"I can't say enough about how amazing Italy Perfect was. I had been trying to use AirBnb and HomeAway for weeks attempting to navigate the perfect location for a group of us in Florence. Every time I would find a place it would be already booked (although the sites didn't show that). I was about to give up when I discovered Italy Perfect literally days before departing. They were amazing. So incredibly helpful, I even spoke to someone on the phone who offered to go buy gifts I wanted to give my fellow travelers when we arrived. The customer service was beyond compare.The apartment was better than I ever could have imagined. Comfortable, clean, and just plain easy. It truly felt like home. The location was absolutely perfect. I can't wait to go back and stay there again... or check out another one of their properties. From now on I will skip right past those other sites and go straight to Italy Perfect. I wish I would have realized that earlier and not wasted my time with all the stress!! "My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Prisco apartment in Florence in October. The location was fabulous, very close to everything, yet a few blocks away from the crushing crowds. We had everything we could want on the two streets around the apartment- great restaurants, shops and even gelato! The streets are very noisy in the evening, but the bedroom was quiet. I'm so glad we picked this location, the apartment was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a busy day. I can't tell you how nice it is too to have a place with an elevator! (don't underestimate the importance of an elevator in the city!) Thanks so much for making our stay in Florence wonderful. "THE LOVELY GREETERS: Franco, Miki and Marco are the most wonderful, kind people you will ever meet. Their hospitality has no end. I love these folks and they feel like family since this is our 3rd stay in the Prisco. They were kind enough to let me practice my Italian with them and I’m sure I gave them comic relief in the process. Absolutely lovely visiting with them. What incredibly generous folks they are.I was humbled by their kindness. THE APARTMENT: You won’t want to stay anywhere else. Period. Spotless. This place is beautiful with so many wonderful furnishings.....it exudes charm, fine taste, incredibly quiet. Yes, quiet! The plumbing is great, very roomy, multiple places to sit and relax, great functional kitchen supplied with everything you will need, down comforter and extra pillows, huge armoir to store everything you have and more, great view of the street when you fling open the shutters and enjoy the activity below. The bathroom is very nice size and lovely fluffy linens.LOCATION: Near everything - it doesn’t get any better than this. Seriously. Pam market just a few minute walk to gather groceries, wine, etc. Piazzas very close with musical activity and artists, bakery 3 doors down, trattoria 4 doors down- great food! It is only a 10 min. walk from train station. My husband loved that you were just moments away from museums, stores, bakery, etc.EATING: Endless choices. One example - don’t miss going to Verrazzano Cantinetta for lunch which is absolutely charming inside with wonderful breads, dolce, sandwiches, meats, pizzas and unusual salads. I practically drank a quart of olive oil each time with 1/2 loaf of bread, Bought their oive oil and also discover they ship the the U.S. Walk out their front door and go directly across to one of the best gellateria’s called “Perche No” - everything is fresh and made on the premises. SHOPPING: Looking for authentic leather - try Gironico - very nice handbags and briefcases. ITALY PERFECT: I have used their service 3 times and I want y’all to know that detail and perfection are what they are about. These gals take organization to a new level, all questions answered, important details revealed that are paramount, effective reminders, available almost instantly ALL THE TIME! They have a gift for problem solving in a crisis (on one trip when our flight was canceled and an Italian driver was prepared to meet us based on the first flight time info). Lisa/Pat jumped into action immediately and the next message on my phone was - “we have it handled - all is well” along with important details in how to proceed. Internationally, as we all know, things happen and they have an extraordinary gift handling any crisis that should arise and employ excellent time management in the process. Don’t miss an opportunity to enjoy their services. You will not be disappointed. LASTLY: It practically took a SWAT team to get us to leave. We could have moved in permanently - it was THAT nice. We will go back again and not without Italy Perfect as our favorite companion in the planning process. They always have fresh new ideas, even if you have been multiple times. Brava!! "This was the fourth time we have used Italy Perfect to rent an apartment in Rome, which should tell you something right there! The Spagna apartment was absolutely wonderful in every way. We had our driver (we always use Rome Cabs for transfers) contact our greeter as we were leaving the airport to let her know we were on the way, and she was waiting to greet us upon our arrival. Both the greeter and her mother were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is beautiful and well-appointed. The beds are comfortable, there is good water pressure in all the bathrooms and the terrace is amazing. One thing to note is that the bathroom for the main bedroom does not have an actual shower, but rather a "telephone-style" shower head in the tub. As with most bathrooms in Europe, shelf space is almost non-existent, which can be a challenge with four women. There is a full kitchen, and although we didn't use it, it has everything you would need. The apartment location is fantastic - right between the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo. It is easy to walk almost anywhere, but if you'd rather take a taxi, there is a taxi stand right in Piazza del Popolo. We ate at three restaurants that are within very easy walking distance from the apartment: Hostaria da Pietro, Edy Ristorante and Ristorante Margutta, and I can recommend all of them. One word of caution - we used to enjoy going to Cafe Canova, which is right on Piazza del Popolo, and while it's still good for people watching and maybe a glass of wine, the food can only be described as bad - even the gelato. Two things I want to point out about the apartment: if you are going in colder months, even October (which is when we were there) make sure you ask Stefania how to work the heat. Also, if there are several of you trying to use wi-fi, it's quite slow. Overall, the apartment was absolutely wonderful and I very highly recommend it! "Our stay in Memoria in October was a delight! We couldn’t have asked for a better location or more comfortable place to be for our ten days in Florence. The views are incredible, the beds are excellent, the kitchen is more than adequate, the living room furniture is very comfortable, and I could go on. One minor concern that we had prior to getting there is possible noise from the Ponte Vecchio area; however, with the windows closed the apartment is silent. We also found that opening the windows for a few hours during the middle of the night was very acceptable for fresh-air addicts. The only possible drawback of the apartment is the small second bathroom; it was fine for the couple that was with us, but would be too small for very large people. And speaking of the other couple, the two bedrooms are virtually the same so there is no issue about one couple getting an inferior bedroom. [Thank you so much Anne! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"This just might be the most perfect apartment in Rome! The location can't be beat. It's literally 1 block to Piazza Navona, and an easy walk to almost anything you want to see in the city. This was the first time I've stayed in this neighborhood and I was thrilled to discover that the apartment is in the same building as Enoteca Cul de Sac, one of our favorite places to eat and drink in Rome. I was traveling alone, but it would be a such a great apartment for a family vacation, with plenty of space for everyone. (including 2 bathrooms which is such a gift when traveling with others) Details I loved: The apartment is stunning- with lovely furnishings, art + unique architecture. The ceilings are gorgeous! The kitchen was very well equipped and I appreciated the Nespresso maker and espresso pods that the owner supplied. The master bedroom was extremely comfortable and quiet, and both of the bathrooms were newly updated and gorgeous! I appreciated the extras that were included like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags etc. Many apartment rentals do not include these things, and it's so nice to not have to worry about them when you are traveling with Italy Perfect. Service: The team at Italy Perfect is wonderful to work with. Every detail is thought of and covered and I was so impressed with their organization and professionalism. The driver that Italy Perfect arranged for me was on time and waiting for me at the airport when I arrived. The owner of the apartment met me at the apartment to show me around and give me the keys. It was a delight to meet him! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Italy Perfect to all my friends and family. "Lovely apartment in the centre of Old Florence. Spacious, airy and charming. Nicely equipped kitchen. Miki provided a welcome basket with all the basics you need to get started just in case you are too late for the market. She also gave us a nice bottle of red wine. How nice. The apartment is just a 5 minute walk to the Pam Panorama Market which has lots of food and wine selections for self catering. The apartment has a shared laundry with two other apartments and has a large bathroom with a shower and tub. Marco and Miki were great hosts and were very helpful. It can be noisy at night due to young florentine partiers so you may have to choose between fresh air or a quiet sleep so close the windows."

