"We had a lovely stay there. The staff was really wonderful and the apartment was very large and charming. The unit isn’t luxury in the classic American sense - more comfort, charm and character than pure luxury, but it was exactly what we were looking for and very comfortable. We always try to stay at places that are unique and allow us to feel like we are living there rather than staying in a hotel and this place is exactly that.It also has a lovely courtyard and beautiful grounds."

"We had a wonderful stay in Florence, Italy. The Vespucci apartment was a quite comfortable respite each evening after seeing the sights or dinner. It was such a nice home away from home. Our hosts were very kind and accommodating. The apartment was within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see or do. Great experience. [We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay! "We loved our stay at Casetta Bonsi. Maurizio was very thorough when we arrived and gave us all the information we needed to have a wonderful stay. Very clean, beautiful furniture and plenty of room for the two of us. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a great size with storage. This is our second time in Florence and we like this side of the Arno river because it is quiet and away from all the crowds. A grocery store is just down the way and the Open Bar for cappuccinos is close too. When we return, we will definitely return to Casetta Bonsi![We are so glad to hear about your perfect stay! We look forward to welcoming you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Es un apartamento fabuloso rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes, cerca de monumentos. La limpieza es perfecta, el apartamento muy bonito y con todas sus comodidades. Ya lo he recomendado a mis amigas y si vuelvo a Roma volvería al mismo apartamento sin dudarlo. Me sentí como en mi casa. Mil gracias Translation: It is a fabulous apartment surrounded by shops and restaurants, close to monuments. The cleaning is perfect, the apartment very nice and with all its amenities. I have already recommended it to my friends and if I return to Rome I would return to the same apartment without hesitation. I felt at home. We always wanted to spend Easter in Italy, and Italy Perfect made that a reality.  We spoke with Kelly and Lisa, and everything they told us about the property and location was spot on.  They gave us valuable tips and helped us hone in on our location.  I would 100% recommend Italy Perfect for anyone wanting a villa vacation in Tuscany. Seven of us stayed at L'Albery Bello in mid-April over the Easter week.  We rented a car and drove from the Rome airport.  The location was perfect for Tuscany as it is an easy 2 hour drive from Rome.   We had 7 people with us, but the living areas within the villa were big enough to accommodate many more.  We were so comfortable that we skipped one of our planned excursions to just relax at the villa.  The pool wasn't open yet as it was mid-April, but I could imagine it being even more relaxing at the pool.  The only slight downside to the villa was the queen beds upstairs.  They were a little firm for our taste.  The twins downstairs were actually a bit more comfortable.  It wasn't enough to cause an issue, it's just that we prefer a softer mattress.  From our villa, Florence is within an hour's drive, and Siena is 40 minutes.  There are many other small towns to see that are less than 30 minutes.  I was a bit nervous to drive from town to town, but the roads were more than easy to navigate.  I would recommend using google maps, but make sure to download "offline maps" as the GPS will still work without data reception.  We never got lost using this trick.  For anyone who is a wine lover, Montalcino is a must see.  It is about 45 minutes from the villa by car.  We tasted Brunello at local vineyards and spent some time in the city of Montalcino.  The San Polino winery was our favorite, and we had a case shipped back to the U.S. The town of Lucignano is a 5 minute drive, or 20 minute walk.  The 2 main restaurants in Lucignano are excellent, and the Gelato was the highlight.  The owner of the Gelato shop spoke perfect English, and he was very excited to tell us about everything local to the area (very helpful).  We spent one afternoon just walking through the town, having lunch at the La Tavernetta and or course having gelato for dessert.Overall, I would definitely recommend Italy Perfect for anyone looking to rent in Italy.  L'Albero Bello was an excellent place to stay for the 7 of us.  Whether or not we go back isn't the question, it's just a matter of when...

Seven of us stayed at L'Albery Bello in mid-April over the Easter week. We rented a car and drove from the Rome airport. The location was perfect for Tuscany as it is an easy 2 hour drive from Rome. We were greeted by Barbara, and she was absolutely awesome. Her English was fine, and she was willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. The cook, LouAnna, made us excellent dinners and they even have wine for sale at reasonable prices (if you forget to stock up at the grocery). Barbara cleaned every day and the villa was spotless. She even emptied the fireplace ashes and restocked with fresh firewood each afternoon. We had 7 people with us, but the living areas within the villa were big enough to accommodate many more. We were so comfortable that we skipped one of our planned excursions to just relax at the villa. I can't say enough about Barbara and how nice it was to see her every day for a week. On our last day, she introduced us to her husband, and when we left, there were hugs and kisses to go around (and maybe a few tears). We will definitely look to see her on our next trip to Tuscany. From our villa, Florence is within an hour's drive, and Siena is 40 minutes. There are many other small towns to see that are less than 30 minutes. Memoria

