"Our flight from London was delayed due to poor weather. Because the delay stretched from an hour to an hour and a half, and finally to two plus hours, we were unable to provide our greeter with much useful information about how late we would be arriving at the flat. But our greeter had been checking on the status of our flight all evening and the flat was warm and inviting when we finally arrived. We appreciated such attention to detail.The flat is large, comfortable, and the owner has clearly taken time and care in decorating it. It is perfectly located—you are close enough to the Spanish steps to benefit from the limit on traffic, but far enough away to feel like you are in a neighborhood. "Centrally located and easy walks to most everything in the city; Vatican, Borghese Gallery, Colossuem, Spanish Steps, Trastevere, Trevi Fountain, and one block off another main shopping street Via Cola di Rienzo. The apartment worked well for our family of 7. We would definitely return. Owner and her staff were great to work with."

"We spent a week in a wonderful, historic house, only a few meters away from the center of Florence with all its marvels, close to the river and to the ponte vecchio. A good super market is round the corner. Our contact with the agency and with the house owner was easy and absolutely friendly. If you stay in Florence in winter, you will have to pay a bit for the heating, because this comes apart. We would certainly book the house again."

"Apartment was exactly what we were looking for! Perfect level of charm and comfort! The unit was meticulously spotless- which is important when you suffer from sever allergies. We had a minor plumbing "lost in translation" moment between US plumbing and European, but the hostess sent someone immediately to help us figure it out.The location!!!! Exactly what we wanted, a homie, non-turisitie place!! Everything was walking distance. Incredible little shops and restaurants all around!"

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Venice. The apartment was a wonderful surprise - It was much larger than we had expected, it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The staff were amazing, helpful and really lovely. The location was tremendous, close to everything and the area was safe and secure. We would highly recommend this apartment and will certainly be back.

"The minute we stepped into this fabulous villa, our vacation started with “ahhhh” and ‘oooohhh”s. Where do I start? Here are some of the highlights: 1. Villa itself is beautiful, inside and outside; 2. All the bedrooms and other rooms are well appointed; 3. Friendly staff made the stay more enjoyable; 4. 40 minute walk down to Florence city center is lovely and easy; We plan to get back there in the warmer month and highly recommend it to everyone.Thank you Italy Perfect and a special shout out to Pat Byrne for her professional service. "This apartment could not have been in a better location!! All of the major sites are very easily walkable and the neighborhood is full of great restaurants and gelato shops! The host team was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating - overall it was a fantastic stay! A great touch was a nespresso machine in the kitchen with plenty of espresso pods!”"

