"My wife and I stayed in this lovely apartment in Florence, Italy from April 16 for 6 nights, and we had a wonderful time. The e mail arrangement was very easy and Italy perfect represented by Pat was efficient, prompt and she answered questions clearly. It was a joy to work with her. I got her response within few hours, sometimes within the hour. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow, also payments and what to expect. I highly recommend Italy perfect for reserving an apartment The greeter Isabel was there to show us the place when we arrived. She spoke fluent English and explained everything in the apartment. When asked where to eat, she sent me an e mail with different recommendations for places where the locals eat, not touristic resturants. The apartment has two bedrooms of good size with ample closet space. There are two bathrooms and a good-sized kitchen with everything we may need, fully stocked. The family living room is large, bright and airy, opening to a balcony that overlooks the Ponte-Vechio bridge and the Arno river. The view is fantastic and sitting there on the balcony watching the beautiful scenery or seeing people walking below is great. Yet once you close the door the place is very quiet. There is a dining room with seating for four, again with large windows. The bath room has a shower and tub bath and bidet, and sink. Water was hot and with strong shower head. There is a washer and dryer as well The location could not be better right in front of the Ponte Vechio the number one attraction in Venice. It is 3 minutes to the Uffizi gallery and Della de Singiore piazza with its statues and cafes. From there the shopping street leads to the Duomo and further on to the Academia. I highly recommend the 72 visitor pass which gives you access to all museums and public transport and Italian villas. The Uffizi gallery and the Pitti palace and Academia are outstanding and a must see and among the great museums in Italy. We were fortunate in having excellent weather. Italian food is superb and not very expensive. In short I highly recommend Italy perfect and this fabulous apartment. We will surely go there again, hopefully next year [Thank you so much from the Italy Perfect Team]"

"We thuroughly enjoyed our trip to Rome. In particular we were very happy with the location of our Pasquino Apartment. The location was perfect! Great restaurants just downstairs fron the apartment and a fantastic gelato place with five minutes walk. We were two block from Piazzo Navona and 1 block from a taxi stand. The apartment was roomy and beds were good. While there we had some minor issues with low water pressure, but not really any inconvenience. The larger bathroom shower can be a bit tricky to enter and exit if you have any mobility issues and the other bathroom shower was a bit small for our son, 6'2". Other than that, very happy with apartment. I can't emphasize enough how great the location was, about half way between Vatican and the Colloseo. Great stay. [Thank you for telling us about your great stay. Apologies that you experienced the low water pressure that can be a city wide problem in Rome. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"The Prisco is a really beautiful apartment in a very old building off the Via de Tornabuoni, an elegant shopping street, and just up from the Arno. The living room was very large and comfortable, the bedroom was so elegant, and the kitchen and bathroom were perfect. The windows in the living room/kitchen and the bedroom were nearly floor to ceiling, making the apartment light-filled during the day and romantic at night. Our greeters, Miki and Franco, were kind and attentive and reliable. The apartment could not have been more centrally located. We walked everywhere, including to the Uffizi, the Piazza della Repubblica, the Accademia, the Pitti Palace, and the Duomo. It's about an 8 minute walk from the train station to the apartment. Tips and suggestions: The bakery three doors down from the apartment (Forno Top) has outstanding breads and pastries. We shopped at a couple of small delis on via del Spada for lunch and some dinners. The La Spada restaurant has take-out - ask Miki about that. On our last night in Florence we ate at Giovanni's - surely one of the best places we've ever eaten. This restaurant is about a 4 minute walk from the apartment. We also recommend Ristorante Parione, which is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We had reservations at the Uffizi and the Accademia, which we strongly recommend. The museum behind the Duomo is not to be missed, both for the doors of the Baptistry and for Michelangelo's last Pieta. St Mark's English Church, just across the Arno, (stmarksitaly.com/music-arts/opera-at-st-marks) hosts a really fine opera company in a small and lovely setting. We saw a memorable performance of Madame Butterfly there. We also recommend Walks of Italy (www.walksofitaly.com), which provides a number of different tours. We went on the day long Tuscany tour to Siena, to a winery with a multi-course lunch, and to San Gimignano, a really charming hill town. We spent a week in Florence and still did not see all the great Renaissance art that we wanted to see. There is history and art everywhere. An extraordinary place. Hats off to ItalyPerfect! We read everything they sent, followed all their instructions, relied on them totally, and were never never disappointed. For example, we went to Frizzoni, the leather shop they recommended, and found a number of reasonably priced purses for our family members at home. ItalyPerfect is a great company. I've recommended them to all my friends, and wouldn't hesitate to rent one of their apartments/villas again. In fact, I'm planning on doing just that."