"This was our first trip where we decided to stay in an apartment versus a hotel and we were happy with that decision. Isabel, our greeter was very nice and showed us where everything was and how appliances worked. Memoria was spacious (a lot of closets) and CLEAN! This is a 2bed/2bath apartment with a great balcony that overlooks the Ponte Vecchio. From the balcony you get a great view of the Arno River and a picturesque view of the sunset. One very important feature to us was the Washer and Dryer. It allowed us to pack lighter than we normally would and to keep our clothes clean and fresh. We were here for 11 nights and will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Florence!! [We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your trip and our apartment! "Overall, this was a lovely apartment in a great part of town. Easy to get to from the train stations and is within quick walking distance to everything . Franco and Miki greeted us (we arrived early and they were very accommodating), explain everything thoroughly. Great kitchen and large bedroom., great place. The only thing that I would change was to get new bed sheets which is a really small item. Overall: we were very pleased and would definitely stay their again. 5 stars[Thanks so much for the 5-Star rating! Very happy you enjoyed your stay and the warm greeting. Thanks too for the suggestion about the sheets, new sheets have been purchased!]"

"Located very close to the ponte vechio, uffizi overlooking a landscaped quiet courtyard. While Located approx 150 metres up a narrow street it is a great advantage as only a few cars and people use it. There are so many good restaurants wine bars gelato shops museums. If you are staying some time in Florence the "Friends of Uffizi" is very worthwhile. We have been back to Florence 6 odd times staying from 3 weeks to 2 months and still have not visited all the things worth visiting. We do not use Florence as a base to visit Tuscany. Do that separately if can arrange the time. Florence remains our second best city in the world (after Sydney!) [Thank you for your kind review! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay! "This place suited our needs (2 parents and 2 young children) perfectly. It was spacious and was in a terrific location (just off Piazza di Pasquino). We could walk to almost all the attractions, and it was near a bus line for those that were farther away. The amenities were great, including an elevator, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. (There is also A/C, but we didn’t need to use it.) The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was large enough for us to cook for four most nights. The windows also have screens (a rarity in Italy), which is great. We had an issue with the heat that we emailed about and was promptly revolved the next morning. The professional management service was terrific. The only caution I would give is that part of the apartment, including the master bedroom, faces the piazza and can be loud. I would not plan to open the windows into the piazza at night as such."

"We had a wonderful stay at your property! Clean, lovely staff, and a great center to enjoy hilltop towns close by in the region! Perfect way to share with friends! Having a kitchen and living room gave us the opportunity to share our day and plan for the next day’s adventure. We would definitely stay again! For me, this was one of my favorite parts and part of my bucket list. Beautiful property! Thank you for the grand hospitality!"

