"It is not often that a real product exceeds what is portrayed in ads, but that is the case with the Serenata apartment in Venice. From the moment the apartment door opened to sunshine flooded rooms, my husband and I were in love. The sunny rooftop terrace offered views over the confluence of three canals, serenading gondoliers and views in the distance of St. Mark's and the Campanile. What a perfect setting for morning coffee or a late afternoon wine. The kitchen was supplied with every utensil and appliance needed - even sharp knives, absolutely unheard of in any rental unit! We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Realto Market and cooking some meals while watching the canal life below. Sheer bliss! The Serenata is located within a few minutes walk of the activity, shopping, touring and dining of St. Mark's Square. Vaporetto stops are also nearby. One does not have to journey far to find an excellent ristorante; the recommendations provided are excellent. How wonderful it was to wander into the piazza after dark to enjoy the cafe and orchestra scene. Despite its proximity to a main tourist area, the calle and apartment were quiet. The best of both worlds. We arrived in Venice by water taxi from the airport. Paola spoke to our taxi driver who brought us within steps of the apartment. Our tour of the apartment was thorough and welcome. We experienced no issues during our stay. What impressed us most was that when my husband and I asked Paola about grocery shopping, she personally took us to a grocery store and then to her favourite cheese shop where she introduced us to the owner. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty! We love Venice; this was our second trip. When we return, the Serenata will be our home again. We cannot recommend this rental highly enough!"

This is a beautiful, well maintained apartment that is close to all the chief sites in Florence but on a reasonably quiet and very pleasant street in the heart of town. The appliances have been updated and everything works. I would highly recommend the apartment to my friends and family. The owners are very much available if ever needed and spent a considerable amount of time in explaining the various details that made our stay enjoyable and the shops and amenities in the neighborhood. The owners could not have been more accommodating. For example, they endeavored to arrange a cab for us while we were checking out but even with multiple calls, no cabs were available. Rather than allow us to miss our train, they each grabbed our luggage and walked us to the train station and even stayed when we got there to show us the correct track to get on.

We had a great time at Luna. The villa is exactly the same as the website pictures, walking distance to Sant'Agnello downtown and even to Sorrento. Villa has a gorgeous garden and a swimming pool though we preferred to swim in the ocean. There is a major mosquito problem though, make sure you stock insect repellents and keep the screen doors closed at all times. Surrounding area is beautiful and very easy to reach by car - only caveat was that we rented a SUV which was a big mistake considering tiny parking area in front of the villa and winding one lane roads of Sorrentian peninsula and Amalfi coast. Pompeii is close by and a must do. Don't miss Positano, the only town in the world that grew vertically!! We did the private boat cruise to Capri. For swimming go to the beach right by Villa Angelina at Messa Lubrense - beautiful quaint beach where mostly locals enjoy. Amalfi is OK but Ravello is another must - especially make sure you get on the Infinity terrace at Villa Cimbrone.This is the second time we are renting from Italy perfect and it all worked great as before. "We had a great time at Luna. Luciana and Gigi really made us feel at home, they have been great with us especially with our 10 yr old daughter. "The accommodations were very comfortable in every way. We appreciated the additional roll-away bed. All 6 of us were very comfortable with the sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was very well-stocked. We appreciated the American coffee maker very much! The location was terrific - close to everything. An easy walk to the main sites, Arno River, etc.We found it impossible to get a taxi in Florence (!!)We found the Hop On, Hop Off bus useful because it stopped nearby. It would be nice to include a map of the bus routes in the apartment since it seems that a lot of them go close to the apartment. No real restaurant recommendations. There was a nice list in the apartment and all of our meals were wonderful. We appreciate all the help and support given to us by Italy Perfect! [Thank you Catherine! Please come again. "We loved our stay at the Serenata. We were greeted by Paola, who was beyond nice and helpful, giving us a detailed introduction to the apartment and a list of some of her favorite restaurants, which were supplemented by the superb recommendations by Pat at Italy Perfect. The location was wonderful, right off St. Mark's Square, yet peaceful. The apartment itself was beautiful and the deck from which we could watch gondoliers going down our canal was our favorite attraction. Paola also provided us with the name of a water taxi driver, who met us at the Banco San Marco a few steps away, to catch our very early flight home.A wonderful experience. "We were met by Isabel promptly and given a full tour of the apartment. It's a beautiful space and the huge sliding doors to the balcony give you the perfect view of the bridge and river. It's so easy to walk to everything from this location. She was so helpful and offered to assist us with any questions we had. She gave us restaurant recommendations that were off the beaten path and even scheduled our taxi rides for departure. We would highly recommend this apartment and especially Isabel. "The Prisco apartment was ideal for our first trip to Europe. The location was in the center of old Florence, convenient to everything. We enjoyed staying in such a grand old building, and our hosts Mikki and Franco were most helpful. Ditto with Italy Perfect, as Lisa was a source to answer everything we needed to know. All three helped make the trip so much fun and less stressful. Amazingly, we were able to spend a week in Tuscany without renting a car. Transportation by train or bus was outstanding, and we were able to walk to so much of what Florence has to offer. Florence is a beautiful city, and this apartment was SO Florence. We absolutely hope to return in the future. Thank you!"

