"We were met by Isabel promptly and given a full tour of the apartment. It's a beautiful space and the huge sliding doors to the balcony give you the perfect view of the bridge and river. It's so easy to walk to everything from this location. She was so helpful and offered to assist us with any questions we had. She gave us restaurant recommendations that were off the beaten path and even scheduled our taxi rides for departure. We would highly recommend this apartment and especially Isabel. "The Prisco apartment was ideal for our first trip to Europe. The location was in the center of old Florence, convenient to everything. We enjoyed staying in such a grand old building, and our hosts Mikki and Franco were most helpful. Ditto with Italy Perfect, as Lisa was a source to answer everything we needed to know. All three helped make the trip so much fun and less stressful. Amazingly, we were able to spend a week in Tuscany without renting a car. Transportation by train or bus was outstanding, and we were able to walk to so much of what Florence has to offer. Florence is a beautiful city, and this apartment was SO Florence. We absolutely hope to return in the future. Thank you!"

"Casetta Bonsi lives up to the name "Italy Perfect" - a perfect home away from home in Florence. Spacious accommodations comfortably furnished with all the amenities that you need, the house is ideal for two people. Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood well away from the throngs of tourists, you can appreciate Florence as those who live here know it and yet just a two minute walk down the road and you are looking across the Arno River at the Ufuzzi directly in front of you. Head into the Oltrarno district (the south side and less touristy side of the Arno) and you can enjoy all the local stores and cafes. Cross the bridge and in less than ten minutes you are in the heart of Florence.Our charming host, Maurizio, could not have been more welcoming. He met us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the house and provided us with his personal guides to the neighbourhood, his recommendations for shopping and dining, and a detailed history of the house that he had written. And as an added touch, he left us with a bowl of fruit, a plate of candies, and a full canister of espresso to enjoy. Beautiful accommodations, a perfect location, and a charming host - all for less than the cost of a hotel room. What more could you want?"

"The accommodations were better than described. We were very pleased to find the apartment to be such a wonderful place in terms of spaciousness, decor, and location. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment met our needs in every way. We will recommend to our friends and tell them all about it. If they come to Florence, we will let them know that they should stay here. We would rate Tosca a 10, for sure. As to any other comments, the only unusual thing is the requirement to take out the trash upon check out, especially since taking it out involves carrying it a couple of blocks away to the trash dumpster. But, we enjoyed the place so much, we are happy to meet this requirement. Thank you so much. We really did enjoy our stay here and will certainly recommend it to others! [Thanks so much! "The apartment was located right at the bridge so shopping and restaurants were very close. Isabel was our greeter and she was super helpful. She offered restaurant suggestions and tour ideas. She even arranged for out taxi ride when we were leaving. All the information that Italy Perfect provided made our trip so much easier. Just FYI, the elevator is very small so if you happen to squeeze 4 people in and it doesn't move...you are over the limit."