"All the glowing reviews are right on target. The apartment is elegantly furnished yet comfortable and blissfully quiet. I loved living among the frescoes and the soaring ceilings made me feel like the place was my private palazzo. The location can’t be beat — all the museums and sights are a 20 minute walk away, if that. We found the local Corad to stock pretty much everything we needed. The wonderful Osteria dei Benci, just two doors down the street was our favorite casual restaurant and we ended up eating there four times during our week there. Go for the daily specials! Elisabetta was available to greet us, show us around and demonstrate how machines worked. She had kindly set us up with breakfast fixings. We found ourselves locked out one afternoon and she graciously came to let us in within the hour.Staying in this apartment made our Florence trip experience exceptional.[Thank you for your great review! "We really enjoyed staying in this distinctive little house. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space to relax. We loved the nearby Golden View cafe and the gourmet supermarket. We weren’t at all bothered by noise in spite of the motorcycles parked outside. The location was great — close to everything but away from the crowds. If you stay here, don’t forget to visit the nearby Bardini Gardens. Some drawbacks: no mirror except in the bathroom, somewhat temperamental hot water system, and unreliable Wi-Fi. The owner was very friendly and helpful and I’m sure would have been responsive if we’d asked about any of these things but we were too busy enjoying Florence. If you have a car there is a garage very close by and parking there means you aren’t subject to the ZTL fine. But it was very expensive (45 euros a day) so we parked outside the ZTL for 20 euros a day in the Porta al Prato garage. [We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay, having plenty of space, great location and proximity to everything. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Our stay in Rome was wonderful. The Pasquino apartment had everything we could have wanted. My husband loved figuring out the espresso pot and we enjoyed the Nespresso machine too. The apartment is spacious with beautiful original ceilings from the 1800s. The bathrooms were beautiful, I would love to have them at home. The windows, when open let you hear all the wonderful street sounds, so you feel like part of the neighborhood but when closed a very quiet atmosphere. The piazza and neighborhood had wonderful restaurants and hidden gems of shops. Italy Perfect’s map of the area and the supermarket down the street was so helpful. When you go to Carrefour supermarket be sure to keep going to the back, we bought a beautiful assortment of cheese and meats to take home for a wonderful antipasto platter.I knew from previous visits that this was going to be the best location and it was.The Campo di Fiori was so close for their open air market with great vegetables and spices. Beautiful Piazza Navona around the corner and the Pantheon less than 5 minutes. We were able to walk everywhere, I would recommend this apartment to any of my friends, and will probably go back again. [Thank you for your great review! "We had six people, two couples, each with a kid. Apt had good space for all of us. Overall layout was good. We had beautiful spring weather so no issues with temps, windows often open. Everything worked well and nicely maintained, bathrooms fine. Water pressure reasonable with plenty of hot water. Washing machine worked well and was used several times. Apt located between the Tiber and Vatican. 5 min walk to Piazza del Popolo. Located in a more quiet residential area although it is directly across from a busy hotel which made for some louder nights with windows open. Nice little cafes, gelato and grocery store 1-2 blocks away. Our greeter was lovely and the basket of goodies and wine appreciated. Enjoyed working with Italy Perfect. "This is a lovely apartment for one or two people. It is well maintained, quiet, bright, and airy, with a beautiful little altana (rooftop terrace) reached by a few steps. The location is ideal, whether you want to join the crowds around the Piazza San Marco or explore quiet streets. Be sure to visit the Piazza before 9 a.m. and after 10 p.m., when you will have it mostly to yourselves. Also go to the quiet campo Santa Marina, a few minutes' walk from the apartment, for good Venetian-style dining at l'Osteria di Santa Marina and pastries and coffee at Didovich next door. Nearby you will find a Coop for food and supplies, and Al Portego, a bàcaro (bar with snacks) popular with locals and students. Paola is a perfect local contact, knowledgeable about all things Venetian, conscientious, and accessible. I highly recommend Italy Perfect--you really can't do better! "We had a lovely stay in Rome! The location was perfect, right by the incredible Piazza Navona. We especially loved the outdoor market just a short walk from the apartment. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed waking up to prepare a nice breakfast every morning before starting a day walking the city streets and seeing the sights. The streets around the apartment were filled with little wine bars and shops to stop into and we discovered a nearby restaurant, Etabli, which is a coffee shop by day and a bar/restaurant by night. Would definitely recommend to friends! [We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and the nearby shops! The Italy Perfect Team]"

This was our second stay in this apartment. It was very comfortable for our family of 6. It has everything you could ask for. Bakery shop two blocks for morning pasteries. Grocery a block further. Easy walking to all of the sites - uphill to the Borghese, easy stroll to the Trevi Fountain, the Coliseum and the Forum. The walk to the Vatican included a short stop for coffee. Excellent restaurants in walking distance. We especially enjoyed the Ristorante da Edy, recommended by our tour guide. The best gelato was Fatamorgana Corso, an easy stroll towards the Piazza de Popolo. And don't miss the amazing art in the Basilica Santa Maria in the Piazza.Italy Perfect connected us with Rocco who picked us up at the airport. Later in the week he sent a car for the trip to Florence. For the group of 6 this was faster, a bit cheaper, and much more convenient than the train. We will return.

"This was a great location for our family group of 6. The best part was the easy access to the Gelateria dei Neri, best in Florence. The grocery was a few blocks. There were several excellent restaurants in the immediate area, but our favorite was the Acqua al 2 (get the blueberry steak). Florence is very walkable and this apartment was on the edge of the tourist area. It was fun watching the crowds in the Piazza. They were a little noisy at times but the bedrooms are in the back away from the noise. Our greeter was helpful in getting us oriented. She also pointed to a driver who came at 4:30 AM to get us to the airport in Florence for the flight home. [Thank you for your great review! We are glad that you had an amazing stay!
