"Our stay during November was magical. Loved being in Tuscany during beautiful fall weather. Villa Riposo Verde was everything we had hoped it would be...and more! The greeter was courteous and helpful and the location was beautiful. Loved the little town nearby, San Casciano dei Bagni, very picturesque. Had a memorable meal one everything at Daniela's restaurant, she was so sweet and accommodating, even treating us to a free appetizer and after-dinner sweets. Loved our stay!"

"The Pasquino apartment is centrally located, perfect for exploring Rome--just a couple short blocks from bustling Piazza Navona. The apartment was comfortable for a family of five and was exactly as described. The street was quiet, with restaurants, shops, grocery, bakery, transportation all close by and within easy walking distance. It was a perfect location for us.We were greeted enthusiastically by Nancy, given restaurant recommendations and savvy advice for the holiday season in Rome. We would definitely stay here again and certainly recommend it to friends and relatives! [Thank you Susan! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"We (family of 4 adults) stayed in Rome for Christmas and chose this apartment as our base. It was a first time in Italy and the first time we used vacation rental, so we were a little nervous how it was going to work out. We made a right choice! Apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious. It has 2 bedrooms with queens size beds, a guest room/study with sofa-queen bed (my son used this room because it has a separate TV set), 1 1/2 bathroom and a small kitchen that had everything you need. A living room has two sofas, a big dining table, TV set and nicely decorated. 3 small balconies are cute with outdoor seatings. TV set has a lot of programs including English and even several Russian channels for my mom. Wi-fi is pretty fast. Location is fantastic: Spanish steps right around a corner, many restaurants and supermarket within a block, a shopping area nearby. A subway is a short walk. Our hostess Daniela was super nice, she showed us all apartment amenities and features, walked us to the supermarket to buy groceries and was very helpful answering all our questions. The only tiny issue was low pressure in a shower, but not a big deal. Highly recommend to choose this place!"

"This was a perfect place to stay. The apartment overlooks a 5-way intersection right in the heart of Florence and despite this, the bedroom is very quiet for sleeping. The hosts were very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this to any of my friends or family visiting Florence. [Thank you Pete! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"We (parents and 3 kids, 7-11 years old) had a fantastic trip to Tuscany in July 2016.Borgo was a perfect base for exploring the region, and just as wonderful for relaxing in between adventures. The pool is nicer than the photos suggest, and is set in between a playground area for kids and a panoramic Tuscan countryside vista. Highly recommended for families. Make sure to sign up for the gelato-making class when you arrive.[Thank you Mark, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"My friends and I enjoyed a really great stay at Regina Alta in November. The views were magnificent and the location was great for exploring the region. We enjoyed a day in Lucca, an afternoon exploring all the Montecatini has to offer including lunch at in the quaint village of Montecatini Alto - fantastic views. The villa is large and comfortable."

Riposo Verde

Riposo Verde

"From the moment we drove up to the incredibly charming, comfortable, casually elegant Riposo Verde in late October, I was thrilled. I immediately walked through the entire house and around the grounds and had (mentally) moved in within the first hour. The villa is so inviting and so wonderfully livable...I really can't describe how instantly relaxed and at home I felt. What a perfect stay; the views & privacy, the deluxe beds, sheets...well appointed kitchen, comfortable, cozy sofas, etc...even the fragrance of the reed diffusers were divine. So much attention to detail. It really was like something out of a high-end interiors magazine or a movie, but not pretentious or precious. And I haven't even mentioned the countryside....Tuscany at its most beautiful. The lovely village of San Casciano dei Bagni is a short, easy 5 minute drive from the house, (try Ristorante Daniela for a special evening out), with many surrounding villages nearby. There is an upscale spa called Fonteverde just outside the town, but there are also free rustic thermal springs right below the center of town...take your suits and a picnic and make an afternoon or evening of it! So much to explore, but with a home this truly special and lovely, you may be tempted to stock up on food, wine & books and simply lounge by the pool or fireside and soak in this most marvelous of domiciles. Thank you Italy Perfect, for the opportunity to live my Tuscan dream."

"We were very happy with our stay in the Palazzo. It was a great location and everything about the lovely apartment- beautifully appointed - made our stay in Florence as nice as it could possibly be.The mild November weather even allowed for us to spend time outside on the rooftop terrace with superb views of Santa Croce, the activities of the piazza below, and surroundings. There were many good places nearby to eat - Il Cernacchino for sandwiches, La Maremma, and Boccadama, among them, which was always friendly and accommodating, either for cappuccino in the morning or a nice meal one evening. We took advantage of the travel tips on the Italy Perfect blog -very helpful. Also appreciated the assistance with reservation details and excellent service from Lisa and all others associated with Italy Perfect.Have recommended our experience to others and will continue to do so.Many thanks!"

"I thought Italyperfect was just great in terms of the accommodation. The location was so convenient, the owner was a good host, the violinist made us feel a part of the street life of Rome. Plenty of room, appliances (other than coffee maker) worked. What more could we have wished for?I have great memories of Rome and could not have asked for better! [So sorry to hear that the coffeepot wasn't working, thank you for letting us know. It has since been replaced with a new one. The Italy Perfect Team]"

Memoria

Memoria

"We could not have been more pleased with our stay at your apartment, Memoria. The apartment was large, comfortable and lovely. The balcony overlooking the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio were icing on the cake. What an amazing location; we literally felt that we were in the middle of everything and a short walk away from all the great shops, museums, duomos and restaurants. The real treat was meeting our greeter! She spent a lot of time helping us get our bearings the day we arrived. Throughout our stay she was on-call, guiding us with our shopping choices (because of her, we got some great deals) and prioritizing the sites to see during our short stay. She had many tips that made our stay stress-free, including purchasing our train tickets to Venice the day before departure. We simply cannot say enough good things about her. We not only plan to rent Memoria again, we hope to see her too! [Thank you Laura and Bob!]"

