"Traveling with four kids and two adults was challenging throughout Europe but this apartment fit us well. The apartment may actually have been too big as we never used the living room or dining room. The kitchen has couches and chairs so like all good parties we ended up spending time as a family in the kitchen. St. Croce Square is a great place to be, you feel like you are in the heart of everything. Though we had most breakfasts in the apartment at the foot of the stairs is a great place to eat.(Ristorante Boccadama) In fact we liked it so mush we ate there twice, a little crazy thinking how many other great places in Florence we could have gone. While we are talking food, Great burgers and beer are to be found at "Off the Hook" just down the road and if you are really craving a change from Italian food there is also a great Raman noodle place also just a little ways from the apartment. Having come from an all included apartment in Venice it was a surprise to us when the apparent managers started talking us through all of the changes we would face. Tourest charges, electricity and gas charges all seemed overwhelming. We did do laundry but hung it out and kept the AC low so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. When we checked out total extra fees were 30 euro! Darn if I had not been so spooked by the fees we would have been a lot more comfortable! Bad dad... Stay here and enjoy! [Thank you David! The Villa was beautiful and very adequate for our needs. The only minor negative is that it is on three levels and without elevator, so baggage and everything else needs to be carried up the stairs. The view is incredible an the grounds are lovely. The service from Italy Perfect is perfect, Pat is extremely helpful and very responsive. I rate her five stars plus! "What a gem! We landed in hot Venice, took a water taxi to our destination and Roy graciously met us and guided us to our apartment. It is in a prefect location. The apartment in on the 6th floor. It has a large kitchen and dining area. It has a wonderful living room and three bedrooms on that main floor, along with a terrace to sit and enjoy your morning cappuccino. This was a spacious and wonderful location for a family of six. The truly magical part of the apartment is the upstairs loft that has a bedroom and a bathroom and another terrace, this time on the roof. Gorgeous views all around. The location is near the Chiesa di San Moise - a gorgeous Venetian church. It is within walking distance to San Marcos Square, any shopping you could desire and delicious food all around. We found it to be safe, family friendly and very comfortable. Our three days in Venice were a delight and if I were to return...which I hope to do someday...I would hope to stay here again. "From the beginning discussions with Pat, to meeting Elizabetta our greeter, we were treated first class and with the warmest of welcomes. The villa is even more charming in person with every amenity you could imagine. Grocery store, restaurants, wine bars, gelato, shopping, museums, and friendly people are steps from the front door. Don't forget to visit Flor on the street as it fills the air with homemade perfumes that will blow your mind. We have traveled to many places around the world, and this is up there as being one of the greatest experiences we've ever had. We highly recommend contacting Pat and her team to make your experience above the ordinary. Without question we are referring our family members and close friends, and we also plan to return one day in the near future."

"This was our third time staying at this property. We stayed at Villa Mare twice and Villa Sole(upstairs property) once. Our hosts were lovely and very helpful. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The sunsets from our large patio were spectacular! The views of Capri and Ischia were breathtaking. We enjoyed our walks on the beach and to the nearby restaurants at the quaint Marina della Lobra. The food was delicious and the service excellent. We found this to be a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. It was easy enough to drive from here to Sorrento or other towns along the Amalfi coast. Massa Lubrense was a welcome respite from the busy tourist filled areas of other Italian cities. Being able to book the reservation and make payments in American dollars with a reputable person like Pat Byrne was one of the reasons we keep using Italy Perfect! "This apartment is perfect for families. We have 2 large boys 14 and 20. All 4 of us fit perfectly in this space for a week in July. The A/C was very nice to have at night. The location allowed us to walk, yes really walk, to all the major sites in Rome. It is literally steps to Piazza Navona. Many great resultants were within steps of the apartment. Everyone associated with Italy Perfect was great to work with and very accommodating. Our flight was over an hour late. Our host Nancy waited for us and greeted us with a smile. She was great! I would also recommend scheduling tour guides before you go. Rich Brunn, found in the Italy Perfect site, was very knowledgeable about all the sites and was easy to work with. The entire experience made for a great stay and memorable vacation."

