the music, if you are mean you stand up just outside the cafe area and listen for free. Would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to a friend The surrounding area is quite busy being on one of the main routes between St Marks and the Rialto so there is a general bustle in the air when walking around. [Thank you so much Robert. So glad you enjoyed again. The DVD player has been replaced. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"We stayed at the Michaela apartment in mid-June for four nights while visiting our daughter who is doing a college study-abroad program in Florence. The location of the Michaela apartment is absolutely perfect for exploring Florence -- you can walk to everything. The apartment itself is clean, well-kept and ideal for 3 people, particularly since there are 2 bathrooms. While in Florence, we highly recommend the Florence for Foodies Nude and Food Tour which includes a guided visit to see Michelangelo's David. Ask for Nathalie as your guide for the tour."

"The location couldn't be better. Plenty of room for all five of us. Plus everyone had there own bath plus air conditioner in all rooms. Host were very accommodating and answered all questions. Only one flaw kitchen needed a few more items (soap for dishes and surfaces). Our six days couldn't have been better. [We are delighted your stay was so nice. The Italy Perfect team]"

"This is the second time I have visited Florence and stayed at the Palazzo Antellesi. I spent two weeks in The Alcove apartment, first with friends and then family. The Alcove is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. It has an unbelievable location, only a five minute walk to The Uffizi, The Arno or the Piazza Repubblica. There are wonderful restaurants nearby, our new favorite is Cucina Torcicoda which we returned to several times. The best gelatoria in the city is Vivoli and is around a corner from he apartment. We also went back to the Mercato Centrale several times to eat at their new third floor food hall. My 13 and 16 year old grandsons went shopping there and bought food to cook dinner for us in the apartment. If you can time it right, come in June and you will have front row seats for the famous Calcio (soccer) tournament. Thanks to Cecile, the manager, for all her help. We will be back. Susan Rose"

"This was the first time we rented an apartment during our travels. I have to say that up to the point of arrival, we were leery of what we would find. There was absolutely nothing to be concerned about. The greeter was extremely courteous and helpful, the apartment was even better than the pictures, and the location was superb. Just a small block down the hill are the markets, restaurants, the Arno, and the Ponte Vecchio. If we make it back to Florence, we will definitely be coming back to Casetta Bonsi. I will mention a couple of things for future guests there and perhaps a suggestion or two to the owner. It was unseasonably hot for June in Florence so do not hesitate to request the controllers activated for the air conditioners as they were an option for us and may incur added cost. Also the internet is dial up speed at best so bring an airport express extender or something similar. I would recommend the owner to install screens on the windows to keep the mosquitos out, they were vicious and closing the windows would seal in the heat. Be prepared for cars accelerating up the hill and sporadic loud engine noise as there is a small motorcycle parking area just outside the door. There are practically no views from the apartment, but the location is so good that the lack of them was of no consequence to us. Everything you need is there including an american style coffee maker. All in all, our experience was amazing! We will not hesitate to use Italy perfect in the future. We have already recommended the location to several of our friends. Note from Italy Perfect: To clarify for future guests, the internet is high speed, not dial-up, so we were surprised that this guest found it to be slow. As you can see from all the reviews, no other guest has ever complained about it. It is fine for email and checking the internet but not fast enough for watching movies or gaming. Windows screens are rare in Italy, very few homes have them."

"My son and I spent 2 1/2 weeks in this delightful apt. The location was perfect and safe. After site seeing all day the apt was a quiet oasis . It was perfectly decorated and felt like home. It was just right for two people or two couples that need a little space and separate bedrooms and baths. The area has pretty much everything you need. We hired the guide recommended by Pat and did two days if walking tours. He was fantastic and we saw many different things. My 18 year old son attended a local sports event and really had fun. We were prepared for Mosquitos and they were there. Be prepared. This certainly was a five star apt. Everything you want is a easy walk. Pat and Elizabeth were the best apt was perfect even through we arrived quite early. [It was a pleasure to offer you an enjoyable stay in Florence. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"We recently stayed at Borgo. Our family of 4 was in Beco and my mother stayed in Tiglio. Borgo is an extraordinary destination, and the apartments there are beautiful. They are located in a historic farmhouse on the estate, and are a lovely combination of old Tuscan feel and modern comforts. Our apartment was very comfortable, with a great kitchen and living areas. We were there in June and even though the weather had been very hot in Rome and Venice, it was so pleasant in the hills at Borgo, and we were amazed to be able to sleep with windows open at night. The estate has stunning views with olive orchards, woods and gardens. When combined with the views of the surrounding landscape – cypress trees, ancient hilltop towns and Monte Amiata in the distance – you feel as if you are in a movie. The staff at Borgo is gracious and welcoming, the food is wonderful, and the garden tour should not be missed. Finally, its location is perfect for day trips to any number of beautiful towns. We highly recommend Borgo for an unforgettable trip."

"Our apartment was very comfortable, quiet, clean, and well equipped. It was located in a historic palazzo turned into apartments on the Piazza Santa Croce. Our interests were in history, art, and architecture so the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and even manage one of our party in a wheelchair. There is a "super" market a few blocks away for anything from staples to fine wine. We ate well everyday in a restaurant near our morning excursions, so all over the historic area. Food was great everywhere. Our travel companions are world-class consumers of gelato and give world-class honors to the small gelateria around the corner, facing the convent associated with Santa Croce. The folks at Italy Perfect were very helpful. And, yes, I would certainly seek them out again and recommend them to friends."

"We had a wonderful family vacation in Rome this summer! Our week at the Zegno Apartment was perfect. Edgard is a kind and helpful Houseman. The accomodations were luxurious, clean, and comfortable and provided an "at home" experience after long days of touring the beautiful city. The location is ideal as it is near the Spanish Steps, with grocery and taxi stands available only a short walk away. The building is very secure which added to our sense of safety as a family. We would definitely recommend the Zegno and Pat with Italy Perfect. She was a wonderful resource as we planned our journey! Thanks so much Italy Perfect for a memorable family adventure in Rome! "My friend and I spent a relaxing week in the San Croce Mimi penthouse, a furnished and well-maintained apartment at the edge of the historic district. Comfortable, spacious and with all the modern conveniences - elevator, microwave, TV with English news, air conditioning and a mobile phone to rent - we enjoyed every minute. The large patio overlooks famous San Croce Piazza, and arguably the most beautiful church in Florence. Steps away from shops, cafes and a tourist center, the apartment is still quiet inside its thick walls. Tips for future guests: bring mosquito repellant. The gardener services the plants on the gorgeous patio every other day; when he does, mosquitoes enter the apartment. Otherwise, gracious accommodations, fine service from our Italy Perfect agent and good value made for a lovely vacation."

"Our time at Bucine Poggio was truly wonderful! I can’t thank you enough. Bucine was the highlight of the whole trip. Our little village, the castle, vineyards, olive trees, wild boar, deer, ruins, and more. The owners are a lovely, lovely family and made the time there truly special— from the private cooking class, dinner at the castle with Maria and Antonella, the wine tour and private tasting, plus fabulous swimming pool and storybook scenery… Italy Perfect is perfecto!"
