The stay at Amore apartment in Firenze was everything we wished for and more. We felt welcomed from the moment we booked. I received a call from Pat and she shared valuable information that made our trip planning much more convenient. I was impressed with how professional their site is. I can't recommend them enough. The apartment is exquisitely furnished and the balcony is a dream come true. The location can't be beat. We would love to come back and enjoy a longer stay in the future.

Had a WONDERFUL stay in Florence. You’ll be in the middle of it all, but the apartment is quiet. It’s on a lovely street that leads right to the Uffizi. Easy to find, walkable to everywhere. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay immensly. Loved the central location, we walked everywhere. Greeter was cordial and helpful. Several favorites all within a 2 block walk: cocktails at the cafes lining Piazza Navona, Da Baffetto for some of the best pizza we've ever eaten, Fridgidarium for fantastic gelato and Cul de Sac wine bar/retaurant. Italy Perfect advised us about the stairs up to the apartment so we knew what to expect and appreciated that it helped us burn off calories from all the gelato and pizza!

We loved our stay at Favoloso. Our host was very helpful, & so accommodating. Our flight was delayed by 5 hours, & he met us at midnight to let us into the apartment & also helped rearrange our transportation from the airport to the apartment at that hour. We really enjoyed the location of the apartment, right off Piazza Navona. Bustling neighborhood with so many restaurants & cafes. Favoloso was beautifully furnished & we enjoyed sipping wine on the private terrace after a long day of sight seeing. Only minor complaints/suggestions for improvement would be A/C was not the best (but where is it great in Italy?), & the water pressure in the shower at times was barely a trickle, but we would definitely stay here again! Fabulous location, apartment, & host!

We truly loved our 3 weeks in this special apartment. Rome is forever in our hearts as we went beyond the top sites and popular restaurants enjoying locations with few tourists where we could breathe in the history. And this is right in the heart of Roma. The apartment is very special being in a historical palazzo with a terrace. Just fyi, the shared terrace is not accessed directly from the apartment. Furnishings are fascinating. We earned fine dining on the stairs!

I highly recommend staying here. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The location is great, it is walking distance to everything. The host was very helpful and responsive. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Florence!

We loved our little Roman apartment. Super location, lots of space, all brand new having just been renovated. We kept wine and Morettis in the fridge and heated up extra Roscioli pizza in the oven. We pulled out the couch bed and put blankets on it to have a cozy daybed TV room. We did a load of laundry. The lighting is terrific - no dimmers but lots of options for low, warm light at night. You’ll finally figure out all the switches by the time you leave, but that’s a good problem. Everyone room has an AC/heater unit. High floor so cute views of the ancient neighboring buildings out the windows and on the lovely patio. Only constructive feedback is that the bed was a bit firm for our tastes and the pillows not super supportive - but it could have been much worse, maybe we were just jet lagged and blaming it on the bed. Also couldn’t find a bread knife but we made do with the sharp little guys. Ciao, grazie!

Fabulous trip to Firenze. Our stay in the Allegro apartment couldn't have been better. Location perfect in the historic district making easy walk everywhere. Our greeter friendly, accommodating and prompt response to all inquiries. We would definitely book this apartment again if fortunate enough to ever return! Thank you.

We really liked this apartment for comfort of the living room area and bedrooms. It is bright and well-equipped. Even used the steam-room! Have been to Rome before and found this neighborhood a great, new area of the city to explore and enjoy. Good service from agency and onsite staff.

Amazing place with everything modernized. The sauna was awesome... brand new with bluetooth for music! The tub has jets, but make sure you allow time for water to fill. The elevator was a big plus with all our luggage. Coop grocery store nearby which is really helpful. The pictures speak for themselves... new and simple which is perfect.
Unbelievable location, we hit almost all the Rome hot spots we needed without taking a cab. We went to our tours Vatican/Coliseum the next day all walking distance. The property itself is clean and the extras like sauna and hottub were great. Overall we were all very happy with the stay.

Literally is “Italy Perfect”!! Florence has always been my favorite place and with a growing family, hotels are no longer an option. I was looking for the perfect place to spend some days during the Christmas season at the end of my daughter’s semester abroad in Florence. After searching vacation rentals, I came across Italy Perfect and something told me this is it!! The price was great and it was beautiful, so I was excited to learn more. The moment I inquired I received a call from Pat who was more than gracious which further convinced me I had made the right choice! She explained everything I needed to know. Check in was so easy as was checking out. The agency rep reached out before checking in and was in close contact every step of the way. She was also available for any inquiries throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as expected. It was like a dream come true! In fact my children quoted me saying that sevral times during our trip. The Concerto apartment is truly exceptional and in an amazing location central to everything in Florence. Steps away from the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. Incredible restaurants, gelateria’s and of course shopping all within minutes reach. Convenient taxi stand at the end of the street. Gorgeous, clean, safe, pristine and comfortable. Beds were so cozy. Apartment well laid out, including the outdoor terrace living space with beautiful views. Luxury amenities with everything you could want in a vacation home and more! We have made countless incredible and unforgettable memories thanks to Italy Perfect and cannot wait to go back! Grazie mille Pat and Italy Perfect!! Ci vediamo presto!!

I don’t want to write a review because if I am honest I want to save this piece of paradise for me. I will look for every way possible to return here. The apartment was perfect. The attention to detail, the quality of bedding was like falling asleep in your own bed, the location perfect, we don’t normally follow restaurant recommendations we did and again perfect. Found some great little bars near by too. Sitting out on the balcony all rugged up in the cold air was my idea of heaven.

Our stay at Pierino's apartment was exceptional. The beauty of the place matched exactly with the published images. Its location is unbeatable, surrounded by exquisite restaurants and a wine bar right next door. It's also less than a 10-minute walk from the city's main attractions, including the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi Gallery, among others. Both ItalyPerfect and our hostess, showed great willingness and flexibility. They offered us an early check-in for a minimal fee to align with our train's arrival and were also flexible with the checkout time. This greatly facilitated our stay.

Translation: Great apartment, well located, equipped and managed. The location is close to busy bars and restaurants so it may not be recommended for people who are bothered by night noise. Our experience was top notch.