"Although Cassia is located in the heart of Venice it is in a quiet palazzo. As you step off the elevator to your penthouse suite you are enveloped by true Venetian style. Every elegant room in the apartment is spacious, even by North American standards. It is exquisitely appointed with sophisticated furnishings. The outdoor terrace on the main level is perfect for gatherings during the day and the altana for evenings. The amenities provided by the professional staff are delightful - maid service, bottled water, wonderful coffee and divine croissants each morning. The living areas are chic and the bedrooms and ensuites are generous and comfortable. Thanks to Italy Perfect for adding such a discriminating property to your cache of apartments. "We had a very enjoyable stay at the Prisco apartment in Florence in June 2017. The apartment is just so charming and spacious. Very clean, all the amenities you could ask for. Miki and Franco are the sweetest hosts and very organized in getting your acclimated to the apartment and settled in. The location could not be better and we were able to walk all over Florence to everything we needed to see. The train station is a short 10 minute walk away. The only slight negative is the nightclub that is next to the street where people stand outside and are very noisy. If you sleep in the living room on the pull out sofa, the noise can be distracting. The bedroom has extra noise barrier which makes it much more tolerable.All in all, a great place to stay while in Florence and we recommend it highly. Victoria [We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and found the apartment to be spacious and charming. The bedroom special glass noise barrier does a great job blocking noise. Just a point of clarification, there is no nightclub on the street but there is a pub, and if patrons leaving the pub are noisy, the sound can reach the living room of the apartment. "If you want to be close to Piazza San Marco and all the goings on then this is the place for you. Since it is perfectly situated between San Marco and Castello sestieres it is a great jumping off point to discover the other side of Venice too. There is a grocery store nearby. Sitting out on the terrace you have a view of a Venice traffic jam - goldolas everywhere! The apartment was very spacious and clean with a generous bedroom, bathroom with double sinks and plenty of light. There is a large living area for relaxing or sitting at the table and planning your next daily adventure. Great service from our greeter as well. [We are delighted you enjoyed your stay! "All 5 of us fell in love with this place. The interior was roomy and beautiful. We could not have asked for a better location. The staff was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. I really cannot say enough good things about this apartment. For anyone that plans on going to the airport via water taxi I would recommend leaving at least 4 hours prior to your flight. We were told and had a water taxi arranged to pick us up 2 1/2 hours before our flight. This was not enough time. We were still standing in the passport line when they started to board our flight, the security ended up just passing everyone through as there was a long line. Also beware that it is a hike from where the water taxi drops you off and the airport, save at least $30 euros for a porter that will drive you to the terminal building with all of your luggage. "I recently returned from Florence after an extended stay. The Michaela apartment was very comfortable and totally supplied with everything needed from American coffee, kitchen and bathroom soap, tissue, good hairdryers, and enough food supplies for days.Their apartments are only a few steps from the famous Via Tornaibuoni, 3 blocks from the Piazza della Repubblica, very near the Duomo, San Lorenzo, Palazzo Vecchio, The Uffizi, Santa Maria Novella and a supermarket all within a short walk. A Perfect Location! The restaurants in the neighborhood were very good and I must recommend Osteria Pastella on Via della Scala (4.5 stars and not expensive.) The most surprising thing about staying there was the landlords (Miki, Franco, and their son Marco.) They seem invisible until you need something they magically appear. They quickly respond to every request, are kind, generous, warm and extremely helpful. They even provided an Italian Go phone that allowed me to make reservations and contact friends at no cost. I highly recommend any apartment of theirs. They made my stay so easy and comfortable. The best fringe benefit of the MICHAELA apartment is that there is a bakery on the ground floor, and at about 11:00 PM the aroma of baking breads, cakes and cookies rise up and waft into the apartment, if the windows a partially open. "This apartment was in an ideal location. We were able to walk to all of the attractions in Rome, not to mention a street or two away from premiere shopping. The apartment itself is very large more than enough room for 5 of us to not get in each other's way during our week long stay. Air conditioning in each room which was very helpful as we were there in June. The owner, housekeeping and attendant were all very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place. "Traveling to Venice and want to stay on the Grand Canal with amazing views in luxury accommodations? This is your place.The apartment is spacious, beautifully appointed, and staffed by the nicest people you will meet. When we travel we typically stay at big name hotel chains but no more. Warm croissants each morning, beds made and apartment cleaned, a constant