"The Pasquino apartment fit the bill exactly for us! The layout was comfortable, there was ample closet space, and the newly refurbished kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Having the elevator was a huge bonus as we returned every evening. Everything we could have wanted had been provided, right down to the numerous current travel books of not only Rome, but general ones of Italy and some of the other major cities. And the Italy Perfect notebook with all the helpful information was much appreciated.We'd been told that the Pasquino was right next to Piazza Navona, yet we were still pleasantly surprised at just how close it actually was. We were out daily seeing the sights and easily walked everywhere we wanted to go--never once needed to use public transportation. And, usually, cut through Piazza Navona on our way out or back--so nice to watch all that was going on each day. Finally, all the documents that were provided in advance made our planning for this trip so much easier. The thorough restaurant guide came in handy every single day. We would definitely book with Italy Perfect again and are already recommending Pat and Lisa to our friends. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful--answered all our questions quickly and professionally. Thank you for the wonderful stay--we'll be back! "We absolutely loved our stay at the enchanting Alloro apartment in Venice (we actually stayed an extra night)! Beautifully decorated apartment with fabulous Venetian terrazzo floors in a lovey historic building overlooking the Grand Canal. We could have spent all day just staring out the windows with a glass of wine or espresso enjoying the sights and sounds below. Gondolas floated by with opera singers or guitarists serenading their passengers and incredible sunrises and sunsets cast long, warm light onto the majestic old buildings which made us feel like we were in a renaissance painting! It was so nice to take a break from the streets and still enjoy the best of Venice from the apartment. We had a delicious dinner at Da Fiori, and loved walking around the canals and discovering this romantic city. The apartment is in a very convenient location, minutes from Piazza San Marco, and an easy walk to everything. Italy Perfect took care of every detail and more importantly was completely available during our stay. It was also so nice to have a local contact for any questions or recommendations. "We had a lovely time staying in the Pasquino Apartment as a family of four. The apartment is spacious and well appointed, and despite being steps from Piazza Navona and overlooking the busy Piazza Pasquino, is remarkably quiet - a lovely place to rest and stay after busy days sightseeing. The two separate bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, and the washer/dryer were major pluses, as was the large living/dining room (pictured). "My husband and I stayed at the Pasquino apartment for four days in early April. It is lovely; nicely appointed, comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen (although our cooking amounted to making coffee and opening wine...) The location could not be better, close to the Piazza and very near excellent public transportation that allowed us to move around Rome with local people (try the RomaBus app). We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar at the Hotel Raphael, an easy 5-7 minute walk, where we watched the sun set over the city on our final evening, a beautiful way to end our trip. Italy Perfect made the mundane details easy - recommendations for drivers to and from the airport were especially appreciated. I would be happy to recommend Italy Perfect to a friend, and expect that we will work with them again when we plan out next trip to Italy. Overall, the accommodations were fantastic. the location was perfectly situated near many shops, grocery stores and was a local neighborhood so it was less touristy so the restaurants were more authentic to what locals enjoy. This apartment was well appointed with comfortable bedding, well lit, very roomy. We were extremely comfortable and felt safe and secure in this location and appreciated this recommendation from ItalyPerfect and the greeter was very kind and helped with any questions we had. We highly recommend this apartment to friends and family!! We highly recommend using MyTaxi to help with transportations. We never waited more than 5 minutes and the app took care of the charges. "Great apartment in wonderful area of Florence. Overall price was reasonable but would have preferred one lump sum price instead of extras (i.e, gas). Apartment was beautifully furnished with everything that you would need or want. [We are happy you enjoyed the S. Croce Medici apartment and the wonderful location. We'll pass your feedback along to the owner but glad you were aware, even before reserving, that the utilities are paid separately based on your usage. We carefully ensure all potential guests are fully informed of this common practice in Italy where utilities are 6x the prices in North America. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Our family stayed at the Pasquino property for almost a week and it was perfect for us. The apartment is in a perfect location; walking distance to almost everything. We loved all of the little restaurants and shops down the street right outside our door. We hired a car service recommended by Italy Perfect. The Greeter was there waiting to show us around the property and give us the keys. