"Prisco was the perfect Italian apartment for us. Very spacious and a fantastic location! Close to everything we needed. The train was a very close and easy walk for day trips. We were given clear instructions for how to use everything in the apartment and everything went perfectly. I read about noise, but we had no problem at all. The bedroom was very dark and quiet. "The Serenata Apartment is in the perfect Venice location … a five minute walk to St. Mark’s Square, yet far enough away from the tourists. Be alone in St. Mark’s at dawn or midnight! That’s something we will never forget. The apartment was exactly what we hoped for…. a sparkling clean “home away from home” in Venice. Italy Perfect made everything simple and easy. "First, we would certainly recommend Italy, Paris and London Perfect for any travelers. We have used all three and your services are the best. The specific apartment we rented in San Croce in Florence was spectacular. The location was perfect - San Croce is full of great restaurants, sights and shops to visit and a GREAT walking neighborhood as is the entire city. The apartment is large, in a 500+ year old building with beautiful frescos covering many of the walls that go back hundreds of years. Our greeter, the apartment's owner was also very gracious and hospitable and make arrangements for our late arrival. "This apartment had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful week in Florence! The bed was comfortable, the location was fantastic, and the apartment had all the amenities we needed. The washer and dryer were welcomed after a week on the road to refresh our laundry for another week of traveling. There is a great little restaurant on the first floor (Bocodama's) which works well when you arrive and don't have the energy to explore (the fettucine with wild boar sauce was very good). We could walk to just about everything from the apartment, exploring interesting sites along the way. Violi's, a super gelato store, is only a couple of short blocks away. There is a taxi stand about 100 feet away for the excursions beyond walking distance or a trip to the train station or airport.Above all, do not miss the coffee shop diagonally across the plaza which has the best croissants (many flavors) for only one euro each. "Our accommodations in Rome were outstanding. The Zegno apartment exceeded our expectations and I imagine our family will never stay in a hotel again having had such an outstanding apartment-rental experience. We have three children, all under 13 years old, and everyone had enough space to relax after a long day. The kitchen and laundry were key, as traveling with younger kids requires early morning food and quick loads of laundry. We had never used an online rental company before and were nervous, but Lisa at ItalyPerfect answered every question and made sure every detail was in line prior to our departure. The apartment is located minutes from the Spanish Steps in a safe, bustling, shop-filled neighborhood. The owner met us upon our arrival and gave us dining and sightseeing ideas. Our departure morning was effortless. Truly our family cannot recommend ItalyPerfect enough and when we return to Rome, we will absolutely stay in this unit or another one recommended by the ItalyPerfect staff.[Thank you Stephanie, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay! "We rented the Tesoro apartment for a week, and it was exceptional. About 90 minutes after I inquired about the apartment, I got a response from Pat at Italy Perfect, confirming availability. Within 24 hrs Pat had all the information and paperwork sent to me.Between the time we booked the apartment and our departure, Pat was in touch to explain the check in procedure, sent links to helpful websites (trains, museums, etc.) Italy Perfect also sends along other helpful information (like using phones in Italy.) The apartment itself is wonderful, beautifully kept and decorated, and quite well equipped (I wasn't expecting a blender!) To top it off, it's right around the corner from the Piazza Santa Croce, and easy walking distance to all the main sights in Florence, even the Oltrarno area across the Arno River. The only time we took taxis were to/from the airport or train station. The neighborhood is lively during the day, but quiets down in the evening. Nevertheless, the apartment was always quiet, with the exception of the occasional church bell, which was charming! There is a small but well stocked grocery store around the corner, a farmers market, many restaurants in the area. Because the apartment is so centrally located, it was easy to spend time at a museum, stop for a gelato, then walk a short distance to the apartment to recharge before dinner or another adventure. "It took some convincing by my bro in law that November would be great. Better than great. Grand. Weather was warm, restaurants available, lovely grounds were still green. They were harvesting the olives by hand on the property. We used the recommended driver for outings around the peninsula and were glad for him. Enjoyed little walks around the area and hanging out in Sorrento a bit, too. This was a vacation, so we also slept in, read books and gazed at the sea and cliffs above while the clouds made art in the sky. Go in November."

"We arrived in Florence by train after five days in Venice staying at another Italy Perfect property. As usual Italy Perfect did not disappoint. The Casetta Bonsi was everything we hoped for. The owner/greeter met us at the agreed time. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine, sweets, fresh fruit and flowers. He gave us a complete walk around of his house and answered any questions we had. His home was spotless. Also little things that could be a problem were not an issue at the Casetta. We had ample water pressure, plenty of hot water, and a good supply of linens. He also had the heat turned on per my wife`s request. Bottom line everything was in working order. The location was within walking distance of all the major attractions (Duomo, Accademia, Uffizi etc.) One day we took a bus to Fiesole. Another day we went with Maurizio to wine country. He was very informative and great to be with.We made use of his restaurant recommendations and found some good ones on our own. We did not have a bad meal during our stay. Which brings me the to the steep incline to the Casetta. My wife and I are both in our late 60`s and it was not a problem for us (we both workout), but it could be a challenge for someone out of shape.We will continue to recommend Italy Perfect to anyone planning a trip to Italy. "The Zegno apartment was very beautiful, spacious and in such a perfect location! We were only a few blocks away from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The bedding was very comfortable and our hostess was very gracious and recommended great nearby dining! We loved this location it was so perfect for sightseeing, dining and shopping! It was an easy drive from the Florence airport and we were so delighted with the location, scenery, views and exploring the local region. Enjoyed long leisurely evenings out on the veranda with wine, cheese, talking & laughing. Great times!"