"Casetta Bonsi lives up to the name "Italy Perfect" - a perfect home away from home in Florence. Spacious accommodations comfortably furnished with all the amenities that you need, the house is ideal for two people. Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood well away from the throngs of tourists, you can appreciate Florence as those who live here know it and yet just a two minute walk down the road and you are looking across the Arno River at the Ufuzzi directly in front of you. Head into the Oltrarno district (the south side and less touristy side of the Arno) and you can enjoy all the local stores and cafes. Cross the bridge and in less than ten minutes you are in the heart of Florence.Our charming host, Maurizio, could not have been more welcoming. He met us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the house and provided us with his personal guides to the neighbourhood, his recommendations for shopping and dining, and a detailed history of the house that he had written. And as an added touch, he left us with a bowl of fruit, a plate of candies, and a full canister of espresso to enjoy. Beautiful accommodations, a perfect location, and a charming host - all for less than the cost of a hotel room. What more could you want?"

"The accommodations were better than described. We were very pleased to find the apartment to be such a wonderful place in terms of spaciousness, decor, and location. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment met our needs in every way. We will recommend to our friends and tell them all about it. If they come to Florence, we will let them know that they should stay here. We would rate Tosca a 10, for sure. As to any other comments, the only unusual thing is the requirement to take out the trash upon check out, especially since taking it out involves carrying it a couple of blocks away to the trash dumpster. "The apartment was located right at the bridge so shopping and restaurants were very close. Isabel was our greeter and she was super helpful. She offered restaurant suggestions and tour ideas. She even arranged for out taxi ride when we were leaving. All the information that Italy Perfect provided made our trip so much easier. Just FYI, the elevator is very small so if you happen to squeeze 4 people in and it doesn't move...you are over the limit."

"We stayed in this apartment recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was perfect for us as we could walk everywhere and had a lot of history attached to it. The terrace was another nice addition, which we used quite a bit.The apartment was exactly as it appears in the online photos and the descriptions were right on.It had everything we needed. A/C was a nice touch which we used in the bedrooms at night.The elevator, as expected, is quite small but more than adequate.Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, brew coffee, etc.There were 2 of us in the apartment and it was spacious enough for us.We were very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other historical sights.The apartment was quite clean and management personnel were great.I would recommend the apartment and Pat at Italy Perfect. "Italy Perfect provided us with all details necessary for the smooth rental of this one bedroom apartment. They also sent by email detailed list of recommended restaurants in the neighbourhood, as well as necessary tips for a smooth visit in Venice. Our greeter met us promptly at the pre-arranged stop on the canal, and proceeded to the visit of the unit. The Serenata unit seems to have been recently renovated, as the floors appeared brand new. The bathroom has 2 sinks which we really appreciated. And an important details for the ladies....a great hair dryer is supplied, not a flimsy one! Pictures on line are true to reality. It is very well situated, 2 streets behind St Marks Square, yet it is super quiet. We loved this little find and highly recommend this unit as well as doing business with Italy Perfect!! Ciao.... This was the first apartment my family had ever rented and it did not disappoint! Not only was it situated in the very best location for touring the city, the space with clean, inviting and perfectly suited for our stay. The greeter met us right when we got there and was friendly and knowledgable. After explaining the apartment he sat down and offered some local knowledge to make our stay even better! I would stay in this apartment again in a heartbeat! As well as use Italy Perfect on other stays!
