"I could not have picked a more perfect place to stay in beautiful Venezia. Paola greeted me at the water taxi and escorted me to her lovely flat. She also walked me to the local grocery store so I could buy food for the week. The flat was location on a quiet side street blocks from the Piazza St. Marco, surrounded by amazing restaurants. Paola was a gracious host and was always available for any questions. I will be making this an annual trip to her place. Thank you again Paola. [It was a delight to host you, Donna. "I was really comfortable in this flat. (We originally scheduled a different flat from ItalyPerfect, but there was a problem with the air conditioning in that one, so they gave us this much larger flat to substitute.) The place was just enormous, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The think I liked most was that the kitchen was well-stocked: I've stayed in so many AirBnBs in the past without adequate kitchen equipment. The apartment was very quiet, which is important to me. The noise from the street isn't very much because it isn't a busy street and if you shut the windows it isn't noticeable at all. The local host, Barbara, was quite helpful and friendly. They sent a housekeeper once a week to do the cleaning which was really helpful for us."

We were two couples and the apartment size could not have been more perfect with its spacious living area. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the larger sized refrigerator was a welcome treat. We are walkers and truthfully the apartment could not have been in a better location. Steps to Via Corso and from there it is an easy walk to most of Rome’s sites. Good restaurants, shopping and food stores are mere steps from the apartment. We loved our week here, would most definitely return to this apartment. Special thanks to Sonia and Alessia for arranging our departing transportation. My husband and I just spent 5 weeks at this wonderful apartment. We loved having two terraces, I never grew tired of seeing the light change over the Roman rooftops. Every issue we encountered was skillfully addressed by either the host or the Italy Perfect team (our second trip with Italy Perfect and far from our last). The apartment itself is lovely and the neighborhood is wonderful. They organized a good driver service from Venice and to Positano, an electric golf cart for touring and other services that enhanced our comfort and eased our concerns."

"When at the last minute our family vacation to Portugal fell apart we had to pivot quickly and opted for a trip to Rome. In reading the reviews and descriptions of various AirBnBs we settled on this apartment overlooking Piazza de Pasquino. Our driving reason was the mentions regarding the friendliness of the ItalyPerfect staff. They did not disappoint. Within 15 minutes of booking we were on the phone with Pat and she walked us through everything and put us at ease. That alone was enough for us to know we had made the right decision in booking. The apartment itself matched the photos exactly. Charming, lots of space, all the amenities. My family loved the apartment. I know there are some comments in the reviews on street noise. While my wife Michelle and I both love our quiet rural home where you can hear a pin drop in the states we both agreed you can't trade where this apartment is for the times in the evening where performers in the Piazza could be heard entertaining people dining below. Why do we have this feeling? You are steps from Piazza Navona. There are a dozen great restaurants that are less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We absolutely loved the restaurant across the street and went there multiple times (their Sicilian fried eggplant was simply amazing). One day we walked to the Vatican, Spanish steps and the Pantheon. There is also a street market that has fresh fruits and vegetables every morning less than 5 minute walk away. Do not hesitate to book this apartment. You will not regret the experience the location provides. My wife and twin 12 year old daughters also wholeheartedly agree!"

"The tasteful holiday apartment (on the fourth floor with elevator!) Is right in the middle of it all. 5 minutes by foot from St. Mark's Square and a supermarket, 10 minutes to the Rialto Bridge, 15 minutes to Fondamente Nove for trips to Murano, Burano etc. And then the wonderful view from the roof terrace of the surrounding roofs and towers - but also of the gondolas on the Channels. You almost don't want to move out of the apartment at all ... It was a pleasure to work with you! [Please come again. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"The apartment was simply lovely, with large sunny rooms, elegantly appointed in a very convenient and beautiful neighborhood.The Italy Perfect contact was gracious, professional and a perfect hostess as she outfitted our kitchen with delicious provisions of wine and fruit as a welcome gift. The space absorbed the company of niece, friends, sister, and cousin very easily. We even had a dinner party with more family, the dining room is lovely and the kitchen worked with cousin and two sous-chef nieces.Recommend to all whom I talk to! "We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Pasquino apartment in Rome. Lisa at Italy Perfect was so helpful answering our questions before our arrival and the driver recommended by Italy Perfect made our arrival go very smoothly. Loved Cul de Sac restaurant on the piazza below the apartment. Apartment was very clean, well organized and comfortable. We will be happy to recommend it to friends."

"While we had high hopes for our family week in Florence with our 3 grown up children; Miravista clearly exceeded our expectations. It was a very comfortable, nicely understated decorated, with good 2 1/2 bathrooms and ample kitchen, sunny penthouse. While it had a good modern elevator, other than the day we arrived and departed with the luggage, the 5 of us (age 63, 61, our children 34, 31 and 29) always preferred the fun of enjoying to walk up and down the 92 steps; particularly after a nice dinner. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit cold as to enjoy the beautiful terrace overlooking the Plaza and the mountains; if it were spring or summer we would have spent long hours there... Waking up and having a leisure breakfast in front of the large window and terrace overlooking the Plaza was a fantastic way to start the day. The restaurant below was one of the best we had and at good prices; the owners and staff were incredibly friendly; we spent new year's eve with them. The location was great; just a 3 block walk to most of the landmarks...and yet quiet enough from the bulk of the tourists. Finally, the host was very educated and made our checkin / checkout a breeze. In addition, Pat Byrne was incredibly friendly and efficient and was making sure our reservation, paperwork and itinerary was up to date....Thank you Pat & Madelyne!"
