Overall, the accommodations were fantastic. the location was perfectly situated near many shops, grocery stores and was a local neighborhood so it was less touristy so the restaurants were more authentic to what locals enjoy. This apartment was well appointed with comfortable bedding, well lit, very roomy. We were extremely comfortable and felt safe and secure in this location and appreciated this recommendation from ItalyPerfect and the greeter was very kind and helped with any questions we had. We highly recommend this apartment to friends and family!! We highly recommend using MyTaxi to help with transportations. We never waited more than 5 minutes and the app took care of the charges. "Great apartment in wonderful area of Florence. Overall price was reasonable but would have preferred one lump sum price instead of extras (i.e, gas). Apartment was beautifully furnished with everything that you would need or want. [We are happy you enjoyed the S. Croce Medici apartment and the wonderful location. We'll pass your feedback along to the owner but glad you were aware, even before reserving, that the utilities are paid separately based on your usage. We carefully ensure all potential guests are fully informed of this common practice in Italy where utilities are 6x the prices in North America. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Our family stayed at the Pasquino property for almost a week and it was perfect for us. The apartment is in a perfect location; walking distance to almost everything. We loved all of the little restaurants and shops down the street right outside our door. We hired a car service recommended by Italy Perfect. The Greeter was there waiting to show us around the property and give us the keys. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. "This was a perfect place for my daughters and I to stay while visiting Rome. I stayed in the master bedroom and my teenage girls enjoyed the quaint library with twin beds and lots of storage. The living room, dining was sweet - we only hung out in there once a day to rest our weary feet then keep going. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliance and complimentary coffee.Everything is right outside your door - except cars (you can't drive down the narrow little street in front of the apartment). The store is only a few blocks away and all the restaurants, shops, gelato were right there. We were able to walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Foundation and everything in-between. "The absolute best accommodation experience anyone could get in Florence. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious but the location is nothing short of remarkable. We enjoyed our balcony every morning for breakfast and every night for appetizers. It is the perfect location for touring and really feeling like you are living like a local. Will remember this accommodation for a long time. Isabel, our greeter, was marvelous and very attentive and helped organized a wonderful excursion to Sienna. "As others have said, the location of this apartment is great. You can walk to most everything you want to do and there is a cab stand a block away for everything else. It is spacious by central city standards. The heat and hot water were very reliable, the linens are of good quality and the kitchen is adequately equipped. The dishwasher and washer/dryer worked great and were much appreciated. The furniture is adequate but showing some age/usage. As a result, the couches in the living room weren’t particularly comfortable. We had a problem with the wifi when we first arrived but it was resolved after one call. I must also say that Italy Perfect was PERFECT in helping us make plans for staying in Rome. They gave us a package of info re car drivers, tour operators, restaurants, and much, much more. We wanted to go to Pompeii on a day trip via the high speed train. Lisa gave me the name of a driver in Naples who was great and he hooked us up with a guide for Pompeii and then recommended a seafood restaurant in Naples that was great. All cheaper and more convenient than through tour companies. One caution, the street noise at night can be annoying. On Friday and Saturday night, it was party time till 2 a.m. and even on Wed and Thurs, folks stay out late. We live in Manhattan so I am used to street noise but here, because the streets are so narrow, the noise from the restaurants below really resonate in the apartment. The windows ARE very well insulated so if you close the windows, it really cuts out most of the noise but on nice evenings, I would prefer to leave the windows open. [Thank you Liz! "If you're looking for a luxurious, elegant and very comfortable villa on a hillside in Tuscany with magnificent views, centrally located with a huge pool overlooking the valley, then Regina Alta is for you! This estate is truly magnificent, a wonderful home to entertain and relax in. The photos on the Italy Perfect website will show you exactly how it looks. The furnishings and architecture are marvelous. I've stayed in a number of Italy Perfect offerings over the years and this one lives up to their excellent standards. It's located within easy driving times to many outstanding locales, (Lucca is nearby), including the charming hillside village Montecatini Alto only 10 minutes away (take the funicular up to the top). Its a perfect base from which to explore the region....although you may be tempted to simply stay at the villa with a glass of wine by the pool soaking in the gorgeous views. 5 Stars!!!"

