"We loved our stay at Pasquino. It's a perfect location for exploring Rome, which we mostly did on foot. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, and perfect for our family of four. There were many excellent restaurants within a quick walk, including our favorite gellateria, Frigidarium. Pat at Italy Perfect was a joy to work with. "Our stay in this apartment was fantastic. Family of 4. Plenty of space to relax when we needed to. Top floor. The location turned out to be fantastic. Somewhat centrally located but just outside the tourist-y core enough to not have to deal with extensive crowds and noise. Felt like we were within a 20 minute walk of everything. The street the apartment is on has numerous restaurants and gelaterias. Also a grocery store that had enough of the basics for us. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I found everyone I dealt with Italy Perfect was nice and very helpful. This apartment and the preparation materials that Italy Perfect provided were essential to what ended up being our best family trip ever. I say that truly. "My wife and I have rented numerous properties in Europe on vacation and the Prisco apartment ranks as one of the best. It was spacious, clean, very well equiped and beautifully located. The owners who welcomed us were extremely helpful with recommendations for places to dine nearby and shop for provisions. The bakery, vitually at the front door, was excellent. Overall, a wonderful time. We've rented from Italy Perfect before and will do so again. We have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. "We had the most wonderful experience at this spacious apartment that easily slept 2 adults and three kids. The owners treated us like family. The apartment was gorgeous and had all the amenities to cook and wash our clothes for the week. I highly recommend this apartment."

"Our apartment was very comfortable and of a good size. Clean and well maintained. But what stood out the most was the view. We had an incredible view of the entire Santa Croce area and sitting on the patio at night was wonderful. And if you want to be in good shape don't take the small elevator since walking up and down the 4-5 floors offset much of the eating we did. Nice place and great location. "We spent two weeks living in the "little house" on Piazza de Bonsi, and loved every minute of our stay. Maurizio and Gabriella welcomed us warmly, and we happily settled right in. The house goes back many centuries, but it has been nicely renovated and is very comfortable. The upstairs bedroom is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The living room has a big dining table, and the kitchen is perfectly adequate for cooking if you wish. The neighborhood is lovely, but be prepared to walk up a fairly steep hill (Costa dei Magnoli) when you head home after a day visiting all the sights! The location is great, however, and you can walk to all the main tourist areas easily. The Casetta was always quiet at night, which we loved. You can see the tower of the Signoria from the lovely balcony upstairs. It was too cold for us to use it but we imagine it is heavenly in warmer weather. Our only negative was that the shower never got hot, and vacillated between lukewarm and cold. We never could figure out whether it was just a quirk of the Italian bathroom (which otherwise is wonderful and apparently recently renovated), or if we did something wrong in its use. Other than that, we felt it was a perfect stay and we'd happily go back any time. Recommended sites to visit, in addition to all the "must see" sites of Florence: the nearby church of Santa Felicita with its magnificent Pontormo painting, recently restored; Santa Croce, where Michelangelo and many other Italian greats are buried; the Museo dell'Opera del Duomo, full of amazing artworks, Santo Spirito and Santa Maria del Carmine (both nearby), the Bardini gardens, and the Bargello Museum. SO many great restaurants, of course, but we loved the Trattoria Antico Fattore for delicious and authentic Tuscan cuisine. Cafe JR, just opposite the Pitti Palace, makes beautifully "decorated" cappuccinos in the morning. If you are shopping for jewelry, stay off the touristy Ponte Vecchio and head to a little shop on Via Lambertesca, 20/r, very near the bridge--the shop is called Matassini and they are a family-owned, old-world Florentine jeweler with good prices and beautiful jewelry of all kinds! "My wife and I have been to Florence dozens of times. The location of the Alcove apartment at Piazza S. Croce is great. We have stayed in this lovely old building a few times...during the hot summer, so we did not know how it would be in the winter (mid-March). What we found was warm and cozy inside the Alcove and crisp and breezy outside...with much fewer people on the streets, in the piazzas and in even the best restaurants at lunch. This apartment, S. Croce Alcove, is exceptional. Well planned, delightfully furnished rooms with easy access to multiple bathrooms. Everything was immaculate. There is a small private balcony in the rear which I found useful as a get away occasionally. Jean and I have nothing but great things to say about our stay. "My daughter and I had a wonderful stay here with Italy Perfect. Within minutes by foot are all the major sites. Shopping and restaurants all close by. The apartment was surprisingly quiet given the location. Greeters were very helpful and provided all the little things to get us started! "Our flight from London was delayed due to poor weather. Because the delay stretched from an hour to an hour and a half, and finally to two plus hours, we were unable to provide our greeter with much useful information about how late we would be arriving at the flat. But our greeter had been checking on the status of our flight all evening and the flat was warm and inviting when we finally arrived. We appreciated such attention to detail.The flat is large, comfortable, and the owner has clearly taken time and care in decorating it. It is perfectly located—you are close enough to the Spanish steps to benefit from the limit on traffic, but far enough away to feel like you are in a neighborhood. "Centrally located and easy walks to most everything in the city; Vatican, Borghese Gallery, Colossuem, Spanish Steps, Trastevere, Trevi Fountain, and one block off another main shopping street Via Cola di Rienzo. The apartment worked well for our family of 7. We would definitely return. Owner and her staff were great to work with."

