"Our family (husband and two teenage boys) stayed at Luna for a week in June, and we absolutely loved it. Sant' Agnello is beautiful and friendly. Lots of great restaurants and the ocean within a few blocks walk of the house. The house itself was so charming. Beautifully maintained and landscaped, it was private, comfortable, and quiet. A great retreat but convenient to the train station (the lines goes to Sorrento, Pompei, and Naples) and the center of town. We enjoyed the pool and the view from the rooftop. The couple who own the main house were very kind, gracious and welcoming. Luna was a perfect place to relax and explore the Italian coast, and Italy Perfect was a really convenient way to find such a charming place to stay at a reasonable price.[Delighted you enjoyed your stay. "Having traveled to many cities and staying in apartments, I would have to say that Tessoro was by far one of the nicest and most comfortable flats. The location is really great for all walking tours in Florence. It's located in a courtyard building so you hear absolutely no street noise at all - only the bells from Santa Croce if your balcony doors are open. The balcony is a very nice touch - you can have your morning coffee overlooking a hidden garden while you are really in the city center. We loved our stay in Florence at Tessoro and would definitely stay there again. The amenities are great - fully applianced kitchen, washing machine, two full bathrooms and AC. "My feedback is nothing but positive -- a 5 star review. First, you made it so easy transitioning to Italy from the US with detailed telephone instructions. I called Maurizio when we arrived and he and his daughter met us at the house. The cab ride was also easy, thanks to your clear directions, printed out in Italian. The home itself was charming, everything the other reviewers described. We had a lovely welcome basket of baked goodies waiting for us. The house was very comfortable and the decor charming. It was fun learning how to make Italian coffee on the Bialetti. I even bought one to take home! The Oltrano neighborhood was ideal. We could walk everywhere and see all of the museums, etc., but stayed on our side of the bridge for dinner. The restaurants in the Oltranno neighborhood were not full of tourists, and had better prices and better food. Casalinga was our favorite. Our favorite piazza in the City is Piazza Santo Spirito, a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. We loved having wine at sunset up at the PIazza Michelangelo and strolling through the Boboli Gardens, right in our neighborhood. We had friends staying on the other side of the bridge and they came most nights to “our side" to get away from the crowds. I did not see their rentals, but they said ours was extremely large, quiet, and well appointed compared to the places they were staying. As you know, we had a little mishap on the last day in Florence, locking our key, and my phone with Maurizio’ contact information in the house. It was a holiday in Italy and a Sunday afternoon in the US. Nevertheless, we borrowed a very friendly neighbor’s computer and emailed Italy Perfect. We were able to get your number, called you, and you immediately responded. You got us in touch with Maurizio who drove an hour out of his way, on his holiday, to bring us the key! Meanwhile, some renters on our street, obviously not booked through Italy Perfect, had just flown in from the US. They were sitting on the curb with their suitcases, trying to contact the owners of their apartments. Needless to say, we were so grateful to have booked through Italy Perfect. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, Lisa and Maurizio. I will recommend the Casetta Bonsi to all of my friends."

"I don't even know where to begin. From the beginning, the communication with Lisa was great. She got back to me in a timely manner and answered all my questions thoroughly. I loved all the information I got from Italy Perfect about the customs and helpful hints. When we arrived at our property we were so excited! It looked EXACTLY like the pictures. It was perfect for our family, it was even bigger than I expected. The owners were there to greet us and they were the sweetest couple. They were so helpful, they showed us around and gave us a map of the area.We loved Florence. I left part of myself there, so I will be back. We used Florence as our home base and made several day trip via high speed rail to Pompei, Rome, Pisa (we used the commuter rail), and Venice. The location of our apartment was perfect. We walked everywhere, we were close to the Duomo, which is amazing. The neighborhood was safe and I felt so at home. I found that street vendors in Italy can be quite aggressive we quickly learned to just not make eye contact and keep walking. If you stop to even look at what they are offering, it can be difficult to get away because they are very pushy. There is a huge indoor mart close to the Firenze train station and you can buy all sorts of fresh food items. We left with cheeses, salamis, and olives. The atmosphere was authentic Italy.I would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to anyone visiting. I will be using them again when we return in the future. This trip was the best in my life!"

"We had a family vacation that included 5 nights in the Donnatello apartment. We have never seen a more spacious and well maintained accomodation! We were greeted by the lovely Cecile and made to feel welcome. The rooms are a step back in time with period decor and frescoes on the walls. Our stay was topped off with the historic games of calcio storico in the piazza, which occurs every June. If we should be so lucky to return to Florence, we would plan our vacation around the availability of this lovely apartment! Thank you to the Contessa!!"

