"This apartment has a perfect location and allows you to feel as though you are living in an artist's flat for the duration of your stay. The furnishings and art are wonderfully curated. We enjoyed being able to cook in the kitchen and relax on the attached outdoor patio. This will be my go-to apartment for all future trips!"

"We had a total of two families staying together in this lovely property. Set in the heart of Roma near the Vatican, this apartment was spectacular. It had everything you needed and was central to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, etc. Additionally, you're only a few blocks away from transit to anywhere within Roma. We were extremely comfortable in this gorgeous apartment. I highly recommend this place to any traveling to Roma looking for a centrally located, private, quiet and safe environment."

"I couldn't believe my eyes when entering the apartment located close to St Marco's place. Lovely light coming in, the space and interior was beautiful! This gorgeous flat had everything you could dream of for your stay in Venice. As you escape the huzzle and buzzle from the crowded streets, you can enjoy a dinner buying groceries from the Coop that is close by and eat your meal on the magical terrace overlooking the canals and rooftops of Venice. The kitchen had everything you needed, the AC worked greatly and cooled you down after a day of walking in the hot Venice heat. The bed was so comfortable and bathroom was clean, spacious and bright. "We stayed for 4 days in Strozzi apartment. The apartment is in perfect location, center of the city, 10 min walk to train center and most major attractions. The owners were extremely helpful. We enjoyed the stay due to this. Overall good stay due to central location."

"We needed a place with a kitchen because one of our party has severe food allergies. But we also wanted to have someone available to call on if we needed help in a strange city, which is why hotels are often the best option. The Alloro unit was perfect for us because there was staff on site who could help us with things like getting groceries or arranging for a water taxi to pick us up at the train station and take us back at the end of our stay. The location was ideal. The views were as good as one can get in Venice, located at the mouth of the Grand Canal at a point where the gondolas would cruise by with singers singing arias from Italian operas. It was nothing short of spectacular. Right next to the Westin hotel which has a nice waterfront bar and restaurant, overpriced but you can't beat the views. The front door is on a very quiet square, but the main action is only a few feet up the alley. The water taxi picked us up at the train station and took us right to the water side entrance of the house where we were greeted and taken right up to the apartment. The house is authentically old and retains every bit of its charm while still offering all the modern amenities. Italy Perfect also connected us with Rita Sartorri, a local guide who knows everything there is to know about Venice. We would have booked her for two days if she had been available. She walked us through parts of Venice that tourists simply don't go to and pointed out features of life there that brought the city and its history to life. The one thing about Venice that I found underwhelming was the food. There must be some good restaurants there, but there are a ton of mediocre and overpriced ones. By contrast, we spent a couple of nights in Milan and easily found great dining through the concierge without half trying. I would recommend guests work with the Italy Perfect house staff upon arrival and plan out dinners. Winging it did not work for us. I have traveled a lot in my life and I have limited tolerance for hassle and discomfort. If I am going to go to the trouble and expense of visiting a place like Venice I want it to be an experience with no compromises. Italy Perfect is designed for people like me. "I just wanted to thank Lisa and Isabella for all their help in making this vacation so wonderful.They were very helpful before and while we were at the apartment.The rooms were very nice and clean which is very important to me. "This property is absolutely stunning, without a shadow of a doubt. With a large lounge/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Superbly laid out and exceedingly well cared for and clean. Although just behind San Marco, it is beautifully peaceful at night, with no outside noise at all. The outside terrace is the icing on the cake, being able to sit in the evenings in the Venetian warmth, was very special.The location is beautiful, insofar as you are able to see the tops of the Basilica and San Marco Campanile, from the terrace. Just around the corner is a well-stocked Supermarket and myriad of bars, restaurants and shops. The Greeter Paula is a truly wonderful lady. She was so very kind to us and nothing was too much trouble for her. I was celebrating a 'large' birthday and she even purchased a card and present for me, which we thought was so very kind and generous of her. I shall keep my Venetian birthday card always. "The house was everything that we expected from the pictures. It felt like home during our 5 day stay. Maurizio made everything great from making recommendations for meals and visits to helping us book the taxi to the train station at the end of our stay. The attention to details in decorating the house, communicating before the visit, and greeting his guests were the best we have ever experienced in our years of traveling. Additionally the location is perfect, close to the bustle of Firenze but a cozy getaway during the hot summer afternoons. The house is perfect if one has no problems walking up steep cobblestone streets. It can be a hike at times but worth it."

"Traveling with four kids and two adults was challenging throughout Europe but this apartment fit us well. The apartment may actually have been too big as we never used the living room or dining room. The kitchen has couches and chairs so like all good parties we ended up spending time as a family in the kitchen. St. Croce Square is a great place to be, you feel like you are in the heart of everything. Though we had most breakfasts in the apartment at the foot of the stairs is a great place to eat.(Ristorante Boccadama) In fact we liked it so mush we ate there twice, a little crazy thinking how many other great places in Florence we could have gone. While we are talking food, Great burgers and beer are to be found at "Off the Hook" just down the road and if you are really craving a change from Italian food there is also a great Raman noodle place also just a little ways from the apartment. Having come from an all included apartment in Venice it was a surprise to us when the apparent managers started talking us through all of the changes we would face. Tourest charges, electricity and gas charges all seemed overwhelming. We did do laundry but hung it out and kept the AC low so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. When we checked out total extra fees were 30 euro! Darn if I had not been so spooked by the fees we would have been a lot more comfortable! Bad dad... Stay here and enjoy! [Thank you David! The Villa was beautiful and very adequate for our needs. The only minor negative is that it is on three levels and without elevator, so baggage and everything else needs to be carried up the stairs. The view is incredible an the grounds are lovely. The service from Italy Perfect is perfect, Pat is extremely helpful and very responsive. I rate her five stars plus! "What a gem! We landed in hot Venice, took a water taxi to our destination and Roy graciously met us and guided us to our apartment. It is in a prefect location. The apartment in on the 6th floor. It has a large kitchen and dining area. It has a wonderful living room and three bedrooms on that main floor, along with a terrace to sit and enjoy your morning cappuccino. This was a spacious and wonderful location for a family of six. The truly magical part of the apartment is the upstairs loft that has a bedroom and a bathroom and another terrace, this time on the roof. Gorgeous views all around. The location is near the Chiesa di San Moise - a gorgeous Venetian church. It is within walking distance to San Marcos Square, any shopping you could desire and delicious food all around. We found it to be safe, family friendly and very comfortable. Our three days in Venice were a delight and if I were to return...which I hope to do someday...I would hope to stay here again.