"My wife and I spent 7 wonderful nights in Rome at Spagna. We used the car service recommended by Italy Perfect, and even though our arrival was late, the driver was right there to take us into Rome when we landed. We were met at the apartment by our host Stephania, her mother (the owner) and her daughter- who were all delightful. Fresh cut flowers in most all of the rooms, the place was clean, we were given the grand tour, showed how to use the appliances, given maps and guide books of Rome, and directions to the nearest grocery store. There was a welcome bottle of wine and a few very nice grocery items waiting for us. Stephania could not have been more gracious and helpful during our stay- giving us directions to the near by open air market and to a magnificent little bakery.... I broke a glass table top accidentally, called her to report, she just said no problem- leave me 50 Euros and it is all good. We walked everywhere and never took a cab except to and from the airport the entire time we were there. Everything Ancient Rome was within 25 minute walk from the apartment. "We stayed in this apartment recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was perfect for us as we could walk everywhere and had a lot of history attached to it. The terrace was another nice addition, which we used quite a bit.The apartment was exactly as it appears in the online photos and the descriptions were right on.It had everything we needed. A/C was a nice touch which we used in the bedrooms at night.The elevator, as expected, is quite small but more than adequate.Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, brew coffee, etc.There were 2 of us in the apartment and it was spacious enough for us.We were very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other historical sights.The apartment was quite clean and management personnel were great.I would recommend the apartment and Pat at Italy Perfect. This was the 2nd time we worked with Pat and I would not hesitate to work with her in the future.[Oh, thanks so much. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Italy Perfect provided us with all details necessary for the smooth rental of this one bedroom apartment. They also sent by email detailed list of recommended restaurants in the neighbourhood, as well as necessary tips for a smooth visit in Venice. Our greeter met us promptly at the pre-arranged stop on the canal, and proceeded to the visit of the unit. The Serenata unit seems to have been recently renovated, as the floors appeared brand new. The bathroom has 2 sinks which we really appreciated. And an important details for the ladies....a great hair dryer is supplied, not a flimsy one! Pictures on line are true to reality. It is very well situated, 2 streets behind St Marks Square, yet it is super quiet. We loved this little find and highly recommend this unit as well as doing business with Italy Perfect!! Ciao.... This was the first apartment my family had ever rented and it did not disappoint! Not only was it situated in the very best location for touring the city, the space with clean, inviting and perfectly suited for our stay. The greeter met us right when we got there and was friendly and knowledgable. After explaining the apartment he sat down and offered some local knowledge to make our stay even better! I would stay in this apartment again in a heartbeat! As well as use Italy Perfect on other stays!

"We took our grown children and significant others to enjoy Tuscany in the Autumn. Actually, it was more like summer although the grape harvest had begun. We enjoyed the pool, noodling around the countryside and even went into Florence for a day. We hired the chefs for a very nice dinner! Don't hesitate."

"This apartment gives the impression that someone with excellent taste has invited you to stay. It is not only elegant but totally functioning in every detail, so that you simply have to find where the corkscrew is, because you can be confident that there is one. Five of us lived in comfortable luxury for a week. The palazzo has been extensively modernized with good security and in a very central location. Sitting or reading on the very private terrace is wonderful; cooking is convenient; shopping is nearby. We would have been happy to move in for a longer stay."

"We had a fabulous stay at your beautiful apartment. The location was perfect, steps to everything. The apartment was everything promised. From the venetian plaster walls to the venetian glass touches throughout we couldn't be happier. The living-dining room was spacious and lovely.The bathroom was bright and super clean, kitchen was everything we needed, the rich hardwood floors gleaming. We rented it because of the deck and gondola views and it was everything promised. August is hot and we would get out early, then back in the afternoon for siesta and relaxation then out again till late. It was great coming back in the afternoon and being able to enjoy Venice without being out in it with the crowds and heat. We felt like voyeurs being hidden away but witnessing the gondola super highway below with the gondoliers having conversations, the accordions playing and italian signing-we literally kept pinching ourselves... The screens on the windows were a great touch too as we found out the next two weeks traveling Italy with no screens on any windows. We could keep the windows open at night and have fresh air without getting bit by mosquitos. We have already recommended the apartment to friends and would highly suggest it to anyone considering a Venice vacation. If it's higher then your budget, splurge and go for it-it will be money well spent and memories never forgotten."

"Pasquino is a great place. It is in the heart of Rome just steps from Piazza Navona. The accommodations are spacious and well maintained. It is modern, bright and tastefully decorated. It overlooks the neighborhood restaurants and local church across the street. The street outside the window is lined with shops, eateries and grocery stores. If you are concerned about noise the windows are sound proof but open the windows and hear the sounds of people laughing and meeting with friends. IT is a neighborhood so the sounds diminish around 10 p You are a 20 min walk to the Vatican Piazza Venezia , in which several thoroughfares intersect, including the Via dei Fori Imperiali and the Via del Corso. Campo di Fiori is about 2 blocks away and there are many shops in the neighborhood worth checking out. If you want to be in the heart of Rome there is no better location. This is not my first stay with Italy Perfect and I have never been dissatisfiedI am already planning my trip for next year. My experience with Italy Perfect has always been great, I have recommended Italy Perfect to my neighbor who plans on traveling to Rome next year. [Thank you on all fronts! The Italy Perfect Team]"
