"The apartment is perfect for a Rome family holiday, very spacious and easily accomodates 6 people in comfort. 2 well appointed bathrooms and an ideal kitchen with eating area. Very quiet too. Hosts were very nice people and couldn't have been more helpful. Location is perfect for walking to the sights and there are loads of great restaurants at the door and a supermarket. As our first stay at La Rosetta it simply could not have been more of a pleasant surprise! The pictures simply do not capture the charm, the quality and stunning character of this Villa and the grounds! While we were not at all worried, since this was just the most recent of "many" stays with the "Perfects" in Italy, France and the UK,...We were still bowled over when we arrived.The property greeter "Filippo" was more than helpful and their nearby Hotel / Spa / Restaurant / Winery was also absolutely stunning! Our large group was more than comfortable in the main house and cottages...and our local chef (Susanna) prepare three outstanding dinners at the Villa during our stay! The short rural drive from the highway is well worth what is waiting at the other end! We will definitely keep this property on our list of one to return to again!

"The Pisco apartment is a comfortable place - stayed here 11 days. It is well maintained and provisioned. The location is perfect for exploring Florence, five minutes walk to Piazza Repubblica, less than 10 minutes to train station and surrounded by excellent restaurants. It is very secure - locked street door, locked door to the common area between the apartments and then your own locked door. The hosts were very nice and informative. It is a noisy area, at the convergence of 3 streets with mostly foot traffic, but there are double windows in the bed room that keep out all noise.We would recommend the apartment and Italy Perfect. Our apartment was perfectly suited , spotless, comfortable.Our landlords were interesting and gracious.The neighborhood always felt safe. The eight members of my party thoroughly enjoyed our time at Panorama. Several of us have rented villas in Italy before from different agencies and found Panorama to be the most spacious for a large party, with five bedrooms and five baths The kitchen was well stocked with plates, flatware, glassware and pots, which we put to great use during a cooking class. The view from the patio towards Montecatini Terme is breathtaking, It is also easy to visit nearby towns, including Massa, Cozzile, Montecatini Terme, Lucca and Pistoia. The contact person at the villa met us promptly upon arrival, explained the appliances, and was a great resource for restaurant recommendations and even a doctor when one of us needed medical attention. We had great meals at Trattoria de Valentino in Malocchio and Trattoria da Nerone in Pescia. I highly recommend the villa and Italy Perfect. "Beautiful apartment on a quiet plaza, one block from a busy thoroughfare. Elvira, the lady in charge, is wonderfully helpful and efficient and the bonus is her croissants are divine, delivered fresh every morning. We left by taxi from the private dock. The only way to arrive and leave if you don’t want to lug luggage over bridges. We’ve stayed at several Italy perfect apartments. This one is hands down the best maintained and decorated. The fresh flowers we requested were gorgeous all week and made the place feel like home. A wonderful mix of antiques and modern decor. Not far from the only Rubens in a Venetian church and lots of tempting places to eat nearby. I hope to return.[Thank you for your wonderful review! There was a poor start in that we were not met at the airport as requested and assured that we would be, however, after that, everything went very well. The location was great and the view was amazing both during the day and at night. We were right on the Grand Canal and never tired of the activity. The tourists in Venice, especially from the cruise ships, are a bit overwhelming, but we felt as though we lived there. Italy Perfect recommended a city guide company and we had Caterina for two hours. She was brilliant and made our stay so much easier. Her restaurant recommendations were so good. The apartment was serviced daily and there were basic provisions. The cutlery and crockery were beautiful, as was the apartment. We would recommend this apartment and return to it ourselves.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Prisco. The location is perfect! Close to the train station, easy walk to all the sights, in the middle of outstanding restaurants and shopping. The apartment is very well equipped with anything you might need. The bedroom is very spacious and quiet as long as you close up everything. The bathroom is extremely spacious. Miki and Franco explained everything thoroughly. They were always available for anything that might come up. We hope to stay at Prisco next time we come to Florence. "Everything went very well with our VRBO Apartment in Florence! We loved it! Franko and Mimi greeted us upon arrival and went over everything with us. They even allowed us to check in early as when we arrived, we were exhausted and it was pouring rain! We took a taxi from the train station and it brought us right to the front door! The elevator helped tremendously because we had large bags for our 3 week trip. The apartment is in the middle of great shopping, eating and touring spots and we will certainly come back here again. Thank you for a wonderful visit to Florence!"

"Andy and I had a wonderful time in Venice and want to thank you for your invaluable information and help in making our trip so successful. We really enjoyed our oasis from the huge crowds in San Marco- very conveniently located but above the fray! Rita Sartori is a fantastic guide and she introduced us to out of the way places that we would never have found on our own and of course to the well known treasures of Venice. We enjoyed our overnight at Dona Palace and loved going there in the early evening for a drink while watching the gondolas go by. Marco, at the front desk was incredibly accommodating arranging our water taxi to the airport. We look forward to introducing friends to Italy Perfect and to booking with you again in the future. We decided to stay at Elegante in Rome, which is a terrific apartment - well located, beautifully furnished, spacious, spotless, with good air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room and dining room, modern bathrooms, and just down the block from a terrific Gelateria. What more can you ask? The neighborhood is great, quiet and off the beaten tourist track, but within walking distance of many of the important sites in Rome. There are lots of really good restaurants in the neighborhood, so we were able to walk to all our dinners. Favorite restaurants were La Zanzara, Il Sorpasso and especially Del Frate. Found a couple of good grocery stores nearby as well, though have to admit the apartment was better stocked upon our arrival than any other vacation rental we've used. Thanks, Pat and Italy Perfect!"

I had the most wonderful stay at the Palazzo Treves; it could not have been more perfect. The spectacular view, convenient location, beautifully designed rooms, expert staff, daily warm croissants and cleaning service....wow! As I told, the secretary, I plan to return - for the next Biennale or hopefully before.

"The L'Albero Bello villa in Lucignano was an absolute gem, although getting to it by car from Florence was a challenge. The directions took us onto a winding gravel road that we would still be navigating if it were not for the fortuitous intervention of Elio, the groundskeeper for the villa. In the future, I would recommend giving directions that go through the church; much shorter and more direct. The villa itself was amazing, very spacious with four bedrooms and four full baths, three living room spaces and a great kitchen. Someone took a 600-year-old villa (according to Barbara) and thoroughly modernized it without detracting from the historic character of the building. Barbara was very helpful in orienting us and generally taking care of us, including a stopped-up bathtub drain. The location was great for exploring the Tuscan countryside and surrounding sites like Sienna and Pienza. Luana, the cook, was an unexpected bonus. We asked her to cook only three dinners for us and each was as good or better than anything we had in restaurants. Speaking of restaurants we would like to strongly recommend one close to the villa, Le Bindi. It is located inside the walls of Monte San Servino, so it’s tricky to find, but well worth it. There is one seating each night of 20 diners sitting around a long table. Reservations well in advance are required. A couple (she’s the chef) serves fifteen to twenty courses (we lost track) family style (yes I said 15-20!). The food could be described as nuevo Tuscan, absolutely delicious, and all for 25 euros per person! Overall, our experience could not have been better. Thank you for a great villa in Tuscany. "The Belvedere apartment in Florence far exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Despite being right on the Palazzo Santa Croce, with all of its bustle, the apartment was extremely quiet. The location was great and we took full advantage of your two recommendations, the wonderful little restaurant right next door and the great pastry shop across the Palazzo. It was a perfect location for exploring Florence. The four of us are in our late 70's/early 80's and this apartment was perfect for our needs. We loved it.