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. "This was a perfect place for my daughters and I to stay while visiting Rome. I stayed in the master bedroom and my teenage girls enjoyed the quaint library with twin beds and lots of storage. The living room, dining was sweet - we only hung out in there once a day to rest our weary feet then keep going. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliance and complimentary coffee.Everything is right outside your door - except cars (you can't drive down the narrow little street in front of the apartment). The store is only a few blocks away and all the restaurants, shops, gelato were right there. We were able to walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Foundation and everything in-between. "The absolute best accommodation experience anyone could get in Florence. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious but the location is nothing short of remarkable. We enjoyed our balcony every morning for breakfast and every night for appetizers. It is the perfect location for touring and really feeling like you are living like a local. Will remember this accommodation for a long time. Isabel, our greeter, was marvelous and very attentive and helped organized a wonderful excursion to Sienna. "My husband and I rented the Spagna apartment for a week over the Christmas holiday. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We were met at the airport by a terrific car service recommended by Italy Perfect and taken to the apartment where we were greeted by Stefania and her wonderful mother (the owner of Spagna). I can't tell you how exciting it was to step into this beautiful, elegant apartment and know it was ours for a week! And that terrace! There were cut flowers to greet us, as well as a lovely bottle of wine and an assortment of Italian delicacies. Stefania walked us through the apartment and made sure we knew how to operate everything. We were given a great list of recommended restaurants, bakeries, open-air markets, etc. We felt very taken care of by the whole Italy Perfect team. The apartment is in a very secure building and on a very quiet street. But go a block in either direction and you are surrounded by great restaurants and shopping and close to the Spanish steps. We did a lot of shopping and restaurant-hopping, but we also bought groceries and cooked a bit at Spagna - it's such a lovely environment, it would have been a shame not to! "As others have said, the location of this apartment is great. You can walk to most everything you want to do and there is a cab stand a block away for everything else. It is spacious by central city standards. The heat and hot water were very reliable, the linens are of good quality and the kitchen is adequately equipped. The dishwasher and washer/dryer worked great and were much appreciated. The furniture is adequate but showing some age/usage. As a result, the couches in the living room weren’t particularly comfortable. We had a problem with the wifi when we first arrived but it was resolved after one call. I must also say that Italy Perfect was PERFECT in helping us make plans for staying in Rome. They gave us a package of info re car drivers, tour operators, restaurants, and much, much more. We wanted to go to Pompeii on a day trip via the high speed train. Lisa gave me the name of a driver in Naples who was great and he hooked us up with a guide for Pompeii and then recommended a seafood restaurant in Naples that was great. All cheaper and more convenient than through tour companies. One caution, the street noise at night can be annoying. On Friday and Saturday night, it was party time till 2 a.m. and even on Wed and Thurs, folks stay out late. We live in Manhattan so I am used to street noise but here, because the streets are so narrow, the noise from the restaurants below really resonate in the apartment. The windows ARE very well insulated so if you close the windows, it really cuts out most of the noise but on nice evenings, I would prefer to leave the windows open. [Thank you Liz! "If you're looking for a luxurious, elegant and very comfortable villa on a hillside in Tuscany with magnificent views, centrally located with a huge pool overlooking the valley, then Regina Alta is for you! This estate is truly magnificent, a wonderful home to entertain and relax in. The photos on the Italy Perfect website will show you exactly how it looks. The furnishings and architecture are marvelous. I've stayed in a number of Italy Perfect offerings over the years and this one lives up to their excellent standards. It's located within easy driving times to many outstanding locales, (Lucca is nearby), including the charming hillside village Montecatini Alto only 10 minutes away (take the funicular up to the top). Its a perfect base from which to explore the region....although you may be tempted to simply stay at the villa with a glass of wine by the pool soaking in the gorgeous views. 5 Stars!!!"

"We were beyond ecstatic with our recent trip to Venice with Italy Perfect during Christmas 2016. In 2009 we visited a Paris Perfect property that was beyond gorgeous as well. Both of our experiences were beyond perfect. Our apartment in Venice was absolutely wonderful. The location was ideal and the maid service was spectacular. The villa was turn key beautiful and the kitchen was immaculate and provided all needed supplies for creating fabulous meals . We are willing to refer your company to any client or individual. We highly recommend the private service for arrival and departure to the airport . The vans and taxi boats and drivers were impeccable and more than met our expectations. If you need more details about our experience I would be more than happy to write them. We would rate your properties at above 100 percent .
