"My family of 4 enjoyed the Pasquino apartment for 5 days in July 2018. We were met by a very friendly Nancy, who had to meet us later as we arrived later than expected from the car rental across town. She showed us the apartment, which is very spacious, upscale, and comfortable. Even the framed art on the walls was stylish and high quality. Brand new baths are gleaming with gorgeous tile and fixtures, though the shower in the master bath is quite narrow and water pressure is very low. The living and dining rooms have plenty of seating. The apartment building itself is nothing special, and the elevator fits two people (the norm for these old buildings of course). The apartment's location in Rome is its best asset: you can walk from here to anywhere within 20 minutes, even Trastevere, which you should absolutely visit - we had our best meals there. Apartment is directly in the center of Rome, in a safe, beautiful, and lively neighborhood. We walked to Piazza Navona each evening since it is a block away. Great pasaggiatta each evening!Tips for future guests: the apartment is on the 3rd floor , facing a VERY busy street with bars, restaurants, shops, etc. On the weekend there was thumping music until late (2-3am?) and we had trouble staying asleep, despite double-glazed windows and using white noise machines (the windows are double-glazed and the front bedroom is actually soundproofed, but it is a loud, lively street). I would definitely stay here again and recommend enthusiastically if it did not include Friday/Saturday evening stay, unless you don't mind street noise. "Having been to Rome many time I decided that when bring my family of 10 along with me I would like them to experience Rome as a local. Since we were traveling during the summer months I want to be away from the crowds of tourists. I could not be happier with my choice of location in the Prati. We had great restaurants, shopping, the Mercato all within easy walking distance and the best gelateria across the street. We could also walk to most major sights. Our apartment was as the name states Elegant and extremely large and impeccably clean and well furnished I would not hesitate to recommend experiencing Rome as a local in the Prati area my advise to anyone staying in this area would be avoid the tourists for dinner and stay local as there are so many great restaurants within walking distance Italy Perfect was a pleasure to work with and offers may great recommendations on guides, restaurants, etc [Thank you Jean, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay! "We were very pleased with this apartment located just a few minutes from the Duomo and within easy walking distance of sites on both sides of the Arno River. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The hosts were quite gracious and friendly. What we appreciated most was being about to come back in the afternoon to rest up after our morning's experiences, skip the heat of the afternoon, as well as the crowds, and then head out again in the evening. The bakery and coffee shop, as well as the Pam grocery, all within a block, were also appreciated."

"Everything about my experience with Italy Perfect was exceptional. The booking and check-in processes were very smooth and well-organized. The apartment is located in Piazza di Pasquino, which is a adjacent to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. It is very nearby major thoroughfares of downtown Rome, but tucked quietly into a very quaint neighborhood of small shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was very spacious, with more than enough room for my family of 5. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the mattresses were all extremely comfortable. "We had a wonderful time at this property. Our family of six fit perfectly with the layout and amenities of Bucine Limonaia. Marianna was a wonderful host and the location was perfect for day trips in Tuscany. The atmosphere was very peaceful and rejuvenating while allowing easy access to sites in the area. We stayed in Spagna in late June, early July and it was terrific! This home is really a very spacious, well furnished, really comfortable apartment that is located close to the Spanish Steps in a great neighborhood. It had very nice spaces to relax as well as cook and eat but best of all for us was the terrace. Large, beautifully landscaped, and totally enjoyable as a place to read, eat, or converse the terrace was a huge plus. The apartment is located near great shopping and restaurants and the owners thoughtfully provided lots of suggestions of how best to use and enjoy the property as well as the neighborhood. We had a great, memorable experience at Spagna!