supply of bottled still and sparkling water all included, was awesome particularly traveling with children. I mention the children part as our combined family has four. (so we had a second apartment) but to all be together at night vs. going to separate rooms, made the family trip feel more like family at night. Sure teenagers are going to be on iPhones etc. but we were able to all be together and plan our days. I want to make a comment about the savings compared to a hotel suit but its just not a fair comparison. Pay up front you don't get nickeled and dimes for each little thing you would expect, like plenty of water, and you still have laundry hotels can't compete. We will be back! "Traveling with our four children we needed extra rooms to enjoy Venice. Though my wife and I took the apartment over looking the Grand Canal our kids were able to stay in a second apartment in the same building. First off our kids are mostly adults so staying on their own just a couple of floors away is not an issue. This apartment looks out of a quiet square and offered lots of room and convenience for touring the city. Warm croissants, and a refrigerator stocked daily with still and sparkling water were always welcome. We recommend the apartment highly please see my review of the fifth floor space my wife and I stayed. For sure a recommended destination [Thank you David! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Ideal located for viewing of all sites in and around Venice. Accommodations where good with only one drawback not one English speaking TV station .[We are so happy you enjoyed the good accommodations and ideal location. It is accurate that there is no English speaking TV, as clearly stated in the apartment information you read and understood before reserving. Guests can easily keep abreast of the news using the free Wifi and their own laptop, tablet or phone…with so much to see in Venice there usually isn’t much time for TV-watching! "My sister and I had a fabulous stay at Cassetta Bonsi in Florence! It was a week to remember in Florence, and the neighboring cities of Tuscany and Umbria, and having Cassetta to return to each day was a joy! This is a unique experience, indeed -- how a home from the 15th century can become the perfect place for today's memorable vacation. The home is beautiful, with every detail sheer perfection. Immaculate, with a lovely living room and fully equipped kitchen, and large bath with all the amenities you need. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we rested well after our long day of touring. The small terrace was charming, and a pleasant place to sit each morning with coffee, looking out to the rooftops in the neighborhood. The location can't be beat -- just across the Ponte Vecchio. It was so convenient-- very close to everything, but just far enough away from the busy crowds. Accessible, and private! We had excellent meals at restaurants recommended by Maurizio -- not a miss! Maurizio, our host, welcomed us with information about restaurants, transportation, sites we should be certain to include during our visit, and even wine, and fruit and pastries! He is a marvelous host, who welcomes you into his beautiful home like you're family! I wouldn't hesitate to visit again at Cassette Bonsi. It was the perfect place in Florence!Italy Perfect properties are select, charming, and totally accommodating to the traveler. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk everywhere and all the shops and restaurants nearby. Barbara and her assistant were great and very helpful with luggage, etc. I would recommend the apartment to anyone. I especially liked the secure feeling of the apartment and the surrounding area."

"Venice is a lively place, especially the San Marco district. Quiet is a rare commodity. This beautiful apartment is as quiet as can be even though it is literally a five minute walk from Piazza San Marco. Menta looks out on a small little square that's cloistered from all the excitement. The furnishings are lovely, The rooms are sizable. And everything is in good taste. The only shortcoming -- the master bath has a nice tub, but lacks a shower. The building is well kept. The elevator is a nice feature. And the property manager was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this property. Two restaurant recommendations: Osteria Enoteca San Marco -- Great selection of wines, and impeccable, creative cuisine in a hip atmosphere. Basara Milano -- Believe it or not, a really sophisticated Japanese restaurant [sometimes you need a break from pasta!]. Great in warm weather...amazing, elegant roof top dining. [Very pleased you enjoyed your stay and thank you for the restaurant tip. It is accurate that the master bath has a tub, and it has a hand held shower sprayer as you read on our website before reserving and as depicted in the photo too. "First of all, the hosts - Miki, Franco and their son Marco- were so helpful and accommodating. The building itself is really cool. The entry way is a big archway, the elevator is an old fashioned lift and the architecture has such character to it. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. I couldn't have asked for better. Just a 5-10 minute walk from the Santa Maria train station. You're just steps from Via Tornabuoni and the Arno river which makes it so easy to cross ponte vecchio and the other bridges for dinner, gelato or just a quick stroll. Also just minutes from The Duomo, Central Market, museums, panini shops etc. I couldn't recommend staying here more. I would stay again the next time that I travel to Florence!!"
