Lovely accommodations in a great location. We got our steps in with the gradual incline, walking to the house. Bonus: a neighbor is a classical pianist so we enjoyed their practice sessions on a couple days.

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this Florence apartment. The pictures don't do it justice. The frescoes were incredible!! We loved the location...walkable to everything. Our host, was gracious and provided us with some fantastic restaurant recommendations. We were actually able to get into a 3 Michelin star restaurant called Enoteca Pinchiorri. Absolutely fabulous! Coming from NYC, it was a treat. As always, our experiences with the "Perfect" family have been wonderful with great apartments and service. If you are looking for a magical and historic Florence place, Tesoro is it!!

My husband and I had a fabulous one-month stay from mid-September to mid-October 2022 in the charmingly cozy Strozzi apartment hosted by the lovely Micki and Franco. This ideally located apartment, decorated in old world style, is in walking distance from every major historic site and connects with the glamorous high-end shopping street of Tornabuoni. Our hosts gave us many recommendations for excellent places to dine (fancy and casual) and made sure that we always had everything we needed to make our stay in Florence enriching, comfortable and memorable. We cannot wish for anything more in hosts. For example, at the end of our stay when we arrived at the airport to head home, we discovered that we did not have my husband’s special cane with us. We called Micki and Franco to see if we left in the apartment. We did. Hard to believe, but they insisted on driving 45 minutes to the airport, in heavy traffic, to deliver the cane before our flight took off and would except nothing but our thanks for their good deed. Over the years, we have vacationed in Florence numerous times renting different apartments for 3-6 week stays. This apartment and these hosts are the best in our experience.

Big and comfortable. Good size for our multi-generational family group. Good a/c. Location very convenient for tourism and transportation. Manager professional.

We were so delighted to stay in this spacious, quiet apartment. The location in the famous palace gave us great delight. The location is perfect, truly in the heart of Roma.

Casetta Bonsi is a lovely home away from the busy streets of Florence. It was a pleasure to have such a quiet and comfortable place to relax after a very busy 8 days of touring the countryside. Everything you need is at your fingertips and a short walk down the hill is a very nice wine shop and wonderful supermarket. The home is filled with beautiful artwork. The kitchen is equipped with basic spices and oils and vinegar and anything you might need to prepare a meal. The bed was super comfortable and as someone else mentioned, plenty of storage for clothes, etc. The location is Perfect! Our experience with the Vacation Perfect team has always been impeccable. Would definitely recommend this home.

This flat is located in a very lively, albeit a bit noisy in the evenings, location near many attractions and great dining. The 6th floor elevation gets you above the action for a sense of peace, especially while relaxing on the fantastic terrace. The host is an excellent contact for check-in and recommended favorites for dinners.

My wife and I have stayed in many Italy Perfect apartments and we agree that Cortigiana was the best of the best. The spacious and clean accommodation felt like home. The layout is perfect with a large living room and kitchen/dining area. The bathroom and bedroom were spacious. Perhaps the best feature is the location--close to Piazza Navonna, the Pantheon, shopping, restaurants, the Vatican, and others. Great place, great location.

Our clan gathered in Rome and was very pleased to stay in this fascinating apartment. It has everything even a pool table! Beautiful and interesting art and architecture everywhere. The a/c and appliances worked. Hosts very helpful. AND the location in Rome is amazing, central with so many interesting aspects. We will never forget.

The owners gave us a warm greeting to this spacious and clean apartment within easy walking distance of the train station and important sites, including the Duomo, the Bargello, the Uffizi, the Academia, the Ponte Vecchio, and the Pitti Palace and high-quality restaurants and shopping. When we return to Florence we will choose to stay in Michaela again.

We loved the Memoria apartment! There were 4 of us, and the location was perfect. Walking distance to everything! Our host was great, and made herself available for any questions, and included a tour of local artisans. We would definitely stay there again.

We have been to Florence over 10 times and this is by far the best apartment we've stayed in. What views, what a terrace! The location was great and the info from the Italy Perfect people was spot-on, especially their restaurant recommendations. Enjoyed dining at Mangiafuoco restaurant which is closeby. Also got good takeaway pizza at the little pizza place downstairs, just down the block.

We had a fantastic time during our month-long stay in Elegante. We, and our guests, enjoyed everything about it. The apartment quality is high and it is totally equipped. The manager is great; always available when we needed her and ready with answers.

This review is for the neighboring Vista Galli villa: We were absolutely "over the moon" with our gorgeous villa, the beautiful grounds and gardens, and the amazing staff! And, well, then there are the incredible Galli Islands right in front of you... The villa is impeccably maintained by the attentive, friendly staff, and they worked hard to be sure all our requests were met. The location of the villa is ideal - walking distance to a few local restaurants and a delightful cooking school (Antico Casale), a short drive to Sorrento, and also close to Positano. There is a terrific car service/tour service (PrivateDayTours.com) which we used extensively. The service is actually located in Piano di Sorrento. Our 4 weeks at Vista Galli flew by - it was a perfect vacation in every way.