"Daniela was a wonderful greeter, even though our flights were late and so were we! This apartment was super clean and pretty spacious. Loved the tiny balcony for coffee or wine and contemplation. We cooked dinner a few times in the small kitchen. Living room/dining room is very spacious. The surrounding area is unbeatable. Beautiful streets off the Spanish Steps, with tons of restaurants, several small convenience groceries and close to many, many of Rome's best sightseeing. The amazing thing was it did not seem a crowded area as it was just a few blocks from the historic steps. Do not rent this apartment if you want a shower-- and Italy Perfect makes this clear in the description. The second half-bath is tiny but convenient if there is more than one couple or family renting. Italy Perfect is extremely trustworthy with explanations of the apartment amenities with American tastes and expectations in mind.[Thank you Susan! The Italy Perfect Team"

Memoria

"In the heart of it all...As this was my first trip to Italy and Florence, I am grateful for the level of service, and quality of lodging Italy Perfect offered. The destination/location advice for our needs was spot on, and reservation process very personable and efficient. Our taxi dropped us off at Memoria, from the train station, so we could promptly meet our greeter, and receive a timely, informative, and thorough orientation to the flat, and the area. The first thing you realize about Memoria, is the central location. Our door is at the base of one side of the Ponte Vecchio! So surreal. We walked to all the major museums and sites from our front door taking literally just minutes to Uffizi, Palazzo Pitti, Accademia Gallery, Cathedral of Santa Maria Fiore, and wonderful outdoor markets, as well as a plethora of boutiques and restaurants of all price points. When inside, the views over the Ponte Vecchio into the Tuscan hillside were breathtaking, virtually any time day or night. Loved that balcony. The flat is nicer than it appears in the photos. It includes comfy furniture, good wifi, good water pressure, washer & dryer (!), ample closet space and a well-appointed kitchen (used primarily for breakfasts) and very clean. Loved the formal dining room for entertaining a small group for dinner. Hope to return next year."

"The Medici apartment was in an excellent location. It was just right for 3 couples plus had large living and eating areas so we had others in our party staying in other Italy Perfect apartments visit almost daily for happy hour drinks and snacks recounting the sights and sounds of the day. The kitchen was excellent and well equipped. Our greeter was very helpful and made the move in process very easy. Right out your front door is the Santa Croce church which is excellent. Italy Perfect contracted Veronica as our tour guide for several places in the city. She was very affordable and very knowledgeable and brought to life what you were seeing. She had the "whisperers" so everyone could hear her even in the jam packed Uffizi. A tip on seeing the David. Go in the late afternoon. North of the entrance where the long line goes in and on the opposite side of the street is the "timed ticket" booth. Walk up and ask to go in "now". Costs 4 euros more but you are inside in less than 10 minutes. Worked for everyone of us in our group. Italy Perfect contracted for a couple of excellent vans who took 12 of us to Siena and San Gimignano for the day. Excellent vehicles and drivers - takes you right to the entrances. Very reasonably priced. Don't miss the Siena Duomo and the Italy Perfect recommended restaurant had the best gnocchi I have ever eaten! We went in late October, which was kind of cool for eating outdoors, so I'd recommend mid to late September. It was a fabulous week in Florence and Italy Perfect was a big part of it. We will definitely use them for our next trip. [Thank you Andy, we are delighted that you had a wonderful stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Once again I had a wonderful stay at the above property. It was perfect for two females travelling together. Our greater was Daniela who was there when we arrived and showed us the apartment. There was a problem with the TV in the living room, she called the owner and they came right away and the problem was fixed. The property was clean and spacious. There was a coffee shop on the corner where we had pastry and coffee every morning. By the end of the week they were like family. The restaurant across the street from the apartment was wonderful. It rained several days and we ran over to have lunch one day and dinner one day. The name is Osteria della Vite...great food, great wine and GREAT service. We enjoyed the apartment (as I said it was perfect) the area (it was one block from the Spanish Steps) and the whole experience. Thank you "Italy Perfect""

"What a view!! This spacious, bright & sunny apartment is literally on the Arno, right next to the Ponte Vecchio, you could not ask for a more perfect location! Enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the terrace watching the day bustle to a start and in the evening, sip your wine while watching the sunset over the Arno. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with plenty of closet space, large well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms (great water pressure), one of which is quite large. Noise while sleeping was not an issue as they have very good windows and, when closed, block most of the street sounds. There is a convenient, very well stocked grocery store an easy 5 minute walk just on the other side of the bridge, also a pharmacy right around the corner….really everything you need is in very easy (flat) walking distance with all the major sites just minutes away. A truly fantastic location. The living room sofas and chairs are very comfortable and there are large sliding glass doors from the living room onto the terrace that give the dining and living rooms tons of light and, of course, views. While it was sunny on my visit, I imagine the apartment would be airy even on rainy days. I’ve stayed in a number of Italy Perfect apartments over the years, and this one is assuredly up to their standards….I would move in long term if I could! Lisa and Pat, thank you for your professionalism and attention to detail…this apartment is wonderful, I’ll never forget those views!"

"We had a wonderful time visiting Rome staying at the Pasquino apartment. It is located in a vibrant neighborhood close to many sites and restaurants. Just a few steps from the Piazza Navona! Working with Italy Perfect was a joy. Everything was just as expected. I would go back in a flash! [Thank you so much, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"
