"I am late in writing this review but better late than never! My husband and I stayed at Casetta Bonsi for 9 days in April and it was everything we could have hoped for. We have always been 'hotel' people so we were a little nervous but we didn't need to be. Lisa at Italy Perfect was very helpful and Maurizio was wonderful. He met us at the appointed time, showed us around, answered our many questions and was extremely pleasant. He left us a nice bottle of wine (which we enjoyed on the terrace the next day for lunch) as well as some delicious sweet treats. He was also kind enough to arrange a taxi for our departure to the train station. We found the house to be spotless, comfortable and spacious enough for 2 people. As others have stated, the location is great, away from the crowds but close enough to walk to the sights. I highly recommend both Italy Perfect and Casetta Bonsi if you're considering a trip to Florence. You won't be disappointed!"

"the apartment was beautiful. location was fabulous. we reccommend gelateria dei neri which is close by. thank you for recommending veronica for the tours. she was fabulous. the electricity bill (70 euros) was a bit of a shock considering we ran one air conditioner only at night and turned everything off during the day. it might be better to give an anticipated cost. wifi was extremely poor, a problem when traveling with teenagers. [Happy you enjoyed the apartment & location too. During the peak summer period when temperatures are in the 90's to 100's utility usage can be expensive. For these guests it was an additional €10/day when Florence was at its hottest. A/C running all evening & thought the night plus other utility usage (washer, water heater, lights, fans) adds up.. The WiFi is fine for email, not good for watching videos on online gaming. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Our party of 6 absolutely loved our stay at the Zegno apartment. The accommodations were clean and tidy (a must for optimal enjoyment). The housekeeper is very kind and delightful. He is thorough in his work. The apartment location could not have been more ideal. We walked around day and night feeling quite safe. The feel of the neighborhood will remain in our memories forever! Accordion serenades outside the window on the street below, violin solos by Bach, it was just beautiful! The Spanish Steps and fountain provided such a fun "living room" to hang out on after the sun went down. The owner left a booklet with such wonderful recommendations for restaurants and tours. Ann and Simone are phenomenal. Ann took us on tours to the major sites and was so great with our children. Simone's pizza making lesson at the pizzeria, and cooking lesson in the apartment couldn't have been more enjoyable! Taxis are nearby and very easy to catch. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to truly enjoy Rome."

"We enjoyed our stay! The apartment is spacious and the rooftop deck is delightful. The location is very close to St. Marks SQ and the water taxis. Paola found us and made sure we understood everything about the apartment. The building shut off the electricity for several hours for one day but we were out exploring an island so it didn't impact our visit. We would gladly stay here again!"

"Casetta Bonsi has been our first choice for accommodations in Firenze since 2009. It fits every requirement for comfort, charm, and location. Within short walking distance of the Ponte Vecchio and Ponte alle Grazie, in Firenze's artsy Oltrarno district, it provides a peaceful retreat from a full day of exploring one of Europe's most beautiful and fascinating cities, and easy access to a fully stocked grocery market literally feet away from the south end of Ponte Vecchio. Spend a week at Casetta Bonsi and you'll be back!"

"We loved our apartment (5 bedrooms, 3 baths). Our experience couldn't have been better. The staff was always pleasant and accommodating. The only negative aspect of the apartment was getting the gate and the outside gate opened. Barbara was a wonderful greeter and always on top of everything. I would definately recommend Italyperfect."

"We stayed in the apartment for a week and it is a great apartment in terms of the bedrooms/bathrooms, the terrace, and especially the location. Giacomo and his grandmother greeted us and they could not have been nicer and more helpful. Very accommodating, and they started out our Italian vacation very well. We would highly recommend the apartment when staying in Rome."

"Fantastic, fabulous, fun! The apartment was beautifully decorated, comfortable and perfectly situated on the Arno above the Ponte Vecchio. We loved the balcony most of all for the gorgeous views of the city and the sunsets. We will return. Loved it."

"My girlfriend and I had such a fabulous time in Florence. We were greeted at the house upon our arrival and given the tour of the house and instructions. Maurizio was so pleasant and full of "inside" info on Florence. I slept on the pull out couch downstairs while my girlfriend took the upstairs bedroom. The sleeping arrangements were quite comfortable. The owners left us with a full bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine. Very generous. I had my breakfast each morning on the second floor veranda. It was so lovely. Listening to the church bells ring all over Florence on Sunday morning while having coffee was unbelievable.I'll never forget it.I thought the location of the house was perfect. It's a bit of a climb up the street but you are central to everything without the noise.I got lost once taking a stroll around but knew if I just got to the Ponte Vecchio I could get back.I loved that. Working with Lisa at Italy Perfect was a pleasure. She always got right back to me with any questions I had. I would definitely use Italy Perfect for future trips."

"We stayed at the Pasquino apartment in Rome and would gladly stay there again. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and was the best location we could possibly hope to find-- so accessible to so many sites. Our greeter was very nice and helpful getting us oriented with the map and local sites and necessaries, like the grocery store a few blocks away.We also had contact with the owner during our stay due to a couple of unexpected situations and all was set right quickly and efficiently and so did not negatively impact any of our plans.We loved walking around locally and apartment Pasquino had easy access to other places a little further afield because of a nearby taxi stand.We ate at many great restaurants in Rome--some small local places right by the apartment, and some further away that were still close enough to walk to. We enjoyed meals at a couple of the places the apartment overlooks with hearty food and little fanfare, and had memorable meals at the Hostaria Constanza and at Sapore di Mare to name two. --all so fresh, fresh, fresh and delicious.Rome is such an extraordinary place with so much history and many sites literally around every corner. We used Context tours and had excellent and knowledgeable guides for private tours (for our family of four it was more economical to have a private tour than pay individually for their regular small group tour.) Since it was during the crowded tourist time, the tour allowed us to pass the long lines at Colosseum and Vatican and get on with the tour. We customized our tours and they did this with no problem. It was a good decision for us and we covered a lot of ground. The tours were half day and we still had plenty of time to wander and explore on our own too. It is fun to roam about the Piazza Navona and Campo di fiori on the weekend nights when everyone is out enjoying themselves and the buskers are busy performing and everyone eating gelato.So, we recommend it all!!--Apartment Pasquino, Context Tours and the amazing city of Rome. We hope to return soon!"

"Perfect information, perfect service, perfect vacation! I have lived in Rome, Italy for two years many years ago and have spent a great deal of time there. I found the Italy Perfect website, knowing exactly what I wanted. Italy Perfect was able to give me a great deal of detailed information about the rental apartment. Their notes prior to our leaving were extremely detailed and helpful. I will certainly return to them in the future. I am completely confident that anyplace rented through Italy Perfect will be...perfect!"
