"Never having visited Italy or Tuscany before, the vast beauty was overwhelming. The remote nature of Tenuta Lupinari only enhanced that sense. The accomomdations were not only adequate but difficult to describe even with picture to our friends and family here in the U.S. We were treated with great respect by the stafff. We had several requests and they were attended to immediately and with gentleness and concern. It woud have been to our advantage to have used their restaurant facitlies more than we did. Going to other locations, for instance nearby Ambra opened up numerous excellent dining choices, but missing the special cooking at Lupinari is our loss. Next time! I have previously commented that by coming at the beginnin gof the low season meant that for four of our seven days we were the only guests. This allowed the staff more flexibiity but also left us isolated betweeen 9 pm and 9 am. Nothing like utter silence and darkness away from everything and everybody to spark one's imagination of 'creepy things in the night.' Our day trips to Montapulciano, Montalcino, Venice, Florence, Sienna and Orvieto were made with ease, especially from the Bucine Train Station.. (a ticket machine, no staff there, but many trains throughout the day to make it convenient.) There are two vineyards within a short and easy drive that we would highly recommend for atmosphere, wine tasting and local conversation--Fattoria Casabianca Agriturismo, Miglarina, and a third, Felsina. Il campo in Sienna is a surprise treat among the many delights of Tuscany. Thumbs up to Italy Perfect! Thx"

"We had a wonderful time. The apartment was perfect for our group of six women. Two had their own bedrooms and that worked out very well. We were able to walk to the Vatican and there were several nice restaurants close to the apartment. The beds were great and all the bathrooms had been updated. Pat from Italy Perfect helped us find transportation from the airport and the check in/out process was seamless. Pat was so helpful and gave us many ideas about packing, restaurants and transportation. I would highly recommend this apartment and Pat from Italy Perfect. If I were going to return I would love to stay there again.[It was a pleasure to be involved in your lovely visit. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"We loved this flat for its location and the deck. We sat and watched gondolas go by (as well as delivery boats in the mornings). We could walk to the square in a few minutes and explored a lot of the streets in all directions. It was very clean and well supplied. Our greeter was very helpful and even walked us to find a barber for my husband nearby! I only wish we had stayed more than 3 nights."

Casetta Bonsi

Casetta Bonsi

"We loved every minute of our time in Florence particularly our stay at Casetta Bonsi. The location was exceptional, being so close to most of the main sights and we walked everywhere, starting with the coffee and croissant run every morning. The house was charming and beautifully presented to a high standard, with everything we needed. It was a wonderful respite after a day's sightseeing. Local food store Sapori e Ditnorni provided an amazing range of food and wine, not to mention the tempting cake shops. A nearby dry cleaner was helpful after 6 weeks in Europe. The dining options were endless. The owners made us very welcome and responded quickly when I made a mistake with the TV. The bowl of fruit and biscuits which greeted us was much appreciated as were the local walks around Oltrarno - leaflets provided with the house. Proximity to the Bardini and Boboli gardens was a peaceful contrast to the city. Booking with Italy Perfect was simple and the detailed follow up ensured it all went smoothly. We wish we'd had longer."

"We arrived a bit late and were greeted by Marco. He was delightful , very, very nice. He explained everything. Later met Miki & Franco, both so friendly & accommodating, very helpful. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was not lacking anything (except belonging to us!) Felt like we lived in Florence while we were there. The bakery & restaurant down below on the street were wonderful. Seeing all the sights and having a lovely apartment to come back to was certainly the way to go. Great central location. We would definitely recommend Prisco and Italy Perfect to our friends and relatives. Very, very enjoyable!"

"

We stayed in the MIchaela apartment for 8 nights in September, 2015. The location is perfect to visit all major sites, and is a short walk (under 15 minutes) to the Duomo, the Ufizzi, the Bargello, Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, San Lorenzo neighbourhood and church. It is about five minutes from Santa Maria Novella and Piazza della Republicca. The location is great, but that also means that one finds oneself in the heart of the most touristy part of historic Florence. On balance, the value, amazing apartment, and proximity to all sites, as well as the truly lovely owners, would have us rent it again, but it definitely bothered me (me much more so than my partner). The apartment itself is very large by European standards, with a large bedroom, brand new bed (we were the first to sleep on it), sitting room, and dining area. There were many family photos and other items that made the apartment feel like we were truly staying in someone's home, and it was lovely. The apartment was spotless and the owners extremely helpful and friendly. The washing machine was efficient and the drying racks were helpful. There is a computer in a central area shared by the three vacation apartments that once formed part of one large apartment. The only thing that would have been easier would have been some instructions on how to use an Italian computer keyboard and make the printer work -- it took some figuring out but eventually I got everything to work to print train tickets. A person not really used to computers would not have been able to figure it out. My luggage was lost and the owners dealt with the airport and arranged to be present for it to be delivered, which we found extremely gracious. This apartment was very spacious for two of us, and would easily accommodate two more people with lots of privacy as one of the two bathrooms in the apartment is essentially an ensuite and there is a door that shuts to the living room. The air conditioning worked very well, there were two drying racks and ample kitchen supplies. I strongly recommend taking the time early in the morning to visit the Mercato Centrale for foods, etc. They open at 7:00 close at 2:00, so we only went once, but if I were to go to Florence again I would definitely find a way to do that. The cost of food, selection and quality were superior to the other places nearby, although they were fine too. There is a great bakery just outside the front door to the apartment building which is not to be missed.

