"
The Michaela was a wonderful apartment . Most important to us was its great location. We never took a taxi as we could comfortably walk to every museum, restaurant, gallery or store from the apartment. All our dealings with Italy Perfect were easy, clear and timely. I would definitely recommend this property!

"We stayed in Memoria for one week, September 5-12. The weather was PERFECT, this time of year. The apartment is divinely situated on the east bank of the Arno with a balcony that allowed us to sit and enjoy the storybook view. Spacious, clean rooms; comfortable beds, two full baths and room to truly "live" in Florence. We found a wonderful market right over the Ponte Vecchio with all the fresh produce, salumi, prosciutto, cheeses and affordable wines we needed. Our greeter helped us with restaurant reservations and recommended our favorite restaurant of the trip: Quattro Leones (4 Lions). (Order the fig, buratta and prosciutto salad). The cab cost a flat Euro 20 from the airport and taxis were easy to get and the dispatchers speak English. We can't wait to get back. Italy Perfect provided all the background info and instructions that made it seamless. We also used their recommended driver, Stefano, for a day trip and they were wonderful!!!!"

"Prisco apartment is wonderful! We spent a full week there and were so pleased that everything we wanted to see in Florence was just a short walk. The apartment has everything a guest could want, including the ambience of being in the heart of the city. The bedroom windows totally blocked street noise, allowing for a good night's sleep or just a place to hibernate for a bit. We would highly recommend Prisco to anyone wanting to truly experience Florence. Franco and Miki were delightful."

"We had chosen the Elegante Apartment in the Prati District for our party of six adults (three couples). We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the apartment. It is spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. We traveled during an incredible heat wave with temps in the upper 90's. However, we always knew we could cool off back at the apartment. Each bedroom has it's own air conditioning unit and they worked very well. Each couple had plenty of room in their own bedroom and it was great to have the rest of the apartment to spend time together. The location of the apartment is also very convenient. It's a very safe, quiet neighborhood but is still close enough to walk if you so choose. Because of the heat we often took cabs or Uber rides to our destination but you can certainly walk to the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso area. There are a couple of grocery stores close by, but there are plenty of restaurants too. Lastly, Pat from Italy Perfect was very helpful when I was planning this trip as Rome takes a bit of research if you want to do it right. There's so much to see and do and she was a big help! [Thank you so much! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"We are back from our wonderful vacation in Italy and I wanted to let you know personally that our time in Florence was spectacular. The Tesoro apartment that we rented last week was exceptional and provided everything we needed for comfort while we were there. I would highly recommend Tesoro to anyone who's interested in visiting Florence. The location, the Frescoes, the amenities were all perfect. And thanks to you, Pat, for all of your assistance with scheduling and reservations. You are excellent at what you do and your help made our vacation so perfectly wonderful. Have a great day. I hope to work with you again on our next vacation to Italy. We'll be back next year for sure. [Thank you so much. Until next time. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Overall, our family had a wonderful week at Bucine Limonaia. The unit we stayed in was spacious and our daughters 21 and 16, enjoyed having their own bedrooms, which they don't always have when we travel! While the bedrooms had A/C, the downstairs area, which included the kitchen, dining area and living room, were all extremely hot, resulting in the fact that we didn't spend a lot of time in these areas. Ceiling fans would be a wise investment. The kitchen needs more lighting as it was quite dark. The entire staff at the lodging/resort/castle were extremely kind and helpful and treated their guests very well. The cook was wonderful and we enjoyed several dinners on site as well as some breakfasts when we were too lazy to cook on our own. The info. binder with local restaurants and shops that is in the apartment, needs to be updated as we went to one restaurant that had closed and had been replaced by another restaurant. The setting was exquisite! While we did our fair share of sightseeing around Tuscany, we also spent some wonderful family "down time" reading by the pool and relaxing. Bucine is located in the perfect spot of Tuscany as there is so much to see in the area and you don't have to drive too far to get to your destination. We would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to our friends. [We're so pleased you enjoyed your stay. It is true that only the bedrooms have A/C, as stated in the information on the website. We'll advise the manager to update the information binder, thanks for letting us know.]"

