We had a very nice stay at the Rosa apartment. Italy Perfect gave us excellent advice to help us choose an apartment that fulfilled our dream of being in the Via dei Coronari, Piazza Navona area. Really appreciated the lenghty list of great restaurant recommendations too. Apartment was comfy and building is nice. A litte bit of street noise downstairs one weekend night from passerby's but not a problem since that is what you can expect for being in the heart of Rome. We hope to return and stay here again!

The apartment at Santa Croce was perhaps the loveliest holiday rental we have ever stayed in. It was very spacious, beautifully and comfortably furnished with lots of antiques and personality. The kitchen was better equipped than mine at home. We all enjoyed the views over the lively piazza and were able to walk everywhere. When we needed help with a blown fuse (!) our host was there within 10 minutes to help us out. Thank-you for the opportunity to stay there.

We had a fabulous Christmas stay at this beautiful penthouse apartment. Our host met us right on time and made the move in very easy. The amenities were beautiful and just like the pictures. The large patio was our favorite part. We will definitely book again the next time in Florence!

Great apartment in a very quiet neighborhood. The place is immaculate, and extremely comfortable. We loved the location. It is a quick walk to the Vatican or Spanish Steps. If we return to Rome, we would absolutely want to stay here again. Additionally, the staff at Italy Perfect is outstanding. Accommodating in every way.

Gracious hosts. Spacious apartment. Loved the soaking tub. While the bedroom was quiet with the door shut and the windows closed, closing the room off made it a bit stuffy even with the heat turned down in November. Linens were perfumed, so please let the hosts know in advance if this might cause a problem.

Location of Fedele apartment is terrific for sightseeing. We would book this apartment again not only for great location but bright and comfy living room. Italy Perfect was a dream to work with from start to finish, everything went smoothly.

We enjoyed the Fedele apartment immensely, and we think it was the most comfortable property we’ve stayed in. Relaxing on the comfy sofas with all the doors open to the cute Juliet balconies was a great way to end our long treks around the city. We liked the apartment layout with the bedrooms in the back where it was very quiet. Even with the back door open all night, we had a good night’s rest. The wall of closets in the hallway was perfect for all the clothes we didn’t need because it was so much warmer than we expected. The little washing machine came in very handy for laundering the few clothes we wore over and over. The kitchen was great, we love a gas stove, however, as I believe I mentioned, we think it could have used more cookware - maybe a sauté pan. It is also very nice to have two bathrooms and they were both fine.

All the information provided on the listing and by the host was complete and helpful. The place is amazing, the location is great, just 2 small blocks from Ponte Vecchio. I really recommend this place.

Our second stay at this wonderful apartment. The views are spectacular. The location is perfect with proximity to the main attractions and proximity to less-touristy neighborhoods.

My husband and I just spent 5 weeks at this wonderful apartment. We loved having two terraces, I never grew tired of seeing the light change over the Roman rooftops. Every issue we encountered was skillfully addressed by either the host or the Italy Perfect team (our second trip with Italy Perfect and far from our last). The apartment is clean, calm, a refuge to the magical chaos of Rome.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was a great location! Several very good restaurants on the same street and very easy walking distance to many of the top attractions in Florence. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Check-in and out were very easy and we had great communication with the host. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice and convenient place to stay in Florence

The L'Albero Villa was exactly what we dreamed of...and more. The location, easy walk into Lucignano was so wonderful. We were 4 couples & enjoyed exploaring Tuscany, wine tasting, terrific restaurants. Our time together at the villa was priceless - laughing, cooking together, sharing stories, playing card, planning the next day's adventure. The Italy Perfect team was amazingly knowledgeable and professional. They really know Italy and provided such helpful advice before, during and after the booking pricess. Highly recommended!

Beautiful unit as described. Fully renovated and new furnishings. Great views from the terrace. Owner let us check out 30 minutes later to better match our train departure. It’s the top floor, so if elevator isn’t working for any reason like someone forgets to close all the elevator doors you do have to walk up potentially 6 flights to figure out where it might be stuck. Only happened once on our trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Prisco. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect and it was great to have such a spacious place. Lots of restaurants nearby. We could walk everywhere.

We loved our stay at this beautiful place! Right in the heart of the city center, located next to all the attractions, with magnificent views from the flat. My absolute favorite part was the terrace, I can imagine how amazing it must be when the weather gets warmer, a true gem! I highly recommend this property! It was a true pleasure to be welcomed by a wonderful host who was so helpful and guided us through every step how to reach Florence and provided all the valuable tips about any questions we had. Our hosts were VERY helpful, responsive and conscientious and we can only praise them without qualification. The apartment could not have been more central - fabulous location. And the apartment was furnished with virtually everything we needed - and more - plus a complimentary bottle of wine. We were completely happy with our experience. Reading the comments of other guests, I see we are all of the same mind.