"We had a wonderful trip and your organized accommodations and support people were terrific. The locations were wonderful and the units perfect. Isabel helped us with our selection of restaurants and making reservations for us and for her advice. We only used a "guide" once for the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peters and she was great. We learned not only about the art and monuments, but also about the history that is so important. We walked about 5-7 miles per day and used public transportation successfully. Both Rome and Florence were wonderful as we remembered from before. Thank you for your great help. We will support and recommend you - Italy Perfect - and probably use Paris Perfect and London Perfect in the future. "That is the word I use to describe my entire experience in Venice with Italy Perfect. We stayed in the Menta apartment, which is one of the most beautifully appointed apartments I have been in. From the outrageously fun decorating to the perfect expresso machine, Italy Perfect, like Paris Perfect, provides its guests with all of the amenities one could want. The location is so central to all that is Venice. A stone's throw from St. Mark's Square, and a fun winding walk to the Rialto Bridge, Menta is in a beautiful Palazzo, with a private dock. The greeter Roy was lovely and very accessible. I highly recommend taking a tour with Rita Satori, as Italy Perfect suggested. She gave us an entirely new perspective of Venice. My recommendation would be to get a good map of Venice and then have fun getting lost meandering the city! You will always find your way back! "We spent a week in the apartment. Though we are only a couple we appreciated the generous roominess that the 2/2 provided, though there is more than enough room for a family. Our greeter was lovely and provided invaluable information not only about the apartment, but also of the surrounding area as needed. (We also took advantage of booking a driver through Italy Perfect to meet us at FCO; he was on time, very pleasant, and also quite informative). The property is ideally located and that was one of the reasons we chose it; this was our 2nd time staying in this neighborhood. Both Campo Fiori and Piazza Navonna are less than 5 minutes away. The rest of central Rome is within walking distance, and public transportation was a short block away. Within the area are numerous restaurants, plenty of shopping, and some of the best pizza and gelato in Rome. The apartment itself came with a washer (and clear English instructions), plenty of linens and towels, and the kitchen is equipped with the basic necessities.The only issues we had with the apartment we fairly minor. The street can be noisy late into the night, so leaving a window open is difficult, but closed, the windows pretty much eliminated the street noise. We prefer soft pillows and, to us, the ones provided felt like rocks. Lastly, there weren’t any English speaking TV stations, especially since the satellite, or whatever connection was provided, wasn’t working. (Not that we’re home enough to watch, but it would have been nice to catch up with the news).If you are looking to book a holiday in Rome in an apartment with very generous room and an ideal location, we highly recommend this apartment.[Thank you so much, we are pleased you enjoyed the roominess of the apartment as well as the location. We have personally confirmed that there are a few English language channels available, but using the two remotes is confusing. "My husband, another couple and I stayed at the Menta apartment while in Venice. What a beautiful place! The location was excellent -- an oasis in the midst of a popular tourist area. Maid service, daily croissants and coffee were an added plus. The hostess met us as scheduled and provided sight-seeing suggestions, restaurant recommendations and other helpful information. Staying in the Menta definitely added to the magic of Venice. All dealings with the Italy Perfect staff were prompt, efficient and reassuring. We especially appreciated being greeted at the airport and taken to the water taxi to the apartment. Otherwise, we might still been trying to figure out how to get there! "The Serenata is a modern fully equipped apartment in an excellent location close to the Piazzo San Marcos. The kitchen contains a small fridge, cooktop with oven and an 18 inch dishwasher. The area is quiet for sleeping and is close to a small market for self catering supplies. Paola our greeter was very helpful upon arrival. The sunfilled terrace has a nice view and is great for watching the gondolas go by. The location is also easy for water taxi pickup to the airport."