"I would like to thank you on behalf of our gang of six for making our trip to Italy a fabulous experience. Your professionalism and expertise in finding us the right accommodations in great neighbourhoods made for a wonderful stay in all three cities. It is always a pleasure dealing with Italy Perfect – no surprises. When we were booking the trip I received some pushback on the prices. I assure everyone that though you may be spending a little more you know when you get there that the apartment will be available, you will be met by a professional person and the apartment will be just as described. People travelling with us did not book with Italy Perfect. They booked with Air BNB. What a dump – 4 floors up, no elevator, right on one of the busiest streets in Venice, plastic chairs, plastic table, 2 plastic glasses for drinking, portable AC, and the terrace they touted was actually a walkway for other apartments as well so you could sit out with 2 chairs but had to scooch over when people walked by. The bedroom had a scattering of single bed. People who say they just want a place to sleep because they will be out touring all day are full of beans. I know that when I deal with Italy Perfect I am getting what I see in the pictures and what is described by your review. The apartments are always clean, centrally located and comfortable. You are succinct in describing them – warts and all. Thanks so much Pat. We will be in touch for our next trip to Italy."

"This apartment is in an excellent location, and feels very secure with entry through a courtyard with a daytime doorman/attendant. The apartment is large and very clean with a big terrace. There are a lot of windows so it is bright and airy. The decor is old-fashioned in style but not worn. There are 3 bathrooms but only one shower. "... it would pass through the apartment below A memorable location and view. The balcony drew us back repeatedly for morning coffee, apperitivo and nightcaps. Two couples thoroughly enjoyed their late September week at Memoria. The apartment is spacious, spotless, secure, nicely furnished and quiet. The first bedroom and first bath are especially comfortable. The second bedroom and second bath are smaller, typical of most city apartments. "First, the apartment is charming, comfortable and perfectly located. What makes this place our favorite from our trip ( and we stayed in 4 different VRBO’s) was the feeling that you were being hosted in your Italian ancestors home. My husband had the need to see a doctor during our stay. That was scary for us, not knowing where to go and not speaking Italian. Miki walked us to the doctor and translated our needs on our behalf. She is priceless and we couldn’t have appreciated her more."

"The Elegante was the perfect place for our group of eight. It is well situated near many attractions, shopping and great restaurants. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. We were thrilled with our home away from home in Rome. We were welcomed by Barbara who was very helpful and had no difficulty summoning taxis to the location with a typical four minute wait. I can`t really say enough about our time there and the joys of experiencing Rome. One of the other benefits was to have the guidance of Pat at ItalyPerfect before leaving. I would encourage you to review the guide they provide as the tour guides recommended were excellent. The tips provided by ItalyPerfect certainly enhanced our overall experience. "From the moment of our greeting by Paola on our arrival, to the day we returned the key to her a week later everything about our stay in Serenata was perfect. The apartment has every accommodation you could possibly need to completely relax and enjoy your holiday and is perfectly located in the very special city of Venezia. You will be enchanted by the views and the sounds on the roof deck overlooking the canals - it was hard to leave it.If you are a couple headed to Venice for a holiday and you want a perfect experience, then this is the place to stay. "The location is amazing! Close to everything and yet amazingly quiet at night. It is a lovely bright and airy apartment. Daniella was wonderful, helpful and efficient. The only negative was the shower which would be easier to use if you could hang the shower arm/head from something! We had a great tour of the Vatican and St. Peters with our guide Cristina (recommended by Italy Perfect) who was incredibly knowledgeable and able to keep us all engaged for several hours and avoided many long queues.[Thank you Arabella, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay!
