Minerva’s Treasure is perfectly Rome! This is a terrific apartment furnished beautifully. The paintings and personal touches added to a feeling of home. The location is wonderful with great restaurants and a small market just around the corner. Even though the kitchen is small, we managed just fine cooking up a dinner for 3 several times. After all, this is an incredible older building and it just adds to your stay. We would visit this apartment again and again if possible. Check in was easy and we found very nice treats to welcome us including a bottle of delicious wine. We appreciated everything.

Two couples traveling over Easter, third time for one and first for the other. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the bridge was one of many highlights of the start, midday and evening memories we will have. Accessible to walking throughout the city. Great restaurant suggestions by our hostess. We had slight issue with hot water and all was rectified within the hour. Convenient to supermarket just over the bridge, Conas which had anything we needed. The apartment was very well equipped and our only complaint was we had to leave at the end of our vacation.

We are a family of four, but also had my brother and wife stay with us, so the size of this apartment was absolutely perfect. The comfort and decor was warm and inviting and had everything we needed. The bathrooms are luxurious with marble, great towels and cozy robes as well. The location is also perfect - walking distance to everything. We stayed four nights and it was a beautiful part of the vacation!

This apartment is just stunning. It is huge, the layout is fantastic, and it was just a pleasure to stay in. It is beautifully decorated, with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful, with amazing shopping just a block away on Via Cola di Rienzo and great restaurants everywhere. Communication with the hosts was easy and quick. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen supplies and bathroom necessities. We would love to be back soon!

Excellent apartment, great for large families, one floor with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Location is very good, walking distance to most of the attractions and shopping. All communications with the greeter were really good.

This apartment had all you could ask for in Florence. Excellent location to watch the people at Ponte Vecchio and walk throughout Florence. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and a gelataria at the base of the apartment. Well equipped with kitchenware and towels. Sitting on the terrace for morning coffee, afternoon respite or evening drinks topped off a lovely apartment. Very comfortable seating and dining areas. The one bathroom is a bit small but the bedrooms were nicely arranged with lots of closet space. A nice plus was the washing machine, dryer and dishwasher to make your stay convenient. If we return to Florence we would return to this apartment.

What a perfect stay! The location was central to everything, made our trip so easy and stress free. The hosts were so kind; made sure we had everything we needed plus an easy check in. The home was clean, comfortable and quiet. Truly a fabulous stay!!

Amazing apartment and location. Family of 6 could fit great here. Could walk to many of Rome's amazing sights. We had a blast here and the 2 years was worth the wait for this trip. Ate too much pizza and gelato, but created many great memories. Loved exploring the bowels of Rome.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Spagna apartment in Rome! We had 5 people in our group (me, my husband, two middle-school sons and my mother). All the rooms are very nicely decorated, beds were comfortable and the terrace was amazing. It was a bonus to have a large dining room, which we used every day. Each room has a dedicated bathroom, which provided privacy for everyone. The weather was not great during our stay, but the picture-window, sliding glass doors overlooking the terrace provided the perfect view (at one point there was even a hail storm!). We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you Italy Perfect for making our Rome memory such a wonderful one!

We lived our stay at the Prisco apartment. Our hosts were very accommodating and great to get to know. They gave us a beautiful welcome basket, arranged taxis and could not be nicer. We like to cook so the kitchen was important. It had everything you could need. Location was perfect. Close to everything. We would stay again.

Donatello Apartment is a beautiful apartment and was the perfect place for us to stay.. plenty of room, luxury appointments, quiet yet in the middle of the town, walkable to most all of Florence…. Will stay again..

My family and I stayed here over the Christmas holidays and had a wonderful time. The apartment is spacious and well stocked with all the amenities you might need. We mostly ate out but the times we cooked a light meal, the kitchen was really nice. Check in was very easy and everyone at Vacation Perfect was incredibly helpful. There a lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. We walked to many of the sites nearby, including the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon.
