Comfortable, clean, very nice apartment. Close to restaurants, shops, and museums. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We have stayed in the Prisco on two occasions and have thoroughly enjoyed it both times. The apartment is lovely, spacious and very centrally located. And of course, wonderful hosts! The apartment has everything you need. We have rented apartments (the Stozzi, Prisco and Michaela) from Italy Perfect five times, and cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Florence.

The apartment was so spacious and really clean when we arrived. We were greeted by the property manager. Each bedroom was large and very roomy for a family of 7. The whole space looks newly renovated and the kitchen was also modern and very clean. The apartment is in a great location with a coffee shop below, restaurants nearby and grocery close by too. The manager and owner were super responsive to every question and they quickly and easily solved any minor issue that arose.

Walking distance to everything, spacious & well maintained. Definitely recommendable.

What a wonderful experience!!! The location was amazing, the apt was adorable, we felt like we were being invited into Nonna's house. Having two bathrooms was a dream and made it so easy for two girls. It felt safe and secure and best part it was literally 5mins away from the train station which made our travels effortless. I would book this place again and again. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Venice. Close to St. Mark’s Square and right on the Grand Canal.

Gorgeous place. For those that prefer high-end accommodation this well-located flat does not disappoint.

The apartment was even more beautiful in person! Fabulous host with restaurant recommendations, ride from the airport and showing all details of the apartment. We would highly recommend staying here!

See also my comments on VRBO. The apartment is even better than described in the advert. It is roomy and SO WELL LOCATED to sights, great restaurants, and high-end shopping district. Owners are very nice, considerate, and helpful, even alerting me to train issues on departure day that prompted me to rent a car for travel to Venice airport. Use earplugs at night due to location in highly popular neighborhood. I will definitely stay here when visiting Florence again.

We could not have been more pleased with this beautiful little apartment! From the start, our hosts were eminently helpful and responsive. Rome Value Transfer is reliable and our driver, Omar was friendly and courteous. Minerva's Treasure is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Located next to the Tiber three blocks from Piazza del Popolo, it is 20 minutes, more or less, on foot, to most of the important sites. The Metro is 7 minutes away, just across the Piazza and is very user friendly. We did have one minor issue. Although the hosts supply fresh Lavazza coffee which we adore, we have never been successful trying to use MOKA espresso makers and the electric coffee maker was badly calcified and took forever to brew. When we left I pointed this out to our host and I'm confident that the problem will be rectified. A word about the immediate neighborhood, you are surrounded by excellent restaurants!

Location, location, location! All reviews for the Michaela apt. mention this. It is in the very heart of Florence, walking distance to all major attractions and high end shopping. Proximity to the train station makes getting to Venice, Rome, Pisa, and the hill towns, very doable day trips. A 1.5 Euro bus ticket gets you up to Fiesole or Settignano to the idyllic countryside high above Florence. We enjoyed the Michaela apt. for three weeks. But as seasoned travellers and having visited Florence several times before, we did find the city extremely busy….much busier than ever before. So be forewarned, especially if this is your first visit. Streets are narrow, cobble stoned and clogged with people, cars, scooters, bicycles and suitcases Comfortable, sensible shoes are a must..no heels! The hosts as delightful and helpful as everyone says. They are always there at a moment’s notice. During our visit, they upgraded the internet so we had great connectivity. English TV though was limited to a single news channel. The apt is just as it appears in the photos and we enjoyed asking Miki about her childhood when the three apts. were her family home. Delightful baking smells waft up each morning from the bakery downstairs tempting you down for breakfast goodies or paninis. Best to keep things simple re cooking as the stove is only two burners. However, PAM grocery store is very close and you can easily pick up groceries and wine. No shortage of great restaurants . Osteria Bella Donna is close and has a working wine door, popular with tourists. The old fashioned cage elevator works fine if all tenants respect the guidelines. Our host explains that process very clearly. However, you might have to climb a lot of stairs should it occasionally be out of use . We had a visitor from Rome who remarked on our unusually great water pressure. Bathroom off the kitchen is modern and has a spacious shower. Hide a bed is firm and comfortable.

The apartment was spacious and sparking clean. Beds all very comfortable. Bathrooms beautiful and updated. Sunny large windows. Five minute walk to subway and bus lines even closer. Many shops and restaurants one block away on Main Street but street of the house is quiet and residential, a lovely combo. We had room for three adults and four children to have space and privacy. Our flight was greatly delayed and our greeter was very flexible about meeting us late to let us inside. Italy Perfect communicated early and often and helped arrange cars to airport. A great stay!

This is the second time I have stayed in this apartment - the Ginevra. It is close to the Spanish Steps, the taxis stop, great shopping and restaurants. The apartment itself is great with two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. Plus the kitchen and wash machine. I love it and the amenities. There is also a third room with a sofa that could be used as a third bedroom for a child. Anyway close to everything I wanted and an elevator what more could you want!!! [We are delighted to hear that you are loved the Ginevra and its location so much! We hope we can welcome you back for a third time! The Italy Perfect Team]

The apartment is perfect and was a highlight of our trip! We enjoyed another great trip thanks to the Vacation Perfect Team! We will continue to use them in the future.

This apartment had wonderful light, was fully equipped, and was in a wonderful location. We enjoyed coffee on the little balcony and having two baths was a plus. Everything you would need is nearby: pharmacy, money exchange, markets, restaurants and bars. The only down side was that the shower did not work properly or else we were not able to get it to work properly. We did get an excellent orientation from Daniela. Italy Perfect was easy and helpful to deal with. I would rent this apartment again. [Thank you very much for your review and for enjoying the apartment and that great neighborhood. We’ll check the shower, for sure. The Italy Perfect Team]

We traveled with our 13 yr old daughter, and we all were left with such a great impression. The space itself has the charm and character we were hoping for, with wonderful modern amenities to make our week-long adventure in Rome (which isn't nearly long enough), a memorable and magical experience. We took an evening tour through Camp de Fiori (our hood), with our host, who delighted us with the storytelling of legends, ghosts, and forgotten history It was a perfect way to kick-off our crest of a wave to our bubbling love of the neighborhood. Streets, you want to be lost in. You are so centrally located to the major sites, and where great shops and cafes are at your doorstep. Some of the antique shops right here were so impressively curated, and the owners were becoming friends. We haunted a particularly niche cafe daily which was only meters away. The ambiance was sublime, and the pastries were divine. They even managed to make me a perfect double cappuccino in the mornings, with an omelet. We will book again when we return. Thank you!

I just returned from my trip to Florence where my family stayed in Casetta Bonsi. Your assistance in the reservation process was outstanding. Thank you both! The Bonsi house is a gem! We had the most wonderful time there! Oltarno is the best neighborhood, in our opinion; the Bonsi house is beautifully appointed with thoughtful details, and wonderfully private. We would only want to stay at Bonsi when we visit Florence again! Our greeter was very responsive and simply wonderful! Again, and until we meet again, we loved every aspect of our experience with the Italy Perfect Team!! Thank you so much!

The Maestro apartment was absolutely perfect for our Florence stay. Morning coffee on terrace, sightseeing all day and getting to come back to such a beautifully appointed, comfortable and quiet apartment was the icing on the cake.