"Casetta Bonsi is the perfect retreat for two in busy Florence. It is perfectly located just a short way from the Ponte Vecchio in a charming miniature piazza in a lovely neighborhood. The Casetta is both cosy and surprisingly large. The renovations were done perfectly making a modern little home in an ancient location. Maurizio is the perfect host. From a great greeting with fresh flowers, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine to the taxi booking and personal send off on our departure morning , he made us feel very welcome and very special. The home itself was spotless and so well organized. Every little detail was done to perfection. In fact the place is so well outfitted and organized my wife and I decided we could live there comfortably for months at a time. The house is extremely quiet, something of a rarity in bustling Florence based on our previous 5 visits. It is also very well located. We walked everywhere. The recommended restaurants were close and also very good. We did venture further afield and had a lot of great meals. Reservations are essential unless you want to eat with tourists in subpar restaurants! We are a little hesitant to recommend this to others because we want to keep it for ourselves... Overall, it's the best place we have stayed in Florence. We will definitely stay there again when we make our next trip!"

"This property is as advertised: quite large and nicely furnished down to the linens and kitchen compliments. Well maintained and clean. Superb location on a busy street right on the Arno, but high quality windows facing the street keep traffic noise to a minimum. Isabel, the "greeter" was very helpful, and when I suffered a foot injury while in Florence helped locate a physician. We would stay there again."

"I have been in touch with my clients and they had nothing but great things to say. The accommodations were perfect for their family of 4 which included 1 teenager boy and one college son. Bedding worked perfect. They loved the location and being near everything but yet feeling like they werein a community where they could go to the market for fresh product, cheese etceither short walk in the AM or on their way back to their accommodations for afternoon naps. I will definitely recommend to my clients in the future."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the PRISCO apartment in Florence. The greeters were excellent. They were extremely thorough in orienting us with the apartment and neighbourhood. There was a welcome bottle of wine and other goodies. The apartment exceeded all our expectations. It was very spacious and full of beautiful; antiques which was pleasant surprise. The apartment is located in the old historic part of Florence within easy walking distance of many historic sites, restaurants and stores. We couldn’t have a found a better location to explore Florence. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in Florence thanks in large to the PRISCO apartment. We give it a 5 out of 5."

"Comfortable apartment in great location. Well equipped and clean. Would have loved to have a big mirror in bedroom as that is where hair dryer must be used. But all and all a good rental and we would stay there again . Working with Itsly Perfect was easy and wonderful. We have already recommended you to fiends. [New hairdryer can be used in the bathroom where there are plenty of mirrors. Thank you!]"

"We have stayed in Firenze before in hotels, and this was a refreshing change. Ideal location within easy walking distance of Academia and Uffizi and the shopping areas. Miki and Franco are lovely, gracious people who were quite helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. We recommend this type of travel to those seeking more of a "locals" experience."

"We were very pleased with our stay in this apartment. The apartment is within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do, and we were able to walk to the train station on arrival and departure (10 minutes). Because the apartment is very quiet, facing a courtyard and not the street, it was always a surprise to open the front door of this beautiful building and step out into the bustling center of Florence. The area around the apartment is packed with restaurants and there is a very small food shop (for yogurt, milk and the like). Larger grocery stores are farther away, but still within walking distance. The second full bathroom was a plus, as well. Finally, our hosts were charming. They gave us a thorough orientation to the apartment and the neighborhood when they handed over the keys. We did sneak a peak at the Prisco apartment, which used to be the main living area of this family's flat, and it is stunning, with high ceilings and beautiful details and a full kitchen. However, we preferred the quieter placement of Michaela at the end of the hall. One thing to note is that this is a spacious, comfortable apartment, but it is not a luxury hotel. Towels are line dried, which means a bit scratchy, and sheets aren't changed daily. But, this is what we were expecting and it suited us just fine."

"
From the moment we opened the front door to the apartment Michaela, we knew we weren't in California anymore! It oozes the European feel we wanted and the location was ideal! Two bathrooms were a treat as was the large bedroom and kitchen! A lovely respite after a busy day exploring an amazing city. I would recommend having some basics like plastic wrap, sugar and more garbage bags. Late at night and early in the morning the adjoining bakery could be quite noisy. Closing the windows helped but I think in warmer months this could be a problem. Despite those suggestions we loved our 6 days there and have already recommended it to friends! Favorite restaurant? Trattoria Casalinga in the Oltrarno but close by the apartment. Great value and a deliciously authentic experience!

"My husband, my two teenage children, and I stayed at the Prisco apartment during our entire 10 day stay in Florence. The Prisco is a grand apartment, beautiful and spacious, in a grand location, close to everything. We were 5-7 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes from the Duomo and 10 minutes from the Uffizi. We were right across the street from a lovely coffee shop, Cafe Giacosa, and only a few store fronts away from an excellent bakery, Forno Top, which was very convenient. Our greeters were a charming Italian couple that spent a lot of time familiarizing us with the apartment and the local area. They were so sweet, we wanted to take them traveling with us. Our only problem with this apartment is that you could hear the noise from the bar below in the living room every night. Our children slept on the pull out sofa in the living room every night and had to wear ear plugs to get any sleep. My husband and I slept in the bedroom and heard none of the outside noise. Lisa, from Italy Perfect was very easy to work with and contact. The typed material we downloaded from Italy Perfect was very informative and helpful, and specific to where we were staying as well. I would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to friends and family."