Our sincerest apologies for the coffee maker being slow, we'll have the greeter check the coffee pot, it could be due to a calcium build up due to the very hard water in Rome. "We stayed at Divine Dante for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. The villa is located outside of Florence, close to Fiesole, and is absolutely beautiful. Situated on beautifully landscaped, lush grounds the hundreds years old villa was recently(+/- 2 years ago) renovated and has modern conveniences/luxury in an old world setting. We loved the villa and it's spacious, very comfortable bedrooms and en suite bathrooms all on 2nd or 3rd floors. The main floor was beautiful with a very modern, efficient kitchen, large dining room, and sitting rooms, laundry, and a porch. The entire property was very tasteful and well appointed. There is a very helpful, professional house manager who made beds, cleaned rooms, prepared coffee, and was an excellent resource for the villa, the neighborhood, and for Florence. The villa is wonderful but in warm weather the first floor, which is not air conditioned as is the upper floors and does not have screens on all windows, got uncomfortably warm.[We are delighted you enjoyed your stay! "Our family of 13 arrived in the late afternoon and found the villa beautiful, well appointed and very clean. There are three staircases that led to different parts of the house-all completely detached from one another. My 82 year old mother was able to reach her bedroom, aided by a handrail on her steps and the children's rooms were far enough away to the adult's rooms to ensure quiet evenings. Sheets on the beds were wonderful and all said beds were comfy. We all enjoyed long walks up and down the nearby hills, the mass in an ancient church closeby, as well as dinner at La Foresteria, a truly magical spot near the church overlooking a bluff. We were the only diners and adored the dinner and service. All in all, our week was magical and the location was perfect. The funnicular ride up to Montecatini Alto was one of our favorite excursions. Our chefs were the daughter and son in law of the owners. The food was fine but not amazing. We didn’t use much air conditioning but it was, as advised, billed separately. All of the extra charges were collected in cash on check out. We were short so had to run around. Perfect spot for our family for a week in Rome! We were met at the apartment by Daniela and she was extremely helpful with information about the apartment and the area, Everything was very clean and the apartment was well appointed. Perfect spot to return to after sightseeing in the area. Best part was a great restaurant called Casa just right outside the door. Highly recommend it if you stay at this spot.

"We returned to Serenata this year and were, once again, delighted by our accommodations. There were three of us and we had quite enough room. The apartment was well appointed, spacious and very clean. The views are truly incredible. We were treated to passing gondolieri who had a variety of guests from a soprano singer with a lovely voice to a tenor accompanied by an accordion player. Our greeter, Paola, was a wealth of information and walked me to her favourite prosciutto/cheese shop – fantastico! Wonderful shops, fabulous restaurants, grocery store and many of the exquisite sites Venice has to offer are all within a few minutes walking distance. Thank you to Pat and all at Italy Perfect for making our stay in Venezia more memorable than the last. "If you love a tranquil setting in the country, set in the midst of medieval villages, fortresses and castles, this is a perfect place for your family vacation. After spending four days in the heat and bustle of Rome, Riposa Verde was a heavenly respite with it's cool breezes, gorgeous olive trees, and swimming pool. The nearby town of San Casciano Dei Bagni could not be more charming with it's own castle and delicious little stores. Our favorite days started off by going into town and bringing back pastries, honey, cheese, salami, raviolis and fruit from the delightful, little Italian specialty stores. Days were sprinkled with road trips to nearby sights and lounging by the pool, reading books. Favorite day trips included visiting Siena, Orvieto, Assisi (recommend stopping in Solomeo and Deruta along the way), Pienza, climbing the medieval tower of Radicofani, and a gorgeous drive for a beach day in Monte Argentario, stopping in Pitigliano along the way. At night, we were treated to the best dinner of our lives at the Fighini Castle up the road. Worth it to order the seven course dinner. Ristorante Daniela and La Fontanella are not to be missed. On Saturdays/Sundays, lunch at Santa Chiara in Sarteano was fantastic. But maybe the best part of all, was coming home to dinners prepared by Eleonora. "What a terrific property! Pasquino is first of all located perfectly. It's a 20 minute walk to either the Vatican or the Coliseum. About 10 minutes to the Pantheon. Never needed cabs or public transportation. It's tucked away in a small piazza with loads of shops and restaurants. Noise was never a factor even on a Saturday night. This was our first trip to Rome and we were intrigued to find it a culture not of main boulevards but of alleys all creating a maze of restaurants and shops to explore and enjoy. Recommend Virginiae restaurant close by. The apartment itself is very spacious and well appointed. Very nice kitchen where we cooked breakfast each morning. Good small grocery very near. Matteo, our greeter, communicated promptly and was waiting for us when we arrived from the train station. This was our 2nd experience renting from Italy Perfect as we also rented an apartment from them in Florence. They are perfect to rent from - terrific, professional and complete communication from reservation to check-in. Very helpful for first time travelers to Italy.
