My extended family of six had a wonderful stay at Valentina in February. Four adults and two kids felt each had enough space to feel comfortable, both in the bedrooms and in the beautiful living room area. The location is excellent - easy walk to Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and nice walk to Forum, Vatican, Trastevere, Coliseum. Great restaurants right outside door. The property is very well maintained, tastefully decorated yet homey at same time. Would definitely recommend Valentina highly.

"We stayed in this wonderful apartment for five nights in January, 2019. Highly recommend. Photos on the website accurately reflect the apartment. Large, spacious. Very well equipped kitchen. Our host met us at the apartment upon arrival and he is wonderful. Very gracious and took time to explain everything about the apartment. Great internet access, as well. The location is perfect, very central, cannot say enough about it. We walked everywhere. The Central Market is about 10 minutes walk. An outstanding bakery is about 4 doors away and it is AMAZING. Many restaurants nearby. Grocery stores nearby. An amazing small homemade pasta shop about 3 blocks away. The kitchen in the apartment allows for wonderful meals to 'eat in'. Museums are no more than a 15 minute walk. Stay here, don't give it a second thought...........you will be happy you did (we were!!) Italy Perfect responded very quickly to any questions we had. "We stayed in the Pasquino apartment for the Christmas and New Year's break. The apartment was a perfect size for our family of three (married couple and our 17 year old daughter). It was very comfortable with updated bathrooms and a modern, nicely equipped kitchen. We fixed breakfast everyday and cooked some really nice dinners in the kitchen. We like the layout of the apartment as it separated the living area from the sleeping areas very effectively. The location is unbeatable with all of the major sites within walking distance. Piazza Navona is probably about 100 yards from the doorstep. Via del Governo Vecchio, right below the apartment, is a very atmospheric street that has some nice restaurants and shops along it, including a pretty good grocery store with an embedded fish market. Working with Pat at Italy Perfect was great. She was very knowledgeable, responsive, and the convenience of pre-paying in U.S. dollars was a nice perk. We used one of her recommended car services for airport transfers and the drivers were prompt and had vehicles with plenty of room for the three of us and our large checked bags. We also used a recommended guide, Carolina Vincenti, for a private tour of the Vatican Museums. Carolina was a lovely lady and an absolute wealth of knowledge. It was a splurge that was worth every Euro. Last but not least, we had a delicious Christmas dinner at Casa Bleve and enjoyed the pizzas at Emma so much we went twice. In the end, staying in the Pasquino apartment really helped to make our Rome trip memorable. [Thank you so much for your great review! "Great location. Quite and roomy. Owners helpful. Surprised by having to pay extra for heating (apparently we exceeded the daily limit ). [So pleased you enjoyed the quietness and roominess and helpful owners. Sorry you overlooked the info provided about the €6/day utility allowance to cover baseline usage. It is normal to exceed that by a little bit in January when it is cold to cover the full cost of heat. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Thank you to the entire Italy Perfect and Divine Dante team! We had a great family vacation and your team helped in every way that we asked. The staff at Divine Dante was outstanding and they helped to arrange two wonderful dinners in the house. The house was plenty big for 10 of us. The location of the home was about a 10 minute walk to the closest bus station and a short taxi ride to the center of Firenze. We would 100% choose to work with Italy Perfect and we hope to go back to Divine Dante again in the future! And a final thank you to the Divine Dante team for their recommendations on tour companies, chefs, and restaurants. We had great experiences with every one of them! "This is our second apartment rental with your company. Our apartment in Venice was beautiful, comfortable and the accommodations were in line with a 4 star hotel. Location was centrally located for easy access getting around. The freshly baked croissants and apartment service was greatly appreciated and made a difference. Our tour guide was beyond outstanding and helped us navigate the local restaurants that can be a little tricky, tourist vs local establishments. My family and I spent a lovely 8 days in the Valentina and Renata apartments that form a huge living space for the 8 of us to enjoy. The apartments are comfortable, well-appointed and HUGE for this area of Rome. We loved the cozy fireplaces in the living rooms as well as the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. What an ideal setting for a family get together. Our host was delightful as was the greeter. We felt extremely welcome and cared for. The apartments are quiet even though we are just a block off the Via Condotti. You couldn’t ask for a better location to explore Rome from. There are numerous great restaurants in the area and most major sights are walkable. Italy Perfect has once again made our Rome stay memorable!