"We had a wonderful stay in Florence. This apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The location was great. Our greeter was very helpful. Would highly fecommend this apartment for families. The restaurant right next door was very good and very friendly. Thanks Italy Perfect for the wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend them to friends. [Thank you so much! The Italy Perfect Team]"

Serenata

Serenata

"The perfect spot in Venice, close to everything and convenient for markets, restaurants and cafes. The roof terrace offers an extraordinary view of the junction of three canals, as well as the Palazzo Saranzo (with its beautiful angel relief and the hole in the wall through which the devil allegedly exited the house in 1552) across the way. Touring gondolas drift by all afternoon and evening, sometimes accompanied by singers and musicians serenading the tourists. It is tempting to sit and watch the passing boat traffic (gondolas, water taxis, building supply barges, green grocers' boats, garbage boats etc.) all day and into the night, when the gondoliers call out in the dark as they approach the intersection to alert oncoming traffic of their presence. Best for a single traveler or a couple/family -- bathroom is en suite with master bedroom. The building is clean and well maintained, and the apartment is airy and bright, with good a.c. A real find. [Thank you so much, Addie, for the beautiful description of your experience. Thank you so much for returning! The Italy Perfect Team]"

Casetta Bonsi

Casetta Bonsi

"Casetta Bonsi was much nicer than I expected from the pictures and reviews. It is extremely well kept. Everything worked well. Mauricio is the owner and also the greeter. He gave me a very thorough tour of how the place works and I appreciated that. I was able to settle right in and not spend time trying to figure things out.Casetta Bonsi is nicely decorated and the owners left us some treats like chocolate, ice cream for my kids and wine for me. I felt so welcome. The location is perfect because it is within walking distance of all the sites in Florence, but it is in a neighborhood so it is a little more quiet than it would be on the other side of the river. I thought people who complained about the steep hill were being wimps, but it really is a bit steep. If you have trouble walking it will be hard to get home after a long day of site seeing. I thought of the hill as a way to work off my gelato. Also, Casetta Bonsi is not that far up the hill and the hill keeps lots of people away, so it is quiet. Some of my favorite things about Casetta Bonsi was the little terrace. I liked having an outdoor space that was private to sit and have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Otherwise, the bedroom was dark, comfortable and easy to sleep in. The bathroom is clean and new and a good size. We actually used the kitchen a lot. I did grocery store combat at the shop that is two blocks away. It is a very busy shop and not what I'm used to being from the U.S. The kitchen all works well and I made two full dinners in it. My kids slept in the living room. I have two teenagers. There was a twin bed that slides out from under the couch. One of my kids got that one and my other made up the couch. They were comfortable and next to the router. This house will exceed your expectations. I confidently recommend Casetta Bonsi."

Pasquino

Pasquino

"We were given a choice to stay at Pasquino since the common halls and outside of the building were being restored or go to another residence in the Veneto area at the expense of Italy Perfect. We chose to stay at Pasquino during the restoration because we enjoy this centralized area of Rome is close to most of the monuments and museums we can easily walk to. There are many good resturants, bakeries, gelato shops, and Campo dei Fiori where one can purchase fresh fruits, vegetables & meats. The apartment is very accommodating: two bedrooms, two baths, wonderful eat-in kitchen & dining room. There were a number of English speaking channels on the TV and some of the Italian channels were interesting as well. The owner and host was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Joe for all your help. We heartily recommend Pasquino. [We are so pleased you opted to stay at Pasquino during the recent exterior facade restoration work. Glad that you enjoyed your stay & that the work is all finished! The Italy Perfect Team]"

Elegante

Elegante

"We stayed in the Elegante apartment and found the neighborhood to be perfect. It was quiet with lots of dining options and a grocery store right around the corner. We were able to walk to the Pantheon, the Vatican, Spanish Steps and other sites on the way. We were two families traveling together and the apartment provided plenty of space for everyone with well appointed furnishings and bathrooms. It really is as the name suggests- elegant. Our greeter was very helpful and we had no problems with anything during our stay. It is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the crowds and yet can still walk everywhere, except maybe the Coliseum-we took cabs there. There is a hotel across the street where you can request taxis and around the corner a great place for espressos. We would stay there again and have already recommended Italy Perfect to friends."

"What an amazing place...perfect location, great views and the apartment was stunning! We had our morning coffee and evening wine on the patio and enjoyed the views of the tile rooftops, top of San Marco's church/tower and gondola rides below us. Pat (Italy Perfect) was very helpful prior to our arrival and Paola was wonderful, even taking us to the mini-market so we could shop for our time there. When we get back to Venice, we know the apartment we will be staying in and will be recommending Italy Perfect to others. [Thank you for allowing us to enjoy through your eyes! "This was our third visit to Serenata and we hope to be back again. The flat is located a flat walk (no bridges) from St Marks Square, it is on the top floor (one very small creaky lift) with an outdoor roof terrace . From the terrace is a splendid view over a canal junction with commercial boats in the early morning and gondolas for the rest of the day. We spent hours there watching the world go by - and we were so high up very few people noticed us looking at them. The flat is well equipped for two people, more than enough kitchen utensils, The TV is mainly Italian, just BBC World in English and the DVD player did not work. Air Conditioning is fair, boosted by a powerful floor standing fan. The is a Co-Op supermarket about five minutes walk away, over one bridge in direction Rialto which provided all the food shopping we needed. There is an excellent ice cream shop on the corner of the building, and plenty of run of the mill restaurants nearby. Our favourite restaurant was Bistrot de Venise in Calle dei Fabbri - ask for Walter! We also went to the St Marks Square cafes for evening music after the day trippers had gone home. there are three expensive cafes in the square providing music, if you are a customer you pay extra for the music, if you are mean you stand up just outside the cafe area and listen for free. Would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to a friend The surrounding area is quite busy being on one of the main routes between St Marks and the Rialto so there is a general bustle in the air when walking around. [Thank you so much Robert. So glad you enjoyed again. The DVD player has been replaced. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"We stayed at the Michaela apartment in mid-June for four nights while visiting our daughter who is doing a college study-abroad program in Florence. The location of the Michaela apartment is absolutely perfect for exploring Florence -- you can walk to everything. The apartment itself is clean, well-kept and ideal for 3 people, particularly since there are 2 bathrooms. While in Florence, we highly recommend the Florence for Foodies Nude and Food Tour which includes a guided visit to see Michelangelo's David. Ask for Nathalie as your guide for the tour."