"We spent a week in a wonderful, historic house, only a few meters away from the center of Florence with all its marvels, close to the river and to the ponte vecchio. A good super market is round the corner. Our contact with the agency and with the house owner was easy and absolutely friendly. If you stay in Florence in winter, you will have to pay a bit for the heating, because this comes apart. We would certainly book the house again."

"Apartment was exactly what we were looking for! Perfect level of charm and comfort! The unit was meticulously spotless- which is important when you suffer from sever allergies. We had a minor plumbing "lost in translation" moment between US plumbing and European, but the hostess sent someone immediately to help us figure it out.The location!!!! Exactly what we wanted, a homie, non-turisitie place!! Everything was walking distance. Incredible little shops and restaurants all around!"

The staff were amazing, helpful and really lovely. The location was tremendous, close to everything and the area was safe and secure. "The minute we stepped into this fabulous villa, our vacation started with “ahhhh” and ‘oooohhh”s. Where do I start? Here are some of the highlights: 1. Villa itself is beautiful, inside and outside; 2. All the bedrooms and other rooms are well appointed; 3. Friendly staff made the stay more enjoyable; 4. 40 minute walk down to Florence city center is lovely and easy; We plan to get back there in the warmer month and highly recommend it to everyone.Thank you Italy Perfect and a special shout out to Pat Byrne for her professional service. The host team was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating - overall it was a fantastic stay! A great touch was a nespresso machine in the kitchen with plenty of espresso pods!”"

"We had a wonderful trip and your organized accommodations and support people were terrific. The locations were wonderful and the units perfect. Isabel helped us with our selection of restaurants and making reservations for us and for her advice. We only used a "guide" once for the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peters and she was great. We learned not only about the art and monuments, but also about the history that is so important. We walked about 5-7 miles per day and used public transportation successfully. Both Rome and Florence were wonderful as we remembered from before. Thank you for your great help. We will support and recommend you - Italy Perfect - and probably use Paris Perfect and London Perfect in the future. "That is the word I use to describe my entire experience in Venice with Italy Perfect. We stayed in the Menta apartment, which is one of the most beautifully appointed apartments I have been in. From the outrageously fun decorating to the perfect expresso machine, Italy Perfect, like Paris Perfect, provides its guests with all of the amenities one could want. The location is so central to all that is Venice. A stone's throw from St. Mark's Square, and a fun winding walk to the Rialto Bridge, Menta is in a beautiful Palazzo, with a private dock. The greeter Roy was lovely and very accessible. I highly recommend taking a tour with Rita Satori, as Italy Perfect suggested. She gave us an entirely new perspective of Venice. My recommendation would be to get a good map of Venice and then have fun getting lost meandering the city! You will always find your way back!
