"The accommodations were good and in a great location. Easy walking to many places of interest.We were fortunate in that the weekend we were there, there was a concert in the square in front of Santa Croce featuring the world renown tenor Placido Domingo. We got to watch and listen from our apartment balcony. Probably at least ten thousand ticket buyers as we took it all in for free. Great timing."

"My girlfriend and I had such a fabulous time in Florence. We were greeted at the house upon our arrival and given the tour of the house and instructions. Maurizio was so pleasant and full of "inside" info on Florence. I slept on the pull out couch downstairs while my girlfriend took the upstairs bedroom. The sleeping arrangements were quite comfortable. The owners left us with a full bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine. Very generous. I had my breakfast each morning on the second floor veranda. It was so lovely. Listening to the church bells ring all over Florence on Sunday morning while having coffee was unbelievable.I'll never forget it.I thought the location of the house was perfect. It's a bit of a climb up the street but you are central to everything without the noise.I got lost once taking a stroll around but knew if I just got to the Ponte Vecchio I could get back.I loved that. Working with Lisa at Italy Perfect was a pleasure. She always got right back to me with any questions I had. I would definitely use Italy Perfect for future trips."

"This apartment was perfect for my family of five. We thoroughly enjoyed the location, layout and well-maintained quality of this apartment. Clean, attractive entrance and stairs to lovely residence. Taxis came Right to our door on little traveled narrow street ( via leutari)"

"We stayed at the Pasquino apartment in Rome and would gladly stay there again. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and was the best location we could possibly hope to find-- so accessible to so many sites. Our greeter was very nice and helpful getting us oriented with the map and local sites and necessaries, like the grocery store a few blocks away.We also had contact with the owner during our stay due to a couple of unexpected situations and all was set right quickly and efficiently and so did not negatively impact any of our plans.We loved walking around locally and apartment Pasquino had easy access to other places a little further afield because of a nearby taxi stand.We ate at many great restaurants in Rome--some small local places right by the apartment, and some further away that were still close enough to walk to. We enjoyed meals at a couple of the places the apartment overlooks with hearty food and little fanfare, and had memorable meals at the Hostaria Constanza and at Sapore di Mare to name two. --all so fresh, fresh, fresh and delicious.Rome is such an extraordinary place with so much history and many sites literally around every corner. We used Context tours and had excellent and knowledgeable guides for private tours (for our family of four it was more economical to have a private tour than pay individually for their regular small group tour.) Since it was during the crowded tourist time, the tour allowed us to pass the long lines at Colosseum and Vatican and get on with the tour. We customized our tours and they did this with no problem. It was a good decision for us and we covered a lot of ground. The tours were half day and we still had plenty of time to wander and explore on our own too. It is fun to roam about the Piazza Navona and Campo di fiori on the weekend nights when everyone is out enjoying themselves and the buskers are busy performing and everyone eating gelato.So, we recommend it all!!--Apartment Pasquino, Context Tours and the amazing city of Rome. We hope to return soon!"

"We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful, spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath apartment during our family vacation. It was exactly as described on the website and we were not disappointed! Pat at Italy Perfect was a pleasure to work with and she was extremely helpful in answering our questions which made our decision easy. We found the apartment to be extremely clean and very nicely decorated, blending baroque with contemporary. The kitchen is well equipped and the washer/dryer was convenient, although not quite as large as we're used to here in the States. The bedding was very comfortable with luxury linens and plenty of towels, which was welcoming after a day of touring. There was someone there to help with our bags, both on arrival and departure, and Barbara (who spoke fluent English) met us at the apartment to give us an orientation and lots of good information. We found the apartment to be conveniently located to restaurants and there is a grocery store nearby. The Leonardo da Vinci hotel is across the street and they are more than happy to call a cab for you at the front desk, but beware....the hotel charges for the service which almost doubles your fare. We found the residential location to be ideal -- the street was quiet and not too busy but within walking distance of many interesting places. [Thank you so much! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Grazie, Italy Perfect!! We have stayed in several apartments/houses on trips and this one was far and away the cream of the crop: Maurizio and Gabrielle clearly know how to make you at home from the soap at every sink to the nightlight in the bathroom. Nice quiet location but just steps from the Ponte Vechhio and the sights on the other side of the Arno. The hill is steep - especially after a long day of sight-seeing - but the payoff at the end is worth it. Maurizio had good shopping and restaurant suggestions - take his advice. Finally, if you love art, museums, and architecture and are planning on visiting lots of the sites in Florence, we can recommend getting the Firenze card. It's not cheap at 72 euros, but if you do your homework and decide which 3 successive days will be most advantageous, you can easily get your money's worth. The best part is that you get priority access so you'll spend less time standing in lines. Try to get to the most popular sites (Duomo, Accademia, Uffizi) right when they open and you should be able to just walk right in."

"Memoria was a comfortable apartment in an absolutely ideal location. We can't imagine staying in any other place when we go back to Florence! And our greeter, Isabel, was friendly, professional and efficient. She not only met us as scheduled, having purchased some initial groceries for us, but she also helped us out with a couple of other requests during our stay. She is a great resource for you. Our only suggestion for Memoria is that you furnish it with softer sheets and linens, and clear out some of the existing linens. We can hardly wait to go back for another stay! "My family of six stayed in this apartment for four nights and it was amazing! The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect. We were close to many of the sights. There are many restaurants on the street to choose from. It was lovely to open the windows and hear a singer or an accordion player. The staff couldn't be more helpful. "What a wonderful apartment, just what we expected from Italy Perfect. the apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated, there was nothing we wanted for. The balcony was bliss, great for breakfast, and to chill out after a day of sightseeing, we had front row seats to watch a festival, all in costume, layout in the square. Location was perfect to take in all the beauty that is Florence. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, for price ranges.