"We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment! It was very clean and in a great Location We walked everywhere, even to the Colosseum . We had nine people total and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped-we cooked Christmas dinner and sat all together in the dining room. There was a washer and separate dryer-not a common thing in Italy. Barbara greeted us and was available to help anytime. We stayed at Minerva's Treasure Apartment. The location is ideal. Easy to walk to the Spanish Steps and surrounding area. The CASA restaurant just a few steps away from the apartment is delightful - simple surroundings but delicious food. The apartment was spacious but it lacked some of the features I have seen in Paris Perfect apartments. The linens and towels were very poor quality and there were no extras. The greeter was helpful but all the information was a bit overwhelming given the jet lag. The driver Rocco was reliable and pleasant. I would recommend this apartment and the Italy Perfect team. "Thinking about booking this apartment? Do it now! Alcove apartment is a very spacious home located overlooking Piazza Santa Croce. The apartment is very accommodating for 6 - 8 guests. Every space is comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the bed linens and pillows are plush. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all amazing, so no one will feel slighted. The one bedroom cannot convert the twin beds to one bed, but the room is still very spacious and the bathroom has a great shower. All of the bedrooms are on the quiet side of the apartment, even though we didn't find the crowds on the Piazza to be noisy at all. The kitchen is very well stocked. The laundry room with separate washer and dryer is a real plus. The location is a good one if you enjoy this side of the river; an easy walk to the train station and all of the Florence attractions. Check in/out was very easy and the utilities were reasonable for our 21 night stay. Some recommendations in/around the Santa Croce area: Boccadama is located on the lower level of the palace and serves very good lasagna and pear ravioli; a great place to crash for dinner at the end of a long day. There is also a Conad (small grocery store chain Corso dei Tintori, 10/R, 50122 Firenze FI, Italy ) around the corner (behind the building) that is not mentioned in the information book; perhaps it's newer. It's a City version, but still good in a pinch. Foody Farm (next to Conad) was really good for a non-Italian meal; the menu was really interesting and the food was delicious (casual night out). The Gallery (2 minute walk) has a great apertivo that starts at 6:30PM. For $10-$12 you get a cocktail and a very good buffet with hot and cold food items. Inferno (Via de' Pepi 9R – Firenze) was excellent and filled with locals. We tried a little of everything. The entrees and salads are not necessarily prepared in a traditional way, but amazing. This is the place to get Seafood. I would recommend Inferno for a nice night out. OK, let's talk gelato. I am by no means an expert, but I have been in Florence nearly a dozen times and I would say, hands down, Dei Neri is the best gelato in Florence (Neri, 9, 50122 Firenze FI, Italy). Good news - it's a really quick walk from the apartment! They have a great yogurt gelato and their ricotta cream with pistachio topping is my favorite! Lisa Byrne is still the best in the business and you will not be disappointed with her service, prices, and accommodations! Although we could hear street noise in the the living room kitchen area at night, the bedroom was silent, thanks to excellent insulated windows. "The apartment was better than the photos; they were just an enticement, but then we were there -- very comfortable with all things provided and looking at the domes of San Marco from our balcony! The instructions from Italy Perfect were very helpful and the list of recommendations made us feel very welcome. Our stay was even more special and "perfect" thanks to Paola, our greeter. She was very gracious and caring, careful to explain everything about the apartment, and she kindly offered to be available at any time. We arrived in the evening and she had taken the trouble to get things for our breakfast. She showed us the nearest supermarket and helped us get oriented (so as not to get too lost)! And she gave us many tips that only those who live in Venice can give. On our second day, Venice had its worst flood in 40 years, and we would not have felt safe without Paola's help. There was also bad flooding the day we left, and she insisted on guiding us through wind and rain to the San Marco water bus stop.Of course, we had lovely days as well. Venice is beautiful beyond belief. We would love to return and stay in Serenata again. We will gladly recommend Italy Perfect to friends and family. "This apartment was one of the best we’ve experienced in our travels. Clean, comfortable, beautifully appointed, in an ideal location. The spacious bedroom was perfectly soundproof (and even light proof). (That wouldn’t be the case with the living room—something to keep in mind if sensitive sleepers are sharing the apartment.) We appreciated the warmth and attention to detail of our charming hosts. Enjoyed wonderful meals throughout our six-day stay; Trattoria Camillo was a highlight, dined there twice. I just returned from spending a month at MINERVA’S TREASURE in Rome, Italy. Every step of the way working with Italy Perfect was indeed PERFECT. The moment I arrived I was met by the most amazing greeter Daniela who walked me through everything I needed to know about the unit and the area. She was patient and took her time answering any questions I had. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. The bed/mattress was extremely comfortable. The restaurants Daniela recommended were all superb. Casa Restaurant was steps away and so so delicious but just a few blocks away were other amazing eateries and shops. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils that I needed to prepare some delicious meals for myself during my stay. The location was perfect in every way. I walked everywhere. What a plus having a washer/dryer in the apartment. Rare in Italy.The Wifi was excellent so I was able to respond to work daily. "Our 1st visit to Tuscany was a dream and a must return to Borgo Tiglio! This amazing stone farmhouse was a true experience of Tuscan life with gorgeous grounds and views. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, well equipped with everything needed when we arrived and for our 3 night stay.....we only wish we had friends with us to enjoy this experience and wished we could have stayed longer. Lorena was most helpful and gracious helping us with directions to wine tasting, beautiful hilltop village exploring, wonderful restaurants and assistance when we most needed help-car trouble!! When in a foreign country for the 1st time, it is reassuring to know that a local is there for you, thank you Lorena! The location of Borgo is convenient to visit the walled hilltop villages, all within 20-60 minutes. Restaurants are 5-10 minutes close by. We enjoyed a true Tuscan homemade dinner, provided by our hosts and felt very welcomed and well taken care of. The vast grounds of Borgo are so relaxing, so beautiful and we look forward in spending a longer stay there next visit. Our visit was beyond our expectations, thank you! "Our stay for the 1st time in Florence was fabulous! From the prompt greeting by Franco & Micky, who provided excellent instructions and helpful suggestions of where, how and when to visit city attractions, restaurants and tours....to the fun location of this spacious true Italian apartment, we truly enjoyed every minute in Florence. Florence is a walking city with beautiful shopping, museums and don't miss the best attraction, the Piazzale Michelangelo of Florence-spectacular plaza high up on the hill showing off all of Florence! We also took a day tour to Cinque Terra, which we highly recommend....Franco & Micky have information for the tour. Prisco Apartment was perfect for our visit as centrally located to wonderful restaurants, shopping, museums, and walkable to the train station. The apartment is large and spacious with beautiful authentic decor. Micky arranged our cab transportation to the airport when we departed and made sure our stay was comfortable.