"Miki and Franco were so lovely and just wonderful people. They treated us like family. They are very kind, available, very good with explanations, had printed maps and sites for us to see, and wanted to be certain we had everything we needed. Our bus ride was delayed upon arriving and they waited for us and greeted us with open arms. We stayed here in the Prisco several years ago and it is one of the loveliest places to stay, truly! Delightful and enthusiastic hosts! The Apartment: Everything to love about this place: Very clean, nice fresh linens (extra if you need them), very comfortable bed, big open rooms. Our 3rd floor apartment allowed us to view the activity on the street below if you open the shutters, AND...it is very quiet in the bedroom when all the windows are closed. Slept fine, never heard street noise. Fully equipped kitchen that was spotless, nice breakfast nook with bright light to enjoy our morning coffee and breakfast. Nice living room with T.V. and comfortable sofa. Bathroom is very nice with cabinets and shelves to store your travel items. Big mirror with bright lighting, hair dryer included that worked very well. It almost took a swat team to get us to leave this place - we wanted to stay for months - It was so great! Location: Step out onto the street and you have a bakery 2 doors down, and a wonderful little trattoria 3 doors down called, "Trattoria Marione." We ate there and it was delicious. Shopping right near apartment and everything else is within easy walking distance. Restaurants: Some of our favorites that miss the tourist crowd: 1) Giovanni's - and he is the owner who greets almost every guest personally coming through the door, he seats you, the waiters are attentive, but not hovering. The food is extraordinary: a blend of fresh flavors in every dish and every bite leaves you wanting more. 2) Club Culinario Toscano da Osvaldo -authentic and traditional. 3) Verrazzano - great place for lunch with wonderful desserts to add to the mix 4) Gelaterias - you want fresh ingredients with not a lot of fillers: our two choices are, first, "Perche No" right across from Verrazzano and, second, "La Carraia." Pat and Lisa from Italy Perfect: Everyone needs these gals to make travel plans seamless. They are fiercely organized, deliver an extremely comprehensive packet of information that covers multiple areas of interest or potential concern, detail how to problem solve, answer every single email promptly, are kind and generous with their time. I think I overdid it a little with my requests/questions via email, but they never missed a beat - answered promptly each time, always helpful. They're the best! [Thank you for your lovely comments & being such a wonderful repeat guest. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Our stay was very pleasant. It was within close proximity to a grocery store and the main attractions in Florence. The downside was that it was not air conditioned. It was very hot during our stay in Sept and if the windows were opened the noise from outside made it impossible to sleep. Cynthia (the owner ) was very pleasant and helpful and even drove us to the train station at departure because we couldn't get a cab. The apt was spacious and would be acceptable for a small family or singles needing two separate bedrooms. I would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to my friends. [Thank you for your nice comments, we're happy you enjoyed your stay. It is accurate that the apartment does not have A/C, as indicated on the Vespucci webpage.]"

"I stayed at the Memoria Apartment in Florence in mid-August with my daughter and her college friend. It was in a fantastic location right near the north side of the Ponte Vecchio. The two bedrooms, the dining room, living room and the balcony all overlooked the Arno river and the Ponte Vecchio. Sitting on the balcony we saw amazing sunsets every evening over the river. The location is close to all the major sights and shopping. Crossing over the Ponte Vecchio to the grocery store was only a 3 minute walk. We would eat in at breakfast, then have appetizers and wine on the balcony before going out to dinner. Most importantly for three traveling women, we felt safe at this location. It was common to see police walking the area around the Ponte Vecchio. In the evenings, there was an organized musical event on the bridge; usually someone singing and playing guitar, and people of all ages would enjoy the show while eating their gelati. The windows in the apartment were insulated, so street noise was not a problem. I hope to return to this location with my husband. He and I had stayed at the nearby Portrait Hotel last spring; however, I feel that this apartment is a much better deal."