"The Pasquino Apartment was the perfect "home" for our family of 4 during our stay in Rome. We could not have asked for a better location with a lively piazza as our back yard and all the wonderful sites of the Eternal City within comfortable walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious and very clean and offered all of the amenities of home, though some of the rooms, including the bathrooms, could benefit from some updating. There is something very special about visiting a city, exploring and enjoying all it has to offer, then feeling so at "home" at the end of each amazing day. We would definitely recommend the Pasquino Apartment and Italy Perfect to our friends. Lisa graciously answered all our questions before our trip. Our greeter was helpful and friendly. And our drivers, Rocco and Daniele, were prompt, courteous, and very reliable. Each of them helped make our family trip to Rome unforgettable!"

"We enjoyed our week at the Strozzi apt. Overall we thought the accommodations were very good. Location was very central and within walking distances of most sites.Owners were helpful in showing us the apartment. All the information provided by Italy Perfect was useful. Only negative was the lighting over the stove/sink was minimal and kitchen area was minimal. Tips for future guests would be that there was a good size grocery store right across the Ponte Vecchio. There were no other grocery stores nearby that we could find. Yes, we would recommend Italy Perfect to friends.[There is a grocery store much closer, by the train station. ItalyPerfect]"

"We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at the Serenata apartment in Venice a couple of weeks ago. The apartment was very nice, had everything we needed, and the location was great! The best feature of the apartment was the terrace. We spent a lot of time out there, enjoying the canal and tourist traffic below and listening to the church bells and gondoliers. Wonderful! Paola our greeter was extremely helpful and accommodating, showing us all of the details of the apartment, local markets and restaurants, and helping us arrange a water taxi.Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will certainly recommend Italy Perfect to others, and will consider Italy Perfect when we decide to visit Italy again. {Thank you for helping us enjoy Venice through your eyes and ears! "

I visited Florence with my two adult sons, and we were all very happy with our Italy Perfect experience. The information sent out in advance was very informative and thorough, and all of my questions were answered before I left the country, which was very helpful. The owner lives in the apartment building. Since she's an American, communication was easy. And because she's lived in Italy for so long, she was also very knowledgeable about Florence and how to get to places or where to eat. She was particularly helpful in straightening out a problem I had with my tour company---I felt that she really went above and beyond. The apartment was cosy and clean, with a great kitchen, comfortable beds. It's also in a wonderful location. We were able to walk everywhere, with the River Arno as our touchstone, since the apartment is so close to the river. The cafe on the block  is perfect for morning coffee and pastry----their home-made apple almond cake was delicious!--and there are many other restaurants in the area as well. It's also walking distance to the Westin Hotel on the river, which has a spectacular view of Florence from its top floor bar. I would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to family and friends, and have already done so.

"the apartment was very well placed. Architecturally it is beautiful, high ceilings, large windows, natural wood moldings, door frames and doors. Interesting ceiling mouldings and medallions. Really quite pallacial. Very spacious. The three main bedrooms are large and comforable. Two large full bathrooms, the third bathroom exists but is not worth talking about. It is fully equipped. We were able to travel light thanks to the washer and dryer. The building itself is quiet. There is not alot of street noise, even though you are only 1 block from a major shopping & restaurant avenue. It is close to shopping, restaurants and the metro. Many attractions were in a 10-15 minute walking distance. The colleseum only a short easily navigated metro ride away. The houseman Jaicabo was very helpful. He speaks Spanish & Itailan, but very little English or French. The only negative comment might be that some of the furniture looks tired and could be repllaced. Living room sofas would be one. [Thank you so much for your review. So happy you enjoyed yourselves and the apartment. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at the Zegno Apartment, in the heart of Rome. The Hotel d`Inghilterra is right outside the door, and we were able to hail a taxi, grab a light lunch and have a bit of a hotel feel when needed. The location on the corner of Via Condotti in Rome was condusive to shopping, yet off the main road. The open windows let the sounds of music and life into the apartment when desired, and when the windows were closed we could enjoy opera music on the stereo, as selected by the apartment owners. The kitchen is well stocked, the laundry easy to use. The master en-suite was very nice, and the separate bathroom off the laundry area is very private as well. The loft bed is a little small for adults, but as described. I would request extra towels, and having a few groceries and wine picked up in advance of arrival was very nice. Everything was as described by Italy Perfect and the welcoming, and departure a breeze. The large Living and Dining area was the hub for meals, card games, and reading with plenty of space for us and friends that visited. The tram from Piazza del Poppolo north towards the Olympic Stadium, Stadio Olimpico, where football and water polo matches are held, was very handy as well, less touristy and we enjoyed Ponte Milvio. Our favorite restaurant in Ponte Milvio was Gli Specialisti for Carbonara, and Cacio de pepe. Not a touristy area, but very nice shopping and restuarants as well as a small street market on Saturday's outside of Roma Beer Company. They serve an excellent array of beers from around the world, each beer has it's own distictive beer. This a great place to go before a football(soccer)match at the stadium, walking distance. We will return to Rome, with the help of Italy Perfect.[It was a pleasure to welcome you to Rome. Love the Ponte Milvio recommendations. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"This place has a great location. The AC was not working well and one bedroom is not air conditioned at all. The unit could have been better supplied with starter detergent and soap etc. Carolina recommend by Italy Perfect was just great she is a terrific tour guide. [Thank you so much, Paul. So glad Carolina was such a great guide. We agree! So sorry there wasn't any dishwasher or laundry detergent; there should have been. Apologies for the a/c not working well. The manager would have liked to have known because it was working well during the very hot summer, so maybe it needed a little maintenance that will certainly going to be done before next summer.]"
