What a fantastic place to stay during our visit to Florence, perfectly located in a quiet area and within walking distance to the main attractions. The rental process through Italy Perfect very easy, simple, and thorough. They were most friendly, in constant communication, and offered excellent detailed information preparing us for our stay. You can reach the apartment either by elevator (small) or by taking the stairs. We were warmly greeted by our host, who quickly and thoroughly acquainted us to the beautiful bright spacious, clean apartment. She took the time to familiarize us to the area, giving us a few tips to start with; it was like talking with an old friend! All the little extras (ie. a bowl of fresh fruits), made it feel that much more homey. On several occasions, she went out of her way to assist us. We were so grateful and thankful to have such a wonderful and caring host. We would highly recommend Italy Perfect and this Vespucci apartment to those looking for a place to stay in Florence.

Enjoyed our stay at Apollo Palazzo, the area was excellent, upscale, many great restaurants nearby. Shopping on Via Fontanella Borghese was special. Easy walk to Spanish Steps, Navona and across the river. Would stay here again.

So glad we booked this apartment, thanks Italy Perfect for your good advice and recommendations. Their recommended driver picked us up at the airport, made it so easy to get settled. Loved all many good restaurant recommendation. Wonderful jewelry store Ansuini just across the street too.

Loved the 'magical garden', it was such a treat to sit out and enjoy meals in the garden. Amazing that such a special setting exists, right in the heart of Rome. The Italy Perfect helped us extensively, many logistics for such a large group. Their concierge service was invaluable for assisting us with booking tours and restaurant reservations.

So much to see and do in Rome and even after 7 days we left already planning our next Rome adventure. Magico Giardino was great for our entire family, grandparents, parents and grandkids. Enjoyed people-watching out the window. They were filming a fashion TV commercial one day, kids were fascinated.

We absolutely loved our stay in Florence. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location at Ponte Vecchio is perfect for enjoying both sides of the Arno. Even though the location is central and crowded with people, the apartment was very quiet. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend the apartment! To others.

We were very pleased with our 60th birthday get away at Vista Serena. The Italy Perfect folks were very helpful and once we made it to Vista Serena all the team there were fantastic. We were greeted by our hosts who was just delightful and help in any way she could to make our stay wonderful. The first night she recommended a wonderful family-owned restaurant up the street for dinner. We visited it a number of times. The local market within walking distance was very helpful to keep us stocked of food for our family of 8 as well as stopping into the clothing linen shop that has been there for over 80 years was also a win! We did have to utilize the ride service quite a bit we all agreed that was better than trying to drive the curves of the Amalfi, not to mentioned it made it so everyone could enjoy Limoncello. Since we had 8 family members we would have needed a very large van and none of us would have wanted to drive that on the Amalfi. So highly recommend Private Day Tours by Gianluca! He was very accommodating and willing to try to get us a car when we needed it spur of the moment. I will say taking the local taxis from Sorrento was easy to get back to the Villa and a bit more cost effective as long as you knew exactly how to tell them to get to the villa, the castle on the hill finally did the trick as a landmark for most. We would love to come back and enjoy the beautiful Villa and wonderful linen sheets as well as see our host.

Really beautiful and SO CLEAN! The host was very kind and flexible. We got lost on our way there and she waited for us and I really appreciated that :) The apartment had more than enough room for the 4 of us, the bathrooms were pristine, and the location is amazing! Every restaurant around the apartment is highly rated. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place!

This was an absolutely perfect stay. From the beginning, communication with Italy Perfect was easy and responsive. The greeter, was lovely to work with. She accommodated an early arrival and helped with reserving an early morning taxi. The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located near all the wonderful restaurants and attractions. Taxis were available just outside the door. There was an extensive collection of travel books and Italy Perfect's restaurant list was helpful. The apartment's manual had all the information we needed about the apartment and some great restaurant suggestions. We hope to return to this wonderful apartment and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient home for a stay in Florence. How about that view!

Greeter was awesome, we had a toilet that wouldn't flush the first day and she sent the plumber right over the second day. It was needed as we had 4 couples from our family. Very comfortable beds, great location. Were able to walk to lots of things, and the train was close as well.

We enjoyed this villa Fresia inmensely. The villa was very much as described and easily fullfilled our expectations. The countryside was beautiful, the swimming pool very enjoyable and the managers were available to answer any question or help out with any issue we might raise. Chef excellent. The location near Lucca is quite wonderful.

We really did find family love here. Sorry to be a little sappy, but the villas was wonderful and the location excellent. The nearby towns are classic Tuscany. Manager excellent. What else is there?

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at the beautiful Casetta Bonsi. The unit was very clean. It situated in a more local neighborhood on the south side of the Arno River, away from the tourist crowds, though it is only a short walk from Ponte Vecchio bridge, which becomes very lively at night. Checkin instructions were clear and we were greeted by our host who gave us a walk around of the home. The home is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The upstairs bedroom is quite spacious and can be turned into two single beds. The living room couch on the main floor was also converted into two single beds. We were four people and felt very comfortable. The unit has one bathroom with a stand-up shower and the water pressure was great. Be cautious of leaving the windows open and consider using bug repellent as you will be dealing with mosquitoes that will feast on you at night. There is also a nice balcony with a view of the Torre di Arnolfo medieval tower. Overall, this is one of the best short terms stays that I’ve experienced.

We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the terrace. Took long walks along the river, people-watched at Campo dei Fiori, coffee & maritozzo at Roscioli, explored the Roman Forum, shopped on Via dei Coronari...and already started to plan our return stay at the Sonata apartment.
