"We recently stayed in Serenata on our first visit to Venice. We were met by Paola (actually she had to find us wandering around since we were lost) who was charming and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. She even took us on a little tour of the immediate area and taught us how to get to the grocery store. She also helped us arrange for a water taxi to take us to the airport for our very early flight home. The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The altana was our favorite spot for wine and cheese as the sun went down. The apartment was very centrally located and convenient to all Venice activities and sights. Rossopommodoro was just around the corner for a casual inexpensive meal. We enjoyed our dinner at Osteria San Marco very much. We loved Venice and the cultural and historic richness it offered. We hope to return. "After staying a week in Florence,we rented a car and drove to our villa Bucine Belvedere. Our intention was to use this location as our base as we explored surrounding Tuscan cities and villages. The location of the villa was a bit more remote than we had anticipated. After leaving the paved roads, you travel a gravel road in order to arrive at the villa. The surroundings were breathtaking. With the Appenine Mountains as a backdrop, you overlook lush vineyards and a fishing lake. When walking the paths, you are amazed by the awesomeness of the scenery and the eerie ( but welcomed) quietness of this spot. There are a number of old buildings left from the 1500 and a beautiful castle looming above the villa. Our separate villa was charming, with a terrace overlooking plum trees, olive trees and a giant rosemary bush. The pool.a short walk away, was glistening and spotless. The inside of our villa was rustic and clean and very comfortable. The main building contained a bar area,a cozy and large living room and a kitchen and dining area if you wanted to have your meals there. Best of all were the people on the premises. The woman who cooked our meals did a great job and we enjoyed practicing our Italian as we conversed with her. The meals were amazing and so beautifully prepared.A young woman on the premises was very helpful in suggesting where to explore and how to get to our locations. There is a Coop close by so you can shop for what you need . On one of our return trips from Siena we came across a wonderful family restaurant, frequented by many locals called IL Bivacco. We went back several times and would highly recommend it. Wonderful food and authentic local atmosphere. We think that Bucine Belvedere was wonderful as was our treatment while we were there, The only drawback for some might be the remoteness of the location, but it's beauty and it's people transcends that only drawback. Again, thanks to Italy Perfect for the recommendation. [We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and we appreciate that you come back to Italy Perfect year after year. The short, 1.8 mile partially paved road may have seemed like quite a distance when you first drove it but we see that you noted that the grocery store in the nearby village was close, so you got comfortable with the short ride off the main road. With the town only a few minutes drive away you might have felt like it was remote because it is in a tranquil location, yet it is a very quite close to town. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Located in the cultural heart of Florence. Any of the well known locations, such as the Uffizi, the Duomo, the Accademia, and the Arno river are just minutes away. Yet when you come back to the apartment from all the hustle and bustle, you feel you are back home. Safe and quiet. The hosts Marco and Miki were absolutely fabulous.Very comfortable apartment. Spacious. Well appointed. Great WiFi. Could use a table fan in the bedroom especially in the summer months. We did think it was a bit overpriced. [We are pleased you enjoyed staying at the Strozzi and sorry you didn't ask for a fan as the air conditioner can be set to fan-only mode as well. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Our one week stay at the Menta apartment was very comfortable, including beds and rooms to relax in the living room. The location is very central and within easy walking distance to key sites as well as the water transportation. The Staff was professional and helpful. We departed our Cruise Ship at 9 AM and arrived at the apartment around 10 AM. They were cleaning the apartment and we did not expect to get in until 2 PM - the designated arrival time. However, they told us to come back at 11:30 AM and we could get into the apartment - a very nice gesture on their part. Only a couple of suggestions for improvements come to mind: 1. The apartment is stocked with bread, butter, water, coffee, sugar, oil and vinegar. We ran out of bread and asked for it to be replenished - but it was not. 2. Our departure was 7 AM (via water taxi) and we were told to pay the staff 20 Euro in cash for opening the portal to the dock. That was a bit of a surprise to us. 3. We used the oven a couple of times and it took some time to figure out how to used it. We recommend that instructions be provided. As for Grocery stores there are 2 stores close to the Rialto Bridge. They are a little further than the one in the directions provided, but they seem to have a larger selection. Also, the Valetta stops are conveniently close to the stores. [We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay at the Menta apartment. We are very sorry you did not see in the terms the €20 fee for having one of the staff get up early to open the door to the dock for water taxi departure before 7:30 am. The starter supply of complinentary breakfast items is to get you through the first morning or two. Guests are responsible for buying additional groceries, or can have the housekeeper grocery shop for an additional fee. Thank you very much for your business, it was a pleasure woking with you. "The apartment has charm and character and is in a great central location. It's also just a few minutes from the train station for venturing further afield. The kitchen is very well equipped if you want to cook and the apartment comes with a comprehensive photo guide showing how everything works. The owners are warm and welcoming and happy to share local information. There is some street noise at night, particularly at weekends, but the double glazed window in the main bedroom blocks it out very effectively. Highly recommended."

