We had a very nice stay at the Rosa apartment. Italy Perfect gave us excellent advice to help us choose an apartment that fulfilled our dream of being in the Via dei Coronari, Piazza Navona area. Really appreciated the lenghty list of great restaurant recommendations too. Apartment was comfy and building is nice. A litte bit of street noise downstairs one weekend night from passerby's but not a problem since that is what you can expect for being in the heart of Rome. We hope to return and stay here again! Great location, nicely decorated, comfortable apartment. We loved staying here - the piazza down below is wonderful and so popular! The family room is nice and large and such a good gathering space. Everything was nice and new and there was lovely soap and plenty of towels. Check in was easy, as was check-out. Such a good value for the money - would definitely stay here again and that's saying a lot! The VP team is so easy to work with. Great experience.

The Rosa apartment was in the best location, it is in a very interesting and charming part of Rome. Apartment met our needs perfectly, comfortable, meticulously clean. Amazing place with everything modernized. The sauna was awesome... brand new with bluetooth for music! The tub has jets, but make sure you allow time for water to fill. The elevator was a big plus with all our luggage. Coop grocery store nearby which is really helpful. The pictures speak for themselves... new and simple which is perfect. We really liked this apartment for comfort of the living room area and bedrooms. It is bright and well-equipped. Even used the steam-room! Have been to Rome before and found this neighborhood a great, new area of the city to explore and enjoy. Good service from agency and onsite staff. This was the perfect location to stay in Rome. Walking distance to all the sites and allowed us to experience a little more of a neighbourhood vibe. Coffee shops, grocery store, and restaurants are steps from the apartment. Bonus we found a dedicated gluten free bakery around the corner, which even my non-gluten free friends loved. The apartment was well appointed with everything you would need, bonus there is an elevator and air conditioned rooms that actually cool! Would highly recommend Sisto Fiume for anyone visiting Rome. Unbelievable location, we hit almost all the Rome hot spots we needed without taking a cab. We went to our tours Vatican/Coliseum the next day all walking distance. The property itself is clean and the extras like sauna and hottub were great. Overall we were all very happy with the stay. [Review for Sisto Fiume in same building with same management.]

Loved the place and had a blast in Rome! Thankfully, the property had sufficient air conditioning to keep us cool at night under the sweltering heat wave that we endured.

Spent a week here with my daughter and best friend. Couldn't have chosen a more perfect place. AC worked well. Apt was decorated nicely. Bathrooms were roomy. Location couldn't have been better. Zero issues with anything. Just a great place to stay.

It’s location is in a great area full of bars and restaurants. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Perfect for three couples! Every time I wrote to our host, she responded quickly and politely. We all had a positive experience and would stay here again. They are wonderful hosts.
Very nive apartment in the heart of Monti close to EVERYTHING (Coliseo, Foro Romano, Parks, Supermarkets, etc). We were 8 (4 adults, 4 children) and were able to comfortably sleep. We would stay here again. Host is very responsive and accomodated many of our special requests. Well equipted kitchen and bathrooms. Great place to stay in Rome!
This was a wonderful location for our stay in Rome. Very close to Cavour station, but we enjoyed walking to the major attractions and seeing the beautiful surroundings. Great spot for our kids. Highly recommend it!
This was a very lovely apartment in the heart of Rome! Extended family of nine traveling in Rome, and this great apartment was just what we needed! Everyone had their own space, and there was even A/C in the extremely hot days we were there. Our host was very gracious and thorough in providing details about the apartment and Rome.