"We were beyond ecstatic with our recent trip to Venice with Italy Perfect during Christmas 2016. In 2009 we visited a Paris Perfect property that was beyond gorgeous as well. Both of our experiences were beyond perfect. Our apartment in Venice was absolutely wonderful. The location was ideal and the maid service was spectacular. The villa was turn key beautiful and the kitchen was immaculate and provided all needed supplies for creating fabulous meals . We are willing to refer your company to any client or individual. We highly recommend the private service for arrival and departure to the airport . The vans and taxi boats and drivers were impeccable and more than met our expectations. If you need more details about our experience I would be more than happy to write them. We would rate your properties at above 100 percent . "Our stay during November was magical. Loved being in Tuscany during beautiful fall weather. Villa Riposo Verde was everything we had hoped it would be...and more! The greeter was courteous and helpful and the location was beautiful. Loved the little town nearby, San Casciano dei Bagni, very picturesque. Had a memorable meal one everything at Daniela's restaurant, she was so sweet and accommodating, even treating us to a free appetizer and after-dinner sweets. Loved our stay!"

"The Pasquino apartment is centrally located, perfect for exploring Rome--just a couple short blocks from bustling Piazza Navona. The apartment was comfortable for a family of five and was exactly as described. The street was quiet, with restaurants, shops, grocery, bakery, transportation all close by and within easy walking distance.It was a perfect location for us.We were greeted enthusiastically by Nancy, given restaurant recommendations and savvy advice for the holiday season in Rome. It was a first time in Italy and the first time we used vacation rental, so we were a little nervous how it was going to work out. We made a right choice! Apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious. It has 2 bedrooms with queens size beds, a guest room/study with sofa-queen bed (my son used this room because it has a separate TV set), 1 1/2 bathroom and a small kitchen that had everything you need. A living room has two sofas, a big dining table, TV set and nicely decorated. 3 small balconies are cute with outdoor seatings. TV set has a lot of programs including English and even several Russian channels for my mom. Wi-fi is pretty fast. Location is fantastic: Spanish steps right around a corner, many restaurants and supermarket within a block, a shopping area nearby. A subway is a short walk. Our hostess Daniela was super nice, she showed us all apartment amenities and features, walked us to the supermarket to buy groceries and was very helpful answering all our questions.The only tiny issue was low pressure in a shower, but not a big deal. Highly recommend to choose this place!"

"We (parents and 3 kids, 7-11 years old) had a fantastic trip to Tuscany in July 2016.Borgo was a perfect base for exploring the region, and just as wonderful for relaxing in between adventures. The pool is nicer than the photos suggest, and is set in between a playground area for kids and a panoramic Tuscan countryside vista. Highly recommended for families. We enjoyed a day in Lucca, an afternoon exploring all the Montecatini has to offer including lunch at in the quaint village of Montecatini Alto - fantastic views. The villa is large and comfortable."

"From the moment we drove up to the incredibly charming, comfortable, casually elegant Riposo Verde in late October, I was thrilled. I immediately walked through the entire house and around the grounds and had (mentally) moved in within the first hour.The villa is so inviting and so wonderfully livable...I really can't describe how instantly relaxed and at home I felt. What a perfect stay; the views & privacy, the deluxe beds, sheets...well appointed kitchen, comfortable, cozy sofas, etc...even the fragrance of the reed diffusers were divine. So much attention to detail. It really was like something out of a high-end interiors magazine or a movie, but not pretentious or precious. And I haven't even mentioned the countryside....Tuscany at its most beautiful. The lovely village of San Casciano dei Bagni is a short, easy 5 minute drive from the house, (try Ristorante Daniela for a special evening out), with many surrounding villages nearby. There is an upscale spa called Fonteverde just outside the town, but there are also free rustic thermal springs right below the center of town...take your suits and a picnic and make an afternoon or evening of it! So much to explore, but with a home this truly special and lovely, you may be tempted to stock up on food, wine & books and simply lounge by the pool or fireside and soak in this most marvelous of domiciles. Thank you Italy Perfect, for the opportunity to live my Tuscan dream."