"The apartment was well-located within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit. Maurizio was extremely helpful with directions to our cab driver to get around some construction and deliver us to the apartment, as well as having a cab deliver us to the train station. The size was perfect and the neighborhood quiet. We enjoyed our stay there very much. [Thank you Gene and Gloria! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"We recently did an adult family vacation to Italy. We had eight adults. We were thinking at our first stop we would do hotels in Rome however saw an option to do something nicer. The four and a half bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room, and dining room we secured with Italy Perfect was quite nice. The place was as advertised and all of us were happy there. One thing however to think about as we had some older folks is that in this case you had to carry the suitcases yourselves up steps, so make sure you can do that prior to going this route. We were in Prati area, nice to be able to get out and walk to so much, including all our dining, Vatican, and also a bit more but some of us were able to use the apartment as launch to many Rome sites. This isn't a value option as it cost as much or more than getting hotels, however it was nice to be able to sit around each day as a group. Would recommend Italy Perfect. [Thank you so much for your review. As you say, this is nicer than a hotel of comparable price with so much space, large living rooms and dining room where all of you could gather that you wouldn't find in any hotel even at a higher price. The price/room/night is less than that of the 4 star hotel across the street. It does reflect high quality. So sorry you didn't read the information about the one flight of steps up to the elevator several places in the description, that is why we called you and mentioned it. When we talked to you about it, you said that all members of your group could handle that. We always offer to order a driver service with a driver who can carry your luggage or the houseman is available to do that.]"

"The Appartement is in perfect condition and tastefully equipped. We missed nothing and have had a warm welcome with a big bunch of flowers. The apartment is located perfectly to reach quite every hotspot of sightseeing by foot. We enjoyed the warm evenings with wine and cheese on the terrace with the gondolierie criscrossing and singing down on the channel junction. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!![We are pleased you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Our stay at the Giotto apartment was perfect, to say the least. The idea of staying in a place that was built before America was ever discovered was a great experience. The Calcio Storico game was a great experience. Besides the game, the events preceding the game provided us with a great historical lesson. The service of Italy Perfect was perfect. We would have never experienced a vacation of a life time without Italy Perfect. Italy Perfect made our vacation complete. [Thank you so much, Paul, we were so excited to help you organize your trip and to get you to Florence in an apartment with a view of the game. You can't even get tickets to it...the locals get them all, so you had the best seat in the house! Come again! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Memoria apartment. The location and the view of the Arno from the living room window are great! The apartment is well equipped, and everything functioned well. The Sapori & Dintorni market just across the river has everything one needs. We were fortunate to arrive in Florence just as the "Lucifer" heatwave broke, and so it was pleasant walking all over town. Our recommendation for visitors include the Museo dell' Opera del Duomo (particularly for the statuary) and the only 20th century art museum in town, the Museo Novecento. Trattoria Sostanza (no credit cards accepted) has their signature buttery chicken and artichoke pie dishes which are simply marvelous. Note to all: avoid Zeb Gastronomia. Despite the NY Times recommendation, the chef/owner is a pompous, pretentious bully who doesn't respect his North American customers. Lo Spillo on Borgo San Jacopo is a unique, tiny shop with affordable handmade jewelry. Special thanks to Pat who patiently answered all my questions concerning the apartment. Also thanks to our "greeter", Isabel, who is accommodating and very knowledgeable. [Thank you Arnold, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Serenata was the perfect place for our 5 night stay in magical Venice. We were so close to busy St Marks Square but were off the grid as far as traffic was concerned. The only traffic was the nice parade of Gondolas with their Gondoliers singing and navigating the enchanting canal beneath the wonderful terrace where we could quietly sit and relax, while experiencing the Magic. The Coop is very close and open late with a nice variety of supplies to get ( the creamy Gorgonzola was our favorite). To get away from the crowds we would come out the front door and take a left and just go get lost in Venice, finding nice Piazzas and cafes to rest at. Serenata is very warm and charming , with an abundance of fresh air fresh when opening the windows.I would definitely recommend Serenata to anyone visiting Venice and when I come back I don't need to find another place. Bellissimo !!!! [Thank you Jim, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you again!]"

"A beautiful apartment in a great central location for touring Venice. No problems in meeting the owner and gaining access. She gave us great tips on restaurants and the city - walked me to the grocery store - was very pleasant. The apartment is a very comfortable with views of several canals. The rooftop deck is incredible. We prepared dinner several nights and ate there absorbing the sounds of Venice. Great location to see the main sights of Venice.[We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"

We loved our holiday at the Panorama house. The house was large and comfortable with incredible views which surrounded the villa. It location was close to major cities as well as small towns which were easy day trips. The manager to the house was very helpful as well. Italy Perfect made booking our family holiday a breeze, which was enjoyed by the grandparents down to the toddlers. We highly recommend this villa for a memorable family vacation as well as Italy Perfect.[We are delighted you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]

"Michaela, overall was a great place for us, specially its location being so central. This was our second visit to Florence.Having two separate bathrooms in the apartment made it very comfortable for us. The owners were nice and helpful. "This apartment has a perfect location and allows you to feel as though you are living in an artist's flat for the duration of your stay. The furnishings and art are wonderfully curated. We enjoyed being able to cook in the kitchen and relax on the attached outdoor patio. This will be my go-to apartment for all future trips!"

"We had a total of two families staying together in this lovely property. Set in the heart of Roma near the Vatican, this apartment was spectacular. It had everything you needed and was central to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, etc. Additionally, you're only a few blocks away from transit to anywhere within Roma. We were extremely comfortable in this gorgeous apartment. I highly recommend this place to any traveling to Roma looking for a centrally located, private, quiet and safe environment."

"I couldn't believe my eyes when entering the apartment located close to St Marco's place. Lovely light coming in, the space and interior was beautiful! This gorgeous flat had everything you could dream of for your stay in Venice. As you escape the huzzle and buzzle from the crowded streets, you can enjoy a dinner buying groceries from the Coop that is close by and eat your meal on the magical terrace overlooking the canals and rooftops of Venice. The kitchen had everything you needed, the AC worked greatly and cooled you down after a day of walking in the hot Venice heat. The bed was so comfortable and bathroom was clean, spacious and bright. Would recommend this to anybody going to Venice.[We are delighted you enjoyed your stay, Natalie! The Italy Perfect Team]"