We could not be more thrilled with our villa and its staff!!! The staff met us on Saturday at the villa and showed us around, answered questions, and worked out our housekeeping schedule. The villa itself is gorgeous and well organized. The grounds are beautiful, and well, the view of the Galli Islands doesn’t get any better!
Gianluca has given us incredible service. Our trip to Paestum (and the Buffalo di mozzarella farm/factory) as well as our all day private boat trip to Capri have been perfection! Couldn’t be happier.
We are now off to Cooking School today with our pals. We will walk as it’s just down the road.
Ciao!

Staying at the Borgo Bersagliere was a dream come true after waiting for 2 years post Covid. We took a train to Chiusi Chianciano Terme and rented a car nearby. All the information and directions that Pat and the Italy Perfect team provided us was most helpful as we navigated the road to the estate. Going through the backdoor of a winding dirt road and seeing from afar the famous Val’D Orcia S-lined road with tall cypress trees stopped us at our tracks. We had to get out of the car and just admire the sweeping view. The manager welcomed us and greeted us in the arched entrance of the estate and showed us the apartment on the 2nd floor. Historically, the Borgo Bersagliere is one of the six apartments that used to house families of farmworkers who worked at the estate.
It is an idyllic and ideal place away from home. If you’re looking for a place of peace and tranquility, this is it. The country style apartment was huge and expansive, had high ceilings, a living room with fireplace, a country kitchen and dining area, a lovely bathroom and a spacious bedroom that overlooks olive trees and the expansive, sweeping landscaped garden with the Amiata mountain in the background. At night and in the early morning, there’s a cool breeze with sweet smelling fragrance of the flowers around the place. At Borgo Bersagliere we find sweet rest within, even in the most exhausting times of the pandemic world. Driving around it’s rolling landscape and enjoying every meandering road lined with Italy’s famous cypress trees took our breaths away. It did not matter which way we took because the picture perfect views all over were truly stunning! Truly amazing! We will come back for more…

The Valentina apartment for our 2 couples exceeded all our expectations, in all aspects…from our original booking process, our greeting upon check-in with our hosts, it’s incredible location, and the size, layout, and tasteful furnishings of this magnificent well-maintained apartment. Considering Valentina’s location we were pleased with how quiet the bedrooms were. Grocery shopping, bakeries, wine stores, cafe’s were all within steps of Valentina, including of course the Spanish Steps and Via dei Condotti a block away. Most of Rome’s major attractions were within walking distance, with a gelato in hand. Now we have enjoyed great experiences with Paris Perfect in August and Italy Perfect in October. Looking forward already to another Vacation Perfect experience next year.

We stayed at the Strozzi apartment on Via Della Spada at the start of the heat wave in June. The apartment is located in the center of Florence just a block away from the fanciest strip of famous high fashion brands designer stores like Gucci and Ferragamo. Italy Perfect c/o Pat made our trip so seamless that everything that we wanted to know and how to get there were provided for in advanced. Our gracious hosts welcomed us warmly to the apartment and patiently showed us with all the good stuff we can find, eat, go and see in Florence. The place had everything we needed, 2 TVs with cable channels, a nifty kitchen, fridge, washing machine, a bathroom with a bidet, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a queen size bed. It’s an elegant apartment with an old world charm equipped with a European lift style elevator with wrought iron main gate door and fancy wooden architecture casing. We loved strolling down the shaded street area in our neighborhood and the wonderful shops, foodie places, supermarket around the corner and walking distance to the Santa Maria Novella train station. The Strozzi apartment was the ideal holiday home away from home for our first time stay in Florence.

Casetta Bonsi is a gem that is ideally situated in the less touristy Oltrarno but yet it has quick access to the Ponte Vecchio to visit the attractions of the city center. The property is also located part way up the hill to higher sights in Oltrarno such as Fort Belvedere and the Bardini Gardens. It is also close to Cantina del Gelato with arguably the best artisanal gelato in Florence and an excellent supermarket. In sum, location in our opinion was fantastic for a visit to Florence. The entire experience with Italy Perfect and our greeter, was perfect as they provide very clear instructions on contact information, how to get there, and other details. The home has Florentine charm, private, and the kitchen is equipped with everything that you need to cook meals. If there are problems, they are quickly corrected. For example, the carafe on our coffee pot was cracked when we arrived and new coffee pot suddenly appeared while we were out sightseeing. There is ample storage for clothes and convenient places to store your suitcases. The wonderful patio is perfect for a breakfast or glass of wine. There are also wonderful sounds on the patio including many birds that inhabit the giant cedar off the deck and the church bells from the Chiesa dei Santi Girolemo e Francisco alla Costa that is just up the street. This small church, built in 1432, is sometimes open and worth visiting as it has an exquisite interior. While almost "perfect," please note that the mattress is on the harder side that may be an issue for some and that the property is located about 50 yards up a significant hill on the Costa dei Magnoli that could be an issue for those with mobility problems. On the plus side, the walk up the hill walks off the gelato calories. We would choose this property again if we returned to Florence.

The home was spotless and centrally located. The deck was great for listening to the music and horse drawn carriages while drinking wine, and we got to take a honeymoon bath with the full moon glowing out the window.
