"Perfect information, perfect service, perfect vacation! I have lived in Rome, Italy for two years many years ago and have spent a great deal of time there. I found the Italy Perfect website, knowing exactly what I wanted. Italy Perfect was able to give me a great deal of detailed information about the rental apartment. Their notes prior to our leaving were extremely detailed and helpful. I will certainly return to them in the future. "My entire family can not put into words what an awesome experience we all had at our home away from home (Elegante)! The 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment that we rented from Italy Perfect surpassed any expectations we might have had. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. Bedrooms were nicely appointed with ample storage space, flat screen televisions and beautiful linens! The European kitchen had everything you would need to cook from beautiful knifes; dishes; pots and pans of value, glassware etc.The apartment's location was excellent! Lovely neighborhood with close access to the Tiber River, Spanish Steps, Vatican (all within walking distance). There were far to many restaurants of value to even suggest! We would recommend you wander and stop in on any restaurant that looks appealing to you. (The food is spectacular!) We took a one day trip to Florence by rail and it was very smooth travel experience and spent around 10 hours there. We also took an hour train ride to a little city right outside of Rome called Orvieto. IT IS A MUST!. Rail passes and site tickets can be purchased ahead of time from home on line. Lastly I personally would like to thank Pat from Italy Perfect who was an angel in assisting us with anything we needed. Her call back response was unbelievable! We truly believe our trip would not have turned out as perfect if we did not have Pat to go to with everything and anything. "The apartment, Michaela, that we rented in Florence was in the perfect location. It was within walking distance of almost anything you would want to see, and there was a wonderful bakery, a great deli and some wonderful restaurants all within a block or two. The owners of the apartment were charming and helpful. Staying at this apartment was part of what made the entire Florence part of our vacation a favorite."

Our time staying at Santa Croce Belvedere was amazing. We had a large family group so having two apartments on the same floor was incredibly useful. We felt safe in the location and the apartment was well furnished and when you envision italian homes this was exactly what we thought. This was our second time staying at here and we would do so again in a heartbeat.

"The Luna Villa is a wonderful home base for anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast! The location was breathtaking and the sunsets spectacular. It was closer to the water than I imagined. We highly recommend an all day sailboat adventure to Capri or beyond, with Amadeo.One of the highlights of our trip! We found his information at the villa. The hosts were very warm and friendly.The internet went down, but they took care of the problem quickly. They also repaired the oven, so we could use it. We had difficulty getting the washing machine to work, but found a laundry service down the street. We were a family of five and it was a bit cozy, but we were grateful the owners accommodated us. The villa would be perfect for four people. There was a problem settling the bill for the extra person on the final day, but a call to Pat in Boston fixed everything (she speaks Italian). The Luna Villa is a wonderful home base for anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast! The location was breathtaking and the sunsets spectacular. It was closer to the water than I imagined. "Wonder little house close to everything.A gourmet market is a 5 minute walk for supplies. The host was charming and informative. Everything was perfect except that the air conditioner was on a lock setting and it was uncomfortable at night."

We would definitely stay there again.The location was great as a base for touring through Tuscany. We have already recommended this villa and Italy Perfect to many other people."

"My family and I rented three apartments in Palazzo Santa Crocei this summer in June and it was an amazing experience. We had stayed there before but with a larger group needed separate apartments. The balcony on Paradiso was amazing a bit loud at night but wonderful to hear the church bells and just people watch throughout the day. The apartment was a bit loud in general because you are so close to the piazza but how the furnishings were great and to stare at original frescoes on the wall while you went to sleep were just beautiful. Great location and beautiful apartments. So much better than staying at a hotel."

"Accommodations and location were excellent. Everything was in walking distance from the apartment. Restaurants and other eating establishments in the area were excellent. Local residents were friendly and helpful. Isabell was very helpful in setting up tours and helping the ladies in their shopping endeavors. Did a good job explaining everything when we first got there and was available as questions arose during our stay. Also, Carolina was an excellent Tour Guide while in Rome for a couple of days.I would recommend this apartment and Italy Perfect to all interested parties!"

"We absolutely loved staying at Prisco during our Florence holiday. The location is very good (some street noise) and very convenient for walking and exploring. The service provided by the owners was genuinely caring and thoughtful (water in refrigerator, complimentary red wine, travel books/maps/guides, laundry detergent, American coffee pot, etc). Everything was wonderful; we could have stayed all summer!"

"We were a family of six staying in this apartment, including two children ages 6 & 13. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located for most major attractions. Many wonderful restaurants nearby as well. The owner greeted us upon our arrival & was very gracious and full of recommendations for the neighborhood. My only recommendation for such a lovely apartment would be to invest in a higher grade of linens & towels. But that was so minor...we would definitely stay in this apartment on future visits to Rome!!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Luna. The owners were gracious and accommodating, meeting us upon arrival and departure. If we had a question, their team was ready to help. The referral to the ground transportation company was a life saver as we did not rent a car for our stay (it is so well situated that we walked everywhere).The house was beautifully furnished. One helpful tip is to provide luggage racks as there isn't much in the way of storage and it prevents folks from putting dirty suitcases on furniture. The kitchen was used during our stay and we loved cooking from the fresh, local ingredients.Having the beach club half a block away as well as the bus was very convenient yet the location was quiet and peaceful. Our son swam in the pool and it was great fun. Our trip highlights were Sorrento itself and the ferry to Capri to experience the Blue Grotto. A word to the wise, pay for a taxi to Positano or take the ferry; the bus experience is grim if anyone gets motion sick.The addition of the screens for the windows and sliding doors was greatly appreciated. We look forward to our return visit and thank Italy Perfect and our hosts for making our stay so enjoyable! [Thank you so much Allison. We are all so happy to hear about your outstanding stay.