"When we rented the apartment in Florence we had no idea just how much it would enhance our stay. Each day we returned to our HOME with appetizers in hand. Then we would sit on our private terrace, enjoying wonderful italian cheeses and wine while discussing our day. We were traveling with 2 twenty year olds and had we all returned to separate hotel rooms our experience would not have been shared or enjoyed nearly as much. We will travel this way from now on. [Thank you so much, Mary. Your appetizers on the terrace sound delicious. Nice to enjoy with your 20 year olds rather than be separated. Please come again! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"We stayed in the Elegante apartment for one week and everything was fantastic. As a party of seven, it was difficult to find locations with enough bedrooms, but this apartment was extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. It had a prime location, and was within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit in Rome. We loved shopping on the nearby Via Del Corso and would recommend the pizza place across the road (delicious!). Giocomo, the attendant who met us at the apartment, was extremely helpful (especially when moving in and out) and answered all of our questions. Our only complaint is that for such a beautiful place, we found the appliances to be sparse and relatively cheap (particularly the coffee maker and toaster). Also, the 4th bedroom is NOT air conditioned (which normally wouldn't be an issue, but was somewhat inconvenient in the 40+ degree heat!). Otherwise, we loved our stay and would definitely return to both the apartment and Rome itself. [Thank you so much for your fair review. There is now air conditioning in all bedrooms. Please note that the large appliances are high quality German manufacture such as Gaggenau. Sorry about the drip coffee maker that is of the type one can find in Italy where Italians prefer using their own stovetop coffee makers. The toaster is also typical, not that many models available because Italians don't generally have toast, but it seems to work adequately. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"This was a wonderful apartment, with plenty of room, for our family time in Rome. The location is superb. It is nicely furnished and very charming. It was very quiet with the windows closed, but you could step right out of the door and find lots of activity and plenty of things to do. I would definitely stay there again and will use Italy Perfect for other locations to visit. The check in went off without a glitch [Super, thank you so much. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Great location, close to everything; extremely nice and helpful owners; charming, clean, and well equipped apartment, with little kitchen. The only problem we had was that the living room is not sound insulated as well as the bedroom, so it was harder to sleep well there."

"We stayed at the S Croce Paradiso in July of 2015 with our niece for a week. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and very authentic Italian. It was clean, spacious and had all of the things you need for a comfortable stay. It was nice that the small things were provided as well - like soap, paper towels etc. The location was spectacular - you could people watch from the balcony and it was very close to many restaurants as well as the busy Piazza della Signora and Ponte Vecchio. All was within easy walking distance. Lots of shops and leather stores all around you as well. I preferred this location as it was a bit quieter - especially in July. The second bedroom was not as quiet due to the wall not reaching the ceiling, but it was only if someone was really loud in the piazza. It was not a problem at all! Our favourite restaurant was La Buchetta Cafe around the corner on via dei benci, and La Giostra for a more fine dining experience (on Borgo Pinti). Italy Perfect were wonderful as well.....we will be using Italy Perfect for our London trip next year!! [Wow, thanks so much! You really enjoyed the experience! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"The apartment was quiet and well located. We were steps from the hub of action... Stores, tourist attractions and great food. The apartment was well appointed. Gelato in the freezer, soap for the wash machine and air conditioning for the heat of summer. We could walk to all of Florence from our lodging. We walked to the train station for a day trip to Pisa. We walked to all the restaurants and tourist sites. We slept well and each morning had coffee on our terrace. I would highly recommend this apartment and the service of Italy perfect. We were given helpful tips from Italy Perfect on trains and taxi's. The owner of the apartment gave us stories and information we felt appreciated and we appreciated all the service we were given. Hope to return in the future!"

"The Tesoro is so beautiful-just amazing! Elizabetta, our greeter was very accommodating. Our plane arrived early and she was happy to meet us at our convenience. The accommodations were done with very discerning taste. The furnishings alone were worth a fortune, the artwork is everywhere and much of it original, but the frescoes were indescribable. I thought I would arrive and be disappointed in their authenticity, quite the contrary. They are truly amazing. Other than that, the appointments were perfect. We had everything we needed and more. The apartment was large (even by American standards) and fully equipped with a well working AC (temps were over 100F). The location was very convenient to all of the florentine attractions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. [Thank you so much for your review. This apartment is special, isn't it? The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Driving up the dirt road through an avenue of poplar trees with vineyards and olive trees in view we knew if was going to be a memorable stay. Emerging from within the trees was the castle which is within the property. Everyday we would marvel at the view from our villa over the Chianti hills and spent many hours swimming in the expansive pool overlooking countryside and the view of the castle. The villas were spacious and beautifully presented and the owners were welcoming and charming. The central location of the villas meant we could visit many Tuscan towns which we did after lunch each day returning later that day. We cannot wait to return."

"Wow. Serenata was the perfect rental for us. The location is super convenient and yet still set away and quiet. We spent hours and hours on the altana watching the world go by. If you like to cook, the kitchen has everything. We went to the markets - fish. Vegetables, cheese and butcher and made dinner every night. We almost at felt like locals. There is a very nice wine bar with a garden right downstairs and also yummy gelato. We were there during a wave of very high heat and humidity and the bedroom was a little warm for American standards but we made it work. I'm sure it would have been just fine any other time. Paola was a wonderful greeter. She gave us great recommendations and even walked us to the market and point things out along the way. She introduced us to the lovely young lady at HK Wine Bar. So we were treated like VIPs from the start. We would return in a heart beat to Serenata! Maybe not in July though."