"The location couldn't be better. Plenty of room for all five of us. Plus everyone had there own bath plus air conditioner in all rooms. Host were very accommodating and answered all questions. Only one flaw kitchen needed a few more items (soap for dishes and surfaces). Our six days couldn't have been better. [We are delighted your stay was so nice. The Italy Perfect team]"

"For those wanting a truly Italian Experience, Villa Luna is for you! You feel like you are coming home, when you step into the tropical gardens and enter the inviting little villa. This is not for those expecting all of the creature comforts of a modern hotel, but everything you need is within walking distance. Markets are just up the road. Several local restaurants are nearby, from the reasonable Moonlight, to the dining experience of Marinella. Definitely experience sunset at the nearby plaza overlooking the cliffs of Sorrento with a limoncello or cappuccino. Take a swim in the ocean, and relax at the nearby beach at the bottom of the cliffs. It's a hike into Sorrento, and after a full day of shopping, we took a cab back. Giovanni, our taxi driver, took us to our Italian roots in Calabria, on a tour of the Amalfi coast, and shopping in Naples. He was such a pleasure, always smiling and informative, and never rushes you. Our hosts, Luciana and Gigino, were very gracious, not intrusive at all, but stopping by with a homemade strawberry tart, and giving us a limoncello send off! [Thank you so much Katie! "This is the second time I have visited Florence and stayed at the Palazzo Antellesi. I spent two weeks in The Alcove apartment, first with friends and then family. The Alcove is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. It has an unbelievable location, only a five minute walk to The Uffizi, The Arno or the Piazza Repubblica. There are wonderful restaurants nearby, our new favorite is Cucina Torcicoda which we returned to several times. The best gelatoria in the city is Vivoli and is around a corner from he apartment. We also went back to the Mercato Centrale several times to eat at their new third floor food hall. My 13 and 16 year old grandsons went shopping there and bought food to cook dinner for us in the apartment. If you can time it right, come in June and you will have front row seats for the famous Calcio (soccer) tournament. Thanks to Cecile, the manager, for all her help. We will be back. Susan Rose"

Casetta Bonsi

"This was the first time we rented an apartment during our travels. I have to say that up to the point of arrival, we were leery of what we would find. There was absolutely nothing to be concerned about. The greeter was extremely courteous and helpful, the apartment was even better than the pictures, and the location was superb. Just a small block down the hill are the markets, restaurants, the Arno, and the Ponte Vecchio. If we make it back to Florence, we will definitely be coming back to Casetta Bonsi. I will mention a couple of things for future guests there and perhaps a suggestion or two to the owner. It was unseasonably hot for June in Florence so do not hesitate to request the controllers activated for the air conditioners as they were an option for us and may incur added cost. Also the internet is dial up speed at best so bring an airport express extender or something similar. I would recommend the owner to install screens on the windows to keep the mosquitos out, they were vicious and closing the windows would seal in the heat. Be prepared for cars accelerating up the hill and sporadic loud engine noise as there is a small motorcycle parking area just outside the door. There are practically no views from the apartment, but the location is so good that the lack of them was of no consequence to us. Everything you need is there including an american style coffee maker. All in all, our experience was amazing! We will not hesitate to use Italy perfect in the future. We have already recommended the location to several of our friends. Note from Italy Perfect: To clarify for future guests, the internet is high speed, not dial-up, so we were surprised that this guest found it to be slow. As you can see from all the reviews, no other guest has ever complained about it. It is fine for email and checking the internet but not fast enough for watching movies or gaming. Windows screens are rare in Italy, very few homes have them."

"My son and I spent 2 1/2 weeks in this delightful apt. The location was perfect and safe. After site seeing all day the apt was a quiet oasis . It was perfectly decorated and felt like home. It was just right for two people or two couples that need a little space and separate bedrooms and baths. The area has pretty much everything you need. We hired the guide recommended by Pat and did two days if walking tours. He was fantastic and we saw many different things. My 18 year old son attended a local sports event and really had fun. We were prepared for Mosquitos and they were there. Be prepared. This certainly was a five star apt. Everything you want is a easy walk. Pat and Elizabeth were the best apt was perfect even through we arrived quite early. [It was a pleasure to offer you an enjoyable stay in Florence. The Italy Perfect Team]"