"We had a great stay at the Strozzi apartment. The location could not be better - it was an easy walk to the train station (with luggage) and to all sites. The apartment was very quiet despite being on a busy street. The efficiency kitchen was perfectly functional for making espresso and a pasta dinner (and also adorable). We would definitely return! This comfortable apartment is perfectly situated in the center of Florence for daytime sightseeing as well as nighttime jaunts to any of the dozens of local restaurants. Despite being located near a main thoroughfare, the courtyard-facing windows meant that there was never a significant amount of noise. Mikki and Franco were wonderful hosts and made sure we were comfortably set up in the apartment and gave us some tips on getting around town as well as some neighborhood restaurant picks. Because of the convenient location of the apartment, we were able to wander around Florence, soak up Tuscan culture and history all day, take an afternoon nap, then wander across the Ponte Vecchio each night to try out a new restaurant in L'Oltrarno. Loved it, would visit again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in the Prisco apartment. The apartment was so much larger than anticipated, it was absolutely fabulous. The location could not be better, right in the heart of the restaurants, amazing shopping, there is everything you could want right at your doorstop. Downstairs are a bakery, cafes, small grocery stores, restaurants, bars. Miki and Franco were charming hosts and greeted us warmly and spent a great deal of time giving us all the information and tips we could possibly need. The entire apartment is very spacious, the kitchen and bathroom have all the modern conveniences you could want. The apartment is extremely comfortable, the bedroom enormous and sound-proof so you get a good nights sleep ready for all the walking you'll do the next day. We would definitely stay here the next time we are in Firenze, which we hope will be soon. Italy Perfect made the whole process rather easy and provided us with lots of information to maximise our stay. Very glad we went through them."

"Our family of six really enjoyed our time in Rome at the Pasquino apartment. With our four children now between the ages of 12 and 20, walking one direction to the ancient Forum, or walking the other direction to the Vatican City was quite easy. Also, the Pantheon and the Piazza Navona are practically next door.Another pleasant surprise was the close proximity to the Argentine ruins -- the location where Julius Caesar was assassinated. (On a side note: the Argentine ruins are now also a sanctuary for the city's stray cats. My kids _loved_ the cat sanctuary!) The street next to the apartment held many, many pleasant restaurants and pubs. Everything is very tourist-oriented in this area, so if you crave a less touristed environment, you might want to consider a different neighborhood. However, I recommend the Pizzeria Baffetto (very close to the apartment) to anyone. Also, close by is a Carrefour Express for groceries, and several pharmacies.Prices are more reasonable at the nearby restaurants that are not located on the Piazza Navona. I felt those restaurants were not as enjoyable and overpriced. The street does remain noisy until very late at night, so be aware if you are light sleepers. There is a Congolese church right across the street, and we loved hearing their music practices and worship. We attended the Christmas service there. (My French is not good, so I missed a lot of the sermon's details!) The apartment itself was more spacious than I was expecting for Rome, but it is still quite compact by American standards. Everything was in very good condition, and they gave us enough Nespresso capsules to get through our entire week, which is tough to do for an entire family of heavy coffee drinkers! The only actual location problem is the distance to the nearest Metro stop (the Coliseum), but like I mentioned with good walkers in the group, this is not a big deal. There is a taxi stand very close to the apartment, and I found most taxi rides to be very reasonable -- less than 10 Euro for almost every ride we took. Our biggest side trip from the downtown area was going to the Pyramide Metro stop (where there is an actual pyramid built during the time of Marc Antony) where we caught the train to Ostia Antica which is the ancient port for Rome, about a one-hour trip. The ruins at Ostia are better than Pompeii in my opinion, because they are more compact (Ostia is still a full day's exploration! It's big!), and you can get up close to almost everything. Crowds are also much smaller than Pompeii. TL; DR -- I would certainly recommend Italy Perfect and the Pasquino apartment for exploring the history of Rome [Thanks so much, David. Thank you for your recommendations. Agree on Ostia Antica! So right, that location couldn't be more central for tourism. The subway in Rome is very limited, so you can use buses, or, as you found out, taxis are convenient and reasonably priced. Please come again! The ItalyPerfect Team]"

"We were thrilled with the Serenata apartment in Venice. We were greeted by Paola who did a through check-in with us making sure everything in the apartment was in order. The apartment was even better than the pictures! There were high quality fixtures throughout which added to the beautiful antiques that surround you in the apartment. The views from the terrace were spectacular along with the views of the canals out of each window. The location of the apartment could not be more perfect. Its central location next to St. Mark's Square is ideal for first time visitors to Venice. There is also a gondola dock right next to the apartment for easy access. A full service grocery store is only a few streets away. This is helpful if you like to cook some of your meals in the apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware needed to prepare a multi-course meal. We highly recommend this apartment and Italy Perfect. The company exhibited a high level of professionalism by answering all our questions promptly and sending a lot of information to make sure that the check-in and overall trip went well.[Thank you so much, Kelly! "We rented Giotto and Medici for our family of 13 over Christmas. With 9 adults and 4 children we couldn't have been happier! Both apartments were beautiful, and overlooking the wonderful Piazza Santa Croce! The apartment was so perfectly and centrally located to museums, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Everything was within easy walking distance. Fantastic !!!! [Thank you so much Deborah. We are delighted you and your family had such a lovely holiday. The Italy Perfect Team]"