"We're happy to have found the Elegante Apartment through Italy Perfect and recommend Italy Perfect as a trusted resource.Our greeter, Barbara was friendly and very helpful. We were a family group of six people and a baby, not all "couples". This 5 bedroom apartment was very nicely decorated / roomy, upscale, very clean & comfortable for everyone. Leafy views out of the windows were lovely. The Master Bedroom with balcony was very large and the other bedrooms, while not huge, were a comfortable size. Beds were comfortable. Pillows nice. Several people of our foodie family could work in the Kitchen at one time, even when the highchair & baby were occupying space. Dishwaher - a plus. There were ample pots, pans, dishes & utensils, as well as a smattering of spices and oils, I presume left by previous guests. The table in the Dining Room accommodated 8. It was handy for spreading out our maps and planning our day, in addition to our meals. Living Room was very large. We chose / enjoyed the location primarily because it was not a tourist neighborhood. The location was very convenient both for prepared food shopping as well as minor grocery shopping. This is a city location, so there are no sprawling Esselunga supermarkets! However, we always found everything that we needed, from spices & oils to quality produce & roasts!Nearby deluxe shopping options, as well as neighborhood coffee bars (Scia Scia Caffe) and gelaterias were perfect destinations for strolls with the stroller & baby. It was easy to blend into the neighborhood. For more touristy options, it was an easy 10-ish minute walk to Piazza del Popolo. A cab ride took 15 minutes or longer, because of one-way streets & Rome traffic. The hotel across the street was very, very convenient..... we knew we could always rely on their Front Desk to secure a cab for us in 5 - 10 minutes! The apartment contained a washer AND dryer, which was a bonus. However, as mentioned in the Italy Perfect travel prep, the appliance cycles took forever! My advice is -- do not leave your clothes washing until the end of your stay or you will be left with a lot of damp clothes! There are no 20 minute cycles in Italy! The one negative of our stay at Elegante was that the shower drain in the "Master Bathroom" was broken. After our first several showers, we were left with standing water in the shower stall that would not drain out. We informed Barbara, our greeter, and she advised us that the owners were aware of the situation. However, the drain was not repaired during the time of our stay..... perhaps unfortunate timing for us. However -- All in all, we were quite happy with our stay at Elegante Apartment in Prati. It was a lovely, spacious, very clean and comfortable home away from home for us and we would come again! [We're happy that you enjoyed your stay. "This is a great place for home base to explore Matera. It is easy walking distance of the Sassi and the center of the new town. The apartment is spacious and great for one or two couples. The terrace is special. We enjoyed cocktails and lunch on the terrace. The apartment seems to be recently renovated with all the conveniences required for staying a while and exploring Matera. We recommend the apartment and Matera."

"It is not often that a real product exceeds what is portrayed in ads, but that is the case with the Serenata apartment in Venice. From the moment the apartment door opened to sunshine flooded rooms, my husband and I were in love. The sunny rooftop terrace offered views over the confluence of three canals, serenading gondoliers and views in the distance of St. Mark's and the Campanile. What a perfect setting for morning coffee or a late afternoon wine. The kitchen was supplied with every utensil and appliance needed - even sharp knives, absolutely unheard of in any rental unit! We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Realto Market and cooking some meals while watching the canal life below. Sheer bliss! The Serenata is located within a few minutes walk of the activity, shopping, touring and dining of St. Mark's Square. Vaporetto stops are also nearby. One does not have to journey far to find an excellent ristorante; the recommendations provided are excellent. How wonderful it was to wander into the piazza after dark to enjoy the cafe and orchestra scene. Despite its proximity to a main tourist area, the calle and apartment were quiet. The best of both worlds. We arrived in Venice by water taxi from the airport. Paola spoke to our taxi driver who brought us within steps of the apartment. Our tour of the apartment was thorough and welcome. We experienced no issues during our stay. What impressed us most was that when my husband and I asked Paola about grocery shopping, she personally took us to a grocery store and then to her favourite cheese shop where she introduced us to the owner. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty! We love Venice; this was our second trip. When we return, the Serenata will be our home again. We cannot recommend this rental highly enough!"

This is a beautiful, well maintained apartment that is close to all the chief sites in Florence but on a reasonably quiet and very pleasant street in the heart of town. The appliances have been updated and everything works. I would highly recommend the apartment to my friends and family. The owners are very much available if ever needed and spent a considerable amount of time in explaining the various details that made our stay enjoyable and the shops and amenities in the neighborhood. The owners could not have been more accommodating. For example, they endeavored to arrange a cab for us while we were checking out but even with multiple calls, no cabs were available. Rather than allow us to miss our train, they each grabbed our luggage and walked us to the train station and even stayed when we got there to show us the correct track to get on.

"The accommodations were very comfortable in every way. We appreciated the additional roll-away bed. All 6 of us were very comfortable with the sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was very well-stocked. We appreciated the American coffee maker very much! The location was terrific - close to everything. An easy walk to the main sites, Arno River, etc.We found it impossible to get a taxi in Florence (!!)We found the Hop On, Hop Off bus useful because it stopped nearby. It would be nice to include a map of the bus routes in the apartment since it seems that a lot of them go close to the apartment. No real restaurant recommendations. We were greeted by Paola, who was beyond nice and helpful, giving us a detailed introduction to the apartment and a list of some of her favorite restaurants, which were supplemented by the superb recommendations by Pat at Italy Perfect. The location was wonderful, right off St. Mark's Square, yet peaceful. The apartment itself was beautiful and the deck from which we could watch gondoliers going down our canal was our favorite attraction. Paola also provided us with the name of a water taxi driver, who met us at the Banco San Marco a few steps away, to catch our very early flight home.A wonderful experience.