"We were two couples spending a month in Italy and we spent 5 days in Florence at the Memoria. The apartment balcony looks over the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio.We could open the large sliding glass doors to the balcony and enjoy the noise and excitement of the city, and when we closed the windows, the apartment became very quiet. The apartment was very spacious, light-filled, and clean. The beds were comfortable, as was the furniture in the sitting area. There was an eating area in the large kitchen and a charming dining room.This was our second week of travel and we loved the actual laundry room with ironing board, iron, washer and dryer. Another huge plus was the elevator for the times we didn't feel like taking the stairs to the fourth floor.It was a few minutes walk to anything we wanted to do in Florence. The Uffizi is a mere block away, several excellent grocery stores were nearby, and it was maybe a 5 -10 minute walk to the Duomo or the Mercato Centralo (a must visit for lunch while in Florence). Perfect location. Italy Perfect was easy to work with and provided all the local info we needed. If we return to Florence we will rent this apartment again. "I can't say enough about how amazing Italy Perfect was. I had been trying to use AirBnb and HomeAway for weeks attempting to navigate the perfect location for a group of us in Florence. Every time I would find a place it would be already booked (although the sites didn't show that). I was about to give up when I discovered Italy Perfect literally days before departing. They were amazing. So incredibly helpful, I even spoke to someone on the phone who offered to go buy gifts I wanted to give my fellow travelers when we arrived. The customer service was beyond compare.The apartment was better than I ever could have imagined. Comfortable, clean, and just plain easy. It truly felt like home. The location was absolutely perfect. I can't wait to go back and stay there again... or check out another one of their properties. From now on I will skip right past those other sites and go straight to Italy Perfect. I wish I would have realized that earlier and not wasted my time with all the stress!! "My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Prisco apartment in Florence in October. The location was fabulous, very close to everything, yet a few blocks away from the crushing crowds. We had everything we could want on the two streets around the apartment- great restaurants, shops and even gelato! The streets are very noisy in the evening, but the bedroom was quiet. I'm so glad we picked this location, the apartment was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a busy day. I can't tell you how nice it is too to have a place with an elevator! (don't underestimate the importance of an elevator in the city!) Thanks so much for making our stay in Florence wonderful. "THE LOVELY GREETERS: Franco, Miki and Marco are the most wonderful, kind people you will ever meet. Their hospitality has no end. I love these folks and they feel like family since this is our 3rd stay in the Prisco. They were kind enough to let me practice my Italian with them and I’m sure I gave them comic relief in the process. Absolutely lovely visiting with them. What incredibly generous folks they are.I was humbled by their kindness. THE APARTMENT: You won’t want to stay anywhere else. Period. Spotless. This place is beautiful with so many wonderful furnishings.....it exudes charm, fine taste, incredibly quiet. Yes, quiet! The plumbing is great, very roomy, multiple places to sit and relax, great functional kitchen supplied with everything you will need, down comforter and extra pillows, huge armoir to store everything you have and more, great view of the street when you fling open the shutters and enjoy the activity below. The bathroom is very nice size and lovely fluffy linens.LOCATION: Near everything - it doesn’t get any better than this. Seriously. Pam market just a few minute walk to gather groceries, wine, etc. Piazzas very close with musical activity and artists, bakery 3 doors down, trattoria 4 doors down- great food! It is only a 10 min. walk from train station. My husband loved that you were just moments away from museums, stores, bakery, etc.EATING: Endless choices. One example - don’t miss going to Verrazzano Cantinetta for lunch which is absolutely charming inside with wonderful breads, dolce, sandwiches, meats, pizzas and unusual salads. I practically drank a quart of olive oil each time with 1/2 loaf of bread, Bought their oive oil and also discover they ship the the U.S. Walk out their front door and go directly across to one of the best gellateria’s called “Perche No” - everything is fresh and made on the premises. SHOPPING: Looking for authentic leather - try Gironico - very nice handbags and briefcases. ITALY PERFECT: I have used their service 3 times and I want y’all to know that detail and perfection are what they are about. These gals take organization to a new level, all questions answered, important details revealed that are paramount, effective reminders, available almost instantly ALL THE TIME! They have a gift for problem solving in a crisis (on one trip when our flight was canceled and an Italian driver was prepared to meet us based on the first flight time info). Lisa/Pat jumped into action immediately and the next message on my phone was - “we have it handled - all is well” along with important details in how to proceed. Internationally, as we all know, things happen and they have an extraordinary gift handling any crisis that should arise and employ excellent time management in the process. Don’t miss an opportunity to enjoy their services. You will not be disappointed. LASTLY: It practically took a SWAT team to get us to leave. We could have moved in permanently - it was THAT nice. We will go back again and not without Italy Perfect as our favorite companion in the planning process. They always have fresh new ideas, even if you have been multiple times. Brava!! "Our stay in Memoria in October was a delight! We couldn’t have asked for a better location or more comfortable place to be for our ten days in Florence. The views are incredible, the beds are excellent, the kitchen is more than adequate, the living room furniture is very comfortable, and I could go on. One minor concern that we had prior to getting there is possible noise from the Ponte Vecchio area; however, with the windows closed the apartment is silent. We also found that opening the windows for a few hours during the middle of the night was very acceptable for fresh-air addicts. The only possible drawback of the apartment is the small second bathroom; it was fine for the couple that was with us, but would be too small for very large people. And speaking of the other couple, the two bedrooms are virtually the same so there is no issue about one couple getting an inferior bedroom. [Thank you so much Anne! The Italy Perfect Team]"
